Great stop for lunch - very cute shop with lots of food, snacks, coffee, and gifts. Could work as a grocery in a pinch. There are some picnic tables outside, and some adirondack chairs and garbage cans more easily eat there. $10 is a lot for a sandwich, however, especially when it's a bit soggy from sitting in the fridge. I really enjoyed my zucchini whoopie pie, though! All in all, I don't regret it, but it is a bit pricy.

Had a little bit of everything (sweets,salty,savory) some pre made meals/frozen meals and coffee. The baked goods are nothing to write home about. The coffee was good. The front staff was not very personable.Also had some house hold items (cleaning supplies) and gift like items.$10 card minimum

For being what seems like a non-chain market in the area I liked their selection of interesting goods ranging from food to snacks to alcohol!I was visiting the area from NJ to hike on a recent weekend and our lodging wasn’t far from this market.I tried a few snacks like chips and ice cream which were good.Pricing seemed a tad high for a few items like their prepared food, I acknowledge I know nothing about that process.Just note that as of my visit they do not have jugs or gallons of water, just water bottles. I drove to the nearby Stewart’s for the water jugs.Also they have a minimum $10 credit card charge.

A great cup of coffee and the best baked goods around. Next time your in Keene swing in. You will not be disappointed, I love the lemon bread! But there are to many wonderful things to pick there best. Christy always out does herself.

What a great find that we luckily stumbled into.Grocery items are all way above average. Really nice prepared dishes both frozen and ready to eat to either picnic with or take home.Very tasty fresh bread. We will return

I first came into this store around October, and was so pleasantly surprised!! What a unique grocer, that carries very good quality pantry & kitchen items. The dairy & meat selection alongside the prepped meals was such a score!! I live about 50min away and will return for my regular kitchen Staples.I'm so so thankful this store is here!!

How cute! This place is a must stop if you're in the area! The hot apple cider was such a glorious treat. The desserts were ok, not my favorite but everything else in the store was fantastic l, stop by!

It was a cool store. They have some really unique food items like haloumi, Adirondack cheddars, smoked maple syrup, fresh breads, sauerkrauts and other jarred vegetables, nut butters crackers etc.We really liked the pain au chocolat and the raspberry cheesecake - really really good and a win. Best thing we tasted on our trip up here. But maybe stay away from the sandwiches in the refrigerator. Baked goods here are what you buy (and of course, unique groceries)

Cedar Run baked our wedding cake and 100 cupcakes for our guests! It was the most delicious and moist chocolate Guinness stout cake and everyone raved about the cupcakes. We have been coming to the Adirondack mountains for nearly 6 years, and enjoy visiting the bakery every time we're in town! When we decided on our Adirondack wedding location, we knew the Cedar Run Bakery was our top choice for cake. Can't wait to return!

Amazing selection of snacks, meals, vegetarian options, gluten free options, drinks, and alcohol! We bought nearly all our food here over a three day stay and everything was really good. Special shout out to the hummus and homemade breads! Staff was friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend.

This use to be our spot before heading onto the thruway. Made to order sandwiches were delicious. This trip the refrigerated “tuna” sandwich was just awful. First of all it was mislabeled. It was actually a chicken salad sandwich if you call it that. The stale bread fall apart and the chicken had absolutely NO flavor. Cashier said sandwiches are made fresh each day. No way possible. I hate giving bad reviews but this was possibly the worst sandwich in the ADKS. So many other choices. I hope they get back to being good. In the meanwhile I would recommend many other excellent options in Keene. The restaurant across the street is recommended.

We’ve visited this store twice in our travels upstate. The first visit, the owner or manager was less than nice. This current visit we wanted to stop in just to pick up a few snacks for the road. After walking around and grabbing a few items we headed to the counter to pay. The owner came out, slammed her hand on the counter and told us very sternly that we needed a mask. We explained we were fully vaccinated and could provide proof. She refused and said she wouldn’t ring us up. We left the store empty handed. I guess she will have to put all those items that we touched without a mask back on her shelf to sell to someone who is wearing a mask. Will NEVER visit again. There is no reason to be rude to paying customers. Bad business.

My friend and I were staying in a nearby bed and breakfast and they recommended Cedar Run for take-out food. We ordered their Harvest Gnocchi and Moroccan Chicken Meatballs frozen meals. They were some of the best dishes I have eaten in my lifetime. They were amazingly delicious with a perfect combination of flavors and textures. I just ordered 4 more of their frozen meals and plan on making the hour plus drive to Keene from my house to pick them up.

Extremely RUDE!! Very mean lady identifying herself as the manager was so rude and disrespectful, beyond the unthinkable. We were appaled by her attitude towards us.We were visiting the area during our skiing winter vacation and sadly her place is one of the few places around.Hoping and wishing future potential customers read this before stepping in here, please turn around and support other local business where you can be appreciated and respected as a customer, go to Stewards Gas Station, very nice people there, very helpful and also locals who need to earn a living.Highly priced items for its low quality. Wish we can give her -5 STARS!

We love stopping at this bakery and market! After hiking it’s become a tradition to pickup lunch, dessert, or pastries for breakfast the next day. Everyone we have interacted with has been very friendly. There are signs that say no food is to be consumed on the premises and there is a $10 minimum on credit card purchases. Overall they have a great selection of food and bakery items and it’s easy to place and receive your order.

I wish I read the reviews before we stopped there, do not waste your time or money. The roast beef was dry and grizzly, the chicken salad was also very dry and there wasn’t very much meat on the sandwiches. Multiple times we had to ask prices of the items since there was no price on any of the menus. Their sandwich bread was old and falling apart and the loaf of bread was baked the day before. There was no garbage pail for customers. We were told to take the garbage home with us. If a place sells food it should have a place for garbage. Just drive past this cafe! Horrible attitude, horrible food.

Cute place with a really nice assortment of products, but some more attention to detail is needed with the bakery and deli items. I got a big blueberry muffin that only had TWO blueberries (not just a fluke, I don't think, as the others looked similarly fruitless). Takeaway tuna wrap was super soggy and drippy. I'm only complaining here in hopes that this feedback can make a difference -- this place has so much potential and I hope to visit again with better results.

I'll start by saying the food was really quite good. Our sandwiches were delicious. However, the woman at the counter was very unfriendly and actually rude at times. She seemed annoyed when we asked questions and was very short with her answers. Service like that does not warrant my business. Think twice before spending your money here.

What a fantastic North Country Gem!!!!! We have fallen deeply in love with the pies and treats coming out of this kitchen!!! It all started with a Pumpkin Cheesecake that could contend with Sylvia's of Brooklyn no problem. It was AMAZING! Although... that experience paled in comparison to the "Bake at Home" Rhubarb Pie we just tried. No strawberries or other fruit to sully up the main ingredient's shine. Truly UNIQUE and SPECTACULAR!!!!! I am planning on a few for the freezer next trip. Health conscious and hip, this store is full of things you will want to bring home. From absolutely needed home staples to quick dinner ideas to crave in your sleep; desserts!!!! Having this joint in my backyard makes Tuesday Night or ANY special event night taken care of. Highly Recommended!!

Food selections were inconsistent. Chicken/sausage pot pies had odd ingredients, without a white gravy, no potatoes. A raspberry pie was mostly rhubarb, and not indicated in labelling, put us off. Lemon cake was tasty. Overpriced.

I cancelled my Thanksgiving order with them because our plans changed and then unfortunately changed again. They really bailed us out. Went out of their way today to be helpful. Also understand that between quality and selection their pies are the best I've had in my 61 years. I left with all kinds of great stuff today. Thanksgiving is saved. If you have to drive two hours for this place....drive it.

Must stop if you're traveling through Keene. Their to go food is incredible. I've gotten a bunch of their refrigerated food and it's always amazing. So great that they have vegan and vegetarian options.

Great sandwiches and baked goods. Best coffee in Keene. Nice assortment of quality groceries. Always friendly staff. I visit the area regularly for rock and ice climbing, Cedar Run Bakery has become a frequent stop.
