Overall this CVS is not the best, I’ve typically always gone to CVS to fill my prescriptions in any neighborhood I’ve lived in, and have had little to no issue. This CVS has a very poorly run pharmacy, I’ve had many bad experiences, but the worst thing is that they don’t pick up the phone when you call the pharmacy. I’ve been on the phone for 45+ minutes in the past to inquire about something simple, and no one ever answers. If it was something important where I needed to speak to the pharmacist, I wouldn’t hold my breath. From the reviews, I can tell this is an ongoing issue at this location specifically.

I love cvs I went today refilled my medication they tell me wait 15 minutes i wait after I asked to lady she is not ready yet after 40 minutes I asked another lady she asked me my information then I asked to her why too late she said I don’t know after 10 more minutes they give my medication but not all i waste my time very poor service……specially request to management improve your customer service please thanks

Very bad management on pharmacy side. They do not care about our time. Always takes 45min to an hour to pick our medicine and its not free. Please do not come here unless you have 1 hour extra time.

Bought a personal feminine product that was sealed but when I cut the seal the glued part was open. It was missing an application and one of the applicators was used but placed back in the plastic with the rest of the unused ones. This is not acceptable as in you did it at the store without checking or you took back the product this way. I'm absolutely disgusted. Not the first time either all cvs seem to have a pronuct tampering situation.

"Manager" at 11am on November 10 2023 laughed at me being upset and proceeded to block me from speaking to him. After filing a complaint I have since learned that cvs is 2 separate things, a pharmacy and un essence a 7/11.

The pharmacy manger shouldn’t be running this place. How do you call next at 1:28pm to go to the register to then tell me what I need help with has to wait due to them closing for lunch..?? This is a pharmacy should always be staffed. You mean to tell me 10 people all leave to lunch ? And I can’t my bacteria meds. This is not right. Multiple people coming in and complaining about this person and how this place is run.Change need to happen

Waited over an hour for my medication. ALWAYS ONLY 1 cashier at the pharmacy. Been on line since 1:50. Between 1pm & 2pm they are on break but it is now 2:51 & this is my spot on the line.I called to speak to the manager because my diabetic grandmother was having the same issue & they hang right up.

I personally don’t have problems with the pharmacy itself. There’s the same man for years panhandling right next by the entrance door that always makes me uncomfortable at the point where he harassed people 1 by 1 asking for money. Will swear at people when not given. I think CVS needs to address this ongoing issue so as not to make customers uncomfortable.

This CVS pharmacy has no respect for their customers or their time. If you don't mind watching your life pass you by while you wait on a line that moves slower than a slough, this is the place for you. No matter what time you come in there is a ridiculous line for the pharmacy. Common sense and respect for the customer, would dictate that the pharmacy staff put more people at the registers to help get people in and out quickly. No, not here. They are perfectly content to have 4 registers and only 2 people working two of them. And after waiting 20 slow moving minutes, your prescription is not ready..... But good news, they will rush it which will take another 10 - 15mins. Oh and if you get here a little before 1:30pm which is their lunch time, they will let you wait on the line and if they haven't helped you by 1:30pm, they will tell you to come back after 2pm. This is how CVS is doing business. The epitomy of we could care less. Save yourself the time, frustration and hair pulling experience that is this CVS pharmacy and choose another pharmacy to get your prescriptions filled. Seriously, its awful here. I wrote this while I was waiting on line.

My poor husband has diabetes and needed to use the restroom before he needed his medication. clerk said they don't let the public use their restrooms. He was rightfully upset. Scene, he has used it before. In sted of taking the time to understand his situation, they just called the police. He was already embarrassed as is. Now, he had to find a different place to go for his medication. FYI, as per the website, it says open to the public to use the restrooms. And your employees need a whole lot more training and a sensitivity course. Especially the pharmacy department, They have terrible manners and always have an extremely long lines & they are always super rude to elderly. Just wrong 😪

Couldn't realize my prescription firstly because of their problems with the system and later because of stupidity and lack of professionalism - wrong fax and nobody picking up phone or hanging up. Maybe instead of XIX century solutions, would you finally go over time and accept normal prescription from e-mail? Not even a single apology for all inconvenience, crassness instead of that from girl working in drop off zone. Learn how to attend people, pick up the phone, some basic good manners would be welcome too! Embarrassing backwardness, it's XXI century, wake up...

By far the worst customer service location I’ve been to this far. They have pretty much 75% of the store locked away and I couldn’t get an associate to open these glass panel up. Waited over 15 mins. Beyond crazy. CVS you either need to hire a new and more responsive team or fix this anti-theft system because you’re losing customers and money.

Trying to reach the pharmacy at any CVS by phone is harder than trying to reach the DMV.After trying for about an hour to reach several CVS in the area by phone to find out if they had my meds in stock, I ended up changing to a different med and getting it from another pharmacy. If no answers the phones at the CVS pharmacies, they should get rid of the phone lines, it's misleading.

THIS PHARMACY WILL NOT PICK UP THE PHONE, THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU INSTEAD TAKING THE CALL. PATIENTS THAT NEED THEIR MEDICATION URGENTLY CANNOT DEPEND ON THS CVS. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE TO CALL A THIRD PARTY TO MAKE SURE THE PATIENTS MEDICATIONS ARE OKAY!!

This review is for Briana, she was really helpful and extremely patient with the customers that we ahead of me (patient with me too). She helped me get the maximum value of whatever rewards I had...while managing to keep the line moving. This isn't the CVS I normally go to, but I'm happy I stopped in today.

Never met a kind staff member here, they glare at you when asking for assistance and seem almost angry when they have to do their job. I’ve noticed this over the course of months so nothing has changed lol

So unprofessional a company.Advertises for the flu vaccine. But when I go to this CVS for a shot they say they don't give to Emblem Health subscribers. Other NYC employees have had similar experiences with CVS. I will take my business elsewhere. Ggave 2 stars on account of the good experiences there aside from this.

Please do not go here. Save yourself the time and hassle. Every time I go there I end up having to wait for at least 20 minutes, in addition to waiting on line (and the lines can be long). I receive texts that my medication is ready, as well as their phone operator saying it's ready, but it never is. If you ask to be connected to the pharmacy over the phone to make sure it is before you go in, they do not pick up. I have been on hold for a total of 2 hours today because I couldn't come in. As a result, I will not be able to receive the medication that I NEED today. This is unacceptable from a pharmacy. Worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy on every occasion I've been there.
