Yes Yes Yes! Found a groomer up-county finally that will love our pups like their own! Our Bentley can be a handful and they were able to give him the TLC he needs. Also love that they don’t crate your pup unless they have to. All I wish is that they had a website where we could book appointments

We just used Must Love Dogs for our pomsky and are ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED!! These groomers far exceed our former groomers (who were good) in talent, time, cost and friendliness. We could not be HAPPIER!!! You will be too!

DONT EVER STEP FOOT IN HERE. Upon leaving my dog here i asked for a “puppy cut”. I asked how much they would cut and we agreed on .25 inches cut all around. Then I specifically asked them to make sure my dog was NOT left in the cage. I left and they took a good 2 hours which was expected. BUT when i got my dog back he had a solid 2 INCHES MORE THAN I ASKED CUT. He was far over cut. And WORST OF ALL they cut a massive patch on one spot of his skin and it had 0 HAIR LEFT.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, GO TO THIS HORRIBLE DOG CUTTING PLACE. It is ABSOLUTELY terrible, save yourself the trouble and go find another place to take your dog. I WOULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I left my dog for a haircut, but the groomer completely butchered it! They cut off a whopping 2 inches more than what was agreed upon. Absolutely unacceptable!The overcut left a huge patch on my dog's skin. Absolutely unacceptable! They negligently far over cut his hair resulting in the dog  with a glaring bald spot. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

This is a very professional grooming facility. The “clients” are well taken care of, and my Oliver always comes back spiffy and cheerful.The grooming is also completed in a reasonable amount of time. Excellent service!

WARNING: ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE like the plague. I LEFT MY POOR DOG HERE with clear instructions for a "puppy cut." We agreed on a .25-inch cut all around, and I SPECIFICALLY EMPHASIZED that my dog should NOT be left in a cage. I expected them to take around 2 hours, but when I returned, my dog had a shocking 2 inches MORE HAIR CUT than agreed upon. It was a HORRENDOUS OVERCUT. To add insult to injury, not only did they leave him in a cage DESPITE MY REQUEST, but they HACKED AWAY a massive patch on his skin, leaving it COMPLETELY BALD—0 HAIR LEFT. Don't ever step foot in here.

THIS PLACE HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE. IN OTHER WORDS NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN MUST LOVE DOGS. I LEFT MY DOG HERE WITH THE SIMPLE REQUEST .25 INCHES CUT AS IT WAS ALSO CONFIRMED BY THE LADY GROOMING MY PUPPY. WHEN I PICKED UP MY DOG I ASTOUNDED BY THE HORBLE DIVET IN HIS FUR. THEY EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO TRY TO COVER IT UP BY SHAVING IT INTO A HEART WHICH MADE IT TEN TIMES WORSE. I PERSONALLY LOVE MY DOG AND WANT THE BEST FUR FOR HIM AND IF YOU FEEL THE SAME WAY ABOUT YOUR'S THEN I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO NEVER ENTER THIS THIEVING STORE.

Do not go to this place. They are money craving lying thieves. They Tried to cover up the bald patches they cut on my puppy until I payed. If you care about your dog, do not go here, trust me.

My family has been taking our Bichon Frise here for years and they do an incredible job! We’ve recently moved and I’m yet to find a groomer as thorough as them, and I even drove down from the city to get her groomed. I highly recommend their services!

Today I brought my mini poodle to must love dogs in Katonah NY. When I came back to pick up my dog I was stoked. Never has my dog looked or smelled so great. The place is very friendly and clean. At first my dog was very nervous about being left their to the point I second guessed my self about leaving my dog there. When I picked up my dog, she no longer seemed nervous but looked calm and proud of her cut. I can tell you that the owner Jessica is a real dog person who loves dogs and has passion for what she does, I would never trust any other place with my dog. Five star service all the way.

Took my airedale for his first grooming. They cut him rather than hand strip him which is necessary for the first time. Otherwise you get a permanent soft coat. Even more shocking when I came to pick him up it was not an Airedale cut. Would never go back under any circumstances. High prices and ignorance of basic dog cuts!!
