CVS needs to make sure their shelves are stocked and more organized. Granted, I'm sure it's the customers who move things around as they are looking for them but there should be someone on the floor who's putting the stock away and organizing the items. Also sometimes it takes too long waiting for the person to open up the locked shelves to get the items we want. Both issues are frustrating.

My doctor send the medication here to this pharmacy. When I came to the pharmacy it wasn't ready and I was told to pick it up tomorrow. I said I needed my antibiotics urgently because I came from Long Island to queens (I have sinus and severe ear pain) but the staff pharmacy tech said they are closing. I have been a customer of this pharmacy since 15 years and I travel far to come here but they didn't make an exception. Fine. That's fine. The tech gave me the option to go another cvs pharmacy so that's what I planned to do. I checked other cvs near me they were closed so I asked my doctor to send it to rite aid. I went to rite aid, it took another 30 minutes but the pharmacy tech said cvs pharmacy already billed the insurance and it's ready. I checked on cvs app and it said the medications weren't ready. I showed the tech this and the tech said cvs might not have it ready but they already billed the insurance. How are you cvs going to bill my insurance tell me to pick it up another pharmacy and still bill my insurance? You were supposed to cancel it. Never coming back here again. Changing pharmacy to rite aid. CVS Staff says meds isn't ready but still bills your insurance and then says to go to another pharmacy and when I do, turns out cvs already billed. Terrible service. Wasted my time.

Lines at the pharmacy are incredibly long, service is slow, many items in the store are under lock and key and good luck pushing the button and getting someone to help you. Most checkouts are automated and good luck if you need/want a human to help you. Don't ever try to call to speak to a human at the pharmacy unless you just want to refill on the automated system which is pretty good.

Pharmacy has awful customer service. They will put you on hold for half an hour, ask one question and if they don’t know the answer take another half hour to figure it out. I’ve requested my prescription be transferred FOUR times via app/phone and they still “don’t have me in the system”. It’s not worth the hassle to use this CVS when there are other local pharmacies nearby.

At the pharmacy on 126th Street, do not believe it when they tell you that you will be paged, when your prescription is ready. They do it only rarely. Wait until the time they allotted, for your prescription to be ready, then wait on line for it.The person at "drop off" will tell you to listen for the page and it will not happen. The people behind the counter, at the pharmacy, are nice, but the customer service is spotty. Check the prescriptions they give you, to make sure they give you the right ones. One time, I got a wrong one, when it was a simple refill.

Horrible, don’t bring your prescription to this store they never have the medication and last for ever to answer the phone and when you pick up your prescription. I wish I could gave them a half star or none.

Local neighborhood pharmacy with great sales at time and always get new coupons at the checkout register which can be used right away for other purchases. I stop by to get milk diapers, shampoo and detergent while I wait for my laundry next door.The makeup isles are worth to venture in idle time and again most of the print out coupons at checkout have makeup coupons. Like $5 off $15.Please keep the coupons coming.

THIS CVS IS VERY CLEAN AND MOST IMPORTANT IT HAS A PARKING LOT. THIS STORE IS VERY BUSY BUT THERE IS ALWAY A PERSON TO GREET YOU WHEN YOU ENTER. UNLESS YOU FIND A NEW HIRE, IT SEEAMS LIKE ALL THE WORKERS KNOWS WHAT ASLIE IS THE ITEAM YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. THE RX WORKER IS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY. IT'S GREAT STORE TO SHOP AT. Suma and Umesh spent 90 minutes on numerous phone calls to try to sort out an insurance issue for me. The issue couldn’t be resolved due to a tech issue, but Suma had an amazing discount card through a third party that brought my Rx cost down to a paltry sum. Thanks!
