A sad day for udderly delicious in Johnstown. Went for a chocolate Oreo milkshake and it wasn't the same. You could see chocolate sauce in it, as it they used vanilla ice cream and tried to cover it up with chocolate sauce. When I went back and questioned them about it, I was told they got a new shake machine this week, and it only works with vanilla ice cream. So I asked, "does that mean if I order a chocolate milkshake, your going to make a milkshake with vanilla ice cream and mix chocolate syrup in that?". I was told that is correct... Udderlys has always been famous for their Oreo milkshakes, you can't get ones like them anywhere else, and now it seems they are gone forever. Hopefully the manager reads this and can manage to find a way to use chocolate ice cream in his brand new milkshake machine. The regular ice cream is still delicious, but it's the same ice cream everyone else has. Nobody else had chocolate Oreo milkshakes like them and it's heartbreaking to see it go, especially over what is essentially a blender. It's been the only ice cream shop I was loyal to since I was little, I loved those shakes. I just really wanna know, how does the milkshake machine know the difference between soft serve chocolate and soft serve vanilla?

A cute little ice cream shop serving both hard and soft ice cream. I had a chocolate peanut butter twist which was very good. My bride had a non dairy blueberry pancake ice cream, which she thought tasted just like a blueberry pancake. My mom had a coconut soft ice cream. We all were happy with our selections.

Amazing menu,amazing service, and amazing people. The atmosphere is friendly and i love how they work with you if you have digestive issues and can not have lactose. I really love udderly and think more should enjoy their tasty ice cream. 10/10

Ice cream was good. Large selection of flavors. Portion size was on the smaller side.There is not a great place to enjoy the ice cream there. It is an open area with a few tables. No shade or wind block.

Delicious ice cream at reasonable prices. They happily split the doggie dish I ordered into 2 portions and included a treat for each dog.

Horrible customer service since new ownership bought an extra large chocolate milkshake that didn’t taste right brought it to their attention was told with attitude that the ice cream bag was just replaced and the milk was just opened and the best they could do was a large in a different flavor then I only took three sips out of the extra large. WILL NEVER GO BACK WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THAT PLACE

The portions of the ice cream are insane. The good version of insane. They're not scary ice creams. The sizes are such a bang for your buck that even the small size is enough for most people. And if you aren't interested in a lot of ice cream the kid size is a great choice as well.

Service was very good. Portions are very large so make sure you can stomach all that cream. About the only thing i can say that needs change is shade, its great that they offer seating areas but the sun will bake you and melt your ice cream really fast, ask for cups or your ice cream will run down your hand. The Pistachio flavored ice cream I found rather bland, I tasted the coconut and that was pretty good. Coffee ice cream could use more coffee it seems they just use a coffee syrup to drizzle around the cone and cream so its basically just a vanilla ice cream. With a few changes, they would be a perfect five star review.

The family loves Udderly Delicious with so many great Flavors it’s hard to decide what one to try next… although recently I have a new favorite, the samoa sundae!! Best ice cream in town

Talk about delicious 😋.. Thier coconut ice cream 🍦 is literally the best! We are a family of 6 so affordability is definitely important for us. Not only is the ice cream fantastic but it was only $23 for all of us to be able to enjoy a tasty summer treat. We stop a few times every summer and we're a little nervous because we know it has new ownership. But we are pleased to say they are doing just as great! Thanks again!

Largest cones in capital district! We don't go anywhere else...you can't beat their prices, either. Every week they have three different flavors of soft ice cream-you won't be disappointed. Worth the drive! Milkshakes, flurries, sundaes, so much to choose from. Even "baby" baby cones. Something for everyone, food, too. Check it out !

How this place doesn't have OVER 5 stars is beyond me! We've visited this place many times with the original owners and as of this year, the new ones. The recipe for the best soft serve hasn't changed, though I love the variety and more constant rotation through all of the famous flavors!This year we came all the way from Utah for a family trip to ADK Park and the owner set aside a couple of special quarts for us as they couldn't guarantee a specific flavor would be on the "Flavor of the Week". That's customer service!This is a community staple and we continue to hope it stays that way for a very long time to come.

Went here today with my mom and aunt and cousin the ice cream was pretty good i got two scoops of ice cream in a cup and my cousin got a mini cone with ice cream and my mom got an ice cream sandwich they were flavorful and tasty!

My family has been coming here every summer or every other summer since I can remember. They have the best soft serve ice cream I've ever had. They also have 2 flavors of the week they rotate through which I have never been disappointed with. Great prices for great ice cream. Just be sure to bring cash, although they recently added an ATM.

All the ice cream here is delicious! I love their Arctic Swirl, their version of a flurry. Always loaded with whatever you choose. Their sizes are enormous, too! What would usually be a large at most places is a medium here. Very fast, very friendly, and really a good deal.

Best ice cream place in the capital district, bar none! Different soft flavors and combinations every week, not to mention the size of the cones! Do not miss this establishment, the prices are very reasonable, staff is friendly. I love the coconut soft ice cream (when they have it).
