The staff here are very pleasant and helpful in offering suggestions. The store is organized and spotless. Even the glass cases are without fingerprints. The food is fresh and marketed attractively. The produce section is a kaleidoscope of colors you are happy to put into your cart. In fact, anything you bring home from DeCicco's will not disappoint.

It’s a great store that offers quality products and unique foods and snacks, great for grabbing a few things for dinner but I would not use it as my primary grocer as it is pretty expensive.

Management needs to purge the mentality of the "cold cut" section. I now, for years remember to get my cold cuts from other supermarkets that pre-slice and put it out for customers to take. I never want to get them here. At this location, I am sick and tired, as the one guy attends to the one customer, and the rest of us try to make eye contact with the other two dudes as they go about their business, expertly avoiding eye contact until someone yells out if there is only one person attending to customers. I am now committed to never going to this fresh cuts counter ever again. Unless there's no one there, and even then I stare at your employees for several minutes until they make eye contact and ask as if I just appeared. I have come and passed by the counter rather than waste my time.

I’ve been a customer since they opened years ago . For the most part service and selection are good but I’ve had a few instances where I get home and the milk will be bad or blueberries will have mold well inside the package . This morning I called because the prepared Halibut dinner I purchased last night gave my spouse and I food poisoning. I called the store this morning to alert them - so no one else is inconvenienced or gets sick . Associate just said - sorry - thanks for calling .I will go to the Millwood store from now on and I’m in Katonah every day . Great service !Stay away from the fish counter .

Convenient, but you have to watch the prices at the register and the expiration labels. Something clearly marked at $2.49 might ring up as $4.99. Wilted/slimy spring lettuce boxes. Expired cottage cheese.

Love everything about this store. It has the freshest seafood, pasta and produce. Great cheese selections. They have Bell & Evan'a chicken and excellent meat options. It all looks fresh and clean. For now, you shouldn't bring your own bags during this pandemic. Social distancing is in effect and shoppers are very respectful of one another. Enjoyed many shopping excursions here.

Such a wonderful neighborhood grocery. The staff is friendly, the location is perfect, and the selection is prime. Their prepared soups are amazing also. I prefer this grocery to the chain store options or overpriced novelty health food chains.

Great store, the staff is very nice and they have great produce as well as meat section. The store is very clean is open pretty late for a store in Katonah. The hot foods, especially the soups, are delicious and nutritious. the parking is pretty good too, except around the holidays where it gets pretty busy. Overall, this is the perfect supermarket in the area and it is good to support local businesses!

Warning about ROTTEN FOOD! I purchased the risotto which they had on special: buy one get one free. One had an expiration date of June 11 and one June 14. They were both rancid. I called right away to report it to the supermarket out of concern for the health of others. Later I went to the store to show the manager the item. I only had one as the other one I gave to someone else. Instead of taking the other products off the shelf and refunding me I was told that one of them was free and so I couldn’t get a refund for one unless I brought the other back. I wasn’t even asking for a refund I was asking for an explanation of how it could have happened. I’m not going to bother doing it. They have a lax attitude about health. People eating this could get sick! Beware of buy one get one free items and the dates they list. These items must have been much older than the labels said! Very rude treatment of a customer and reckless behavior. I’ll never purchase any prepared items from them again.

Very nice neighborhood market. Compared to the DeCicco in Brewster which is much larger and busier, I prefer the Katonah store. I have been in that area 5 days a week for medical treatment over the past few weeks. It has been my go-to place to grab a bite to eat, or something to bring home for dinner. The hot food bar is kept immaculate, and is delicious as is The Soup Bar offering 8 different soups per day, and at $4.49 per16 oz container, it's the cheapest most nutritious lunch you can find or bring a few home so you don't have to cook today or tomorrow. There's also a huge selection at the deli counter, the other day I selected an empanada, and they were nice enough to heat it for me. Everyone I have spoken to there has been very nice, you can tell that it must be part of their outstanding training. Many stores need to follow that lead, not just train cashiers to ring up items, but make the customer's experience a good one, which will bring them back again and again. The deli Seafood produce meat department all look so nice . Beautiful bakery department too.

Great local market. The new store is a perfect addition to Katonah. Store is clean, prepped foods are delicious and the fish market has not disappointed. The hot food I have tried has all been food as well, friend chicken, rotisserie chicken and a few of the sides. Recommend for a quick easy midweek dinner.

Fabulous Italian market. My friend and I picked up lobsters, lobster sushi and a few gorgeous bottles of vino. Customer service is A+++ and the food itself is delicious. (The lobsters are just about to meet their maker. Sorry, lobsters.. that you taste so decadent)

Called from abroad for assistance assembling and delivering care package to some family locally; Paul was super helpful, and the food arrived on time and as described. Only disappointment was that I wasn’t there to eat any of it! Really appreciate all the help for what was certainly an unorthodox ordering process!

I'm not sure why this supermarket is so expensive. The fruit & vegetable area is not exceptional. The method of pricing is inconsistent and often non-existent. The yogurt offerings are great but convenience is the main reason to shop here.

New, (so far) very clean store and well stocked. Employees are very friendly here. The prepared to-go foods are very good. Prices are not inexpensive, but that is to be expected from this chain and location.

Rude staff. Overpriced. Nasty young woman looks pained when she has to open a cashier line because they don't have enough open. Deli guy ignores you, walks around avoiding eye contact so you have to call out to him. Even Shop Rite is better and their prices are lower. Go there.

I personally love the convenience of your location. I have lived here in Katonah for almost five years. Deciccos is market of quality but, I do have a valid complaint against Sarah who mostly work at customer service. I noticed I cannot enter your market without her slandering my name and defaming my character with other employees. I really want this to stop. I have never disrespected anyone there. I don't speak to her professionally or personally. She's a very nice young lady I'm sure. I want to know who gave her permission to attack me this way. No customer should have to tolerate this behavior from an employee. She's overly bold. Please resolve this matter. Thanks! I said all I have to say in the above text. My job is to teach and build people not tear them down. Again Thanks

My wife loved this place, I actually picked up a car there, Carvana drop off point. But what she brought home from there was delicious! Lots of store made dinners, deserts, and even Cinnamon bread out of this world. Try it!

This store is such a rip off and not a good experience. I had a cashier not allow me to use the store card one time bc "he's not allowed". I explained that I got the card and he can look me up by phone number. He says "did you get it at this specific store?" I said no I got it in Armonk". No then we can't look you up or give you the store card discounts. I wanted to walk out with all of my groceries on the conveyer belt but someone was behind me and I needed milk etc. I will never shop here again.With such high prices, those few sale items are the only way to ease the pain of spending triple the norm.

Well lit, plenty of carts near the entrance. Stared to get busy right before a storm, but that is not unusual. Aisles are pretty narrow for a modern store.
