I didn't want to post, but after much consideration, I feel obligated to make people aware of the dangers associated with mobile grooming. Last year, thinking I was being a responsible pet owner, I had Anita’s puppy palace come out to groom my dogs. During which time I got the worst call of my life. The time was just slightly past how long a typical groom takes. My mother went to the van to check on the status so that she could get out of the driveway. She walked into the horrific scene. My 1 year old puppy hanging dead by his collar. The groomer passed out, tangled in the chordes of her tools and unresponsive on the floor. Luckily my mother got there in the nick of time to save the groomers life by dragging her out, to safety and calling 911.Carbon Monoxide poisoning. Due to the negligence of this company not having had the proper life safety detection devices in working order, this poor worker was moments away from death and my dog was lost forever. I am traumatized. Rowan is irreplaceable. The company refuses to answer my calls or make any reparations. Please beware of this company and make sure if you use any mobile groomer that they have proper working CO2 detectors.

I have never had a dog that needed grooming before so Anita was very patient with me and took me through everything. I am disabled and have no vehicle so the fact that she comes to me is such a relief. The job that was done was absolutely lovely and professional. I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. I plan on staying with their service for a long time.

Just had my first mobile grooming experience and it was with my new senior foster dog, Jethro. Wow! So personal. So stress free. He came out looking and feeling like a million bucks! This is as good as it gets and we highly recommend! ❤️🐾

They came and groomed Bailey and did excellent. Plus easy to take outside and bring in when done. More $ than taking to Groomers but worth it

I wouldn’t use this service. If they take care Of dogs like they drive . You are going to be unhappy. Maybe next time running a red light and turning in front of a loaded semi forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision isn’t a good idea. 616 pm Brockport on 31 Tuesday October 17 , 2023

Was absolutely wonderful. Will be returning for my dog's next grooming. The groomer is super nice. They book one appointment at a time so my dog was their only focus. It was the shortest grooming my dog has ever had (only 45mins). Everywhere else I've ever gone it's a minimum of 3 hours.She worked with me to get the hair cut I wanted for my dog.

Excellent service. We have boarded our husky mix there a few times and he gets the royal treatment. We even have him get a bath the night before pick up and he comes home happy, healthy, and looking and smelling great. The ladies truly love dogs and will take excellent care of yours

Amy came Thursday to my house to groom my long haired dachshund. She did a fantastic job. Scarlet's hair was so soft; smelled so nice and was trimmed to perfection just the way I wanted. I'm new to Amy but she came highly recommended. I am so glad I followed through on this recommendation.

The reason i tried Anitas services is because I had surgery an cant drive so i thought i would try her services. I'm so happy to find such a good service. My shitzu Bella looks beautiful after her grooming. Very convenient an fast I just love the whole experience. An Anita was wonderful ' too. I will definitely use her services again. I hope to use her again for my other fur baby real soon hes the difficult one to groom so will see.

I met Anita when I adopted a pomeranian pup from her in 2008 and have since used her mobile grooming services. She does an amazing job and her prices are reasonable. My dog actually looks forward to being groomed by Anita (unlike grooming salons, which stress her out) and comes out looking fabulous! My pup has been groomed by other groomers that work for Anita as well, and we are equally happy with their service. Highly recommended!

We've used the mobile grooming service for years, mostly for nail trimming, but also for the "full works" grooming in the van. Amy does an excellent job of relating to the dogs. She is friendly, calm, and good-natured; the dogs are very comfortable with her. She really cares about them, handles them nicely.Our German Shepherd remarks: " Amy groomed me this week. I came out of the van all clean and fluffed up, my nails trimmed and my ears cleaned. I looked and felt like a new doggie! Nice job, Amy!"Our young Chocolate Lab adds: "When Amy first started to trim my nails, I was a squirmy pup.
