I absolutely love and 100% trust this place! My pup always looks forward to daycare - I love seeing photos on Facebook of all the daily activities & fun photoshoots, too! Staff is incredibly friendly, all the treats are adorable, and the groomers do spectacular jobs. Their selection of supplies are also very, very, very reasonably priced!

I boarded my dog for over a week and she got the best care. I requested a daily photo and text to let me know how she was doing and received beautiful photos of my Daisy running and having fun and getting cuddles and just enjoying herself. I can't say enough good things about Harvey's. My husband and I are so pleased with how we were treated and how Daisy was cared for. I won't hesitate to board her there in the future and will tell everyone we know what a positive experience we've had. Thank you Crissy!

Harvey's does a great job at grooming my parents labs. Whenever I am in the area I take the dogs to Harvey's to get groomed. The dogs always look and smell great. The staff seem to be really competent and caring. There is always a line for grooming or day care. The prices are great and they have some products that I haven't seen in other pet stores.

They took very good care of my baby boy, Scout! I felt he was in very good hands and enjoyed his time at Harvey's Doggie Daycare and Pet Hotel. I will be using them again very soon!

I can't say enough about how terrible this place is. They give out expired propane tanks, then refuse to fill GOOD tanks. Ace Hardware is the place to go. And WHY on earth is the staff SO scared??? I waited for them to open and not a SINGLE employee looked even remotely comfortable. The owner and his bachee wife are literally SO hated that someone put sugar in their gas tank THEN THEY DUPED SOMEONE INTO BUYING IT FOR THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Shame on you.

Grooming... I made the mistake of listening to groomers who are constricted by a tight schedule. Wish I just took my dog home instead of letting them shave her down completely to clear out a few clumps. I am sure with a little patience, conditioner and gentle combing anyone could've removed most of the small clumps with minimal cutting of her hair. In retrospect I realize this was an easy and time saving solution for them. I am so disgusted right now.My response to your claims: I was at your place in mid May. This was the appt given to me at that time. I came back when you suggested I return. I don't believe this would've taken 3-4 hours to comb the clumps. They weren't thst bad. I am confident thst with conditioner and a gentle hand, they could've been brushed out or possibly cut out much less than they were. I did come back to the store when your ppl called. I saw what your groomer pointed out. It wasnt that bad. She just didn't want to take the time. As for the $100 fee -I would've paid it as it would've been worth much more to have Chloes hair than this joke of a $60 grooming. The fact is you guys had a schedule to keep and that took precedence over the quality of your work. That was the priority. Period. I wish I realized that sooner and took her home when I came back and she was soaking wet still having her hair and NOT covered with clumps. When i picked up later she was nearly bald and not anything like what that dog they showed me she would look like. In addition she was and still is quite upset. She is scared to even go outside. I am guessing she feels unprotected. She is a very manageable dog -not aggressive as your groomer falsely claimed when I picked her up - and I am sure a skilled groomer could've handled this job easily. I will be looking for a new one when her hair finally grows back in...

i put my 3 year old dog in there for about four days while my family and i went on vacation, and when i came back he was a completely different dog, he ate like he’d never had a meal before in his life and he was much more aggressive. i thought maybe it was just because he had never been put in a doggy hotel before, but i heard today that a friend of mine put their dog in harvey’s and had the same outcome. i do not recommend bringing ur pet here.

Harvey's is great! I have been buying fish there for years. They never have sick fish and the fish tanks are always clean. My son and I built a pond last year. All the Koi and goldfish came from Harvey's. They all survived the winter and are growing big and doing great. The staff is also great. Keep it up Harvey's.

Thank you for grooming our cat. We were so nervous but the people explained everything and very nice. Our cat looks amazing and he did so good because the groomers took their time and so nice to the cat. Now he prances around the house like he knows he looks amazing. So thank you again for taking such good care of our cat. And we recommend this place 101 percent and more

Made a reservation for a bath service a month ago. I checked the status of it and it was cancelled. It was not delightful to see that as it was a surprise since they never emailed me to tell me it was cancelled. Would have been really nice to know the appointment was cancelled so I do not have to revolve my whole day around the appointment. Great first impression. No one answered my call too. This would have been my first time there, but this drove me away very quickly. Horrible.

This store is amazing. The manager, Christina, is such a caring and compassionate person! At Harvey's not only can you get what your pet needs but they also ACTUALLY CARE about your pets and their needs! You won't get that at any other place I know of. This place may very well have saved my new baby chameleon. Knowledgeable and helpful! 💚

I must rant i just took my dogs to Harvey's Pet Grooming. I have been taking my little dogs there for years. Even though they constantly have new staff they have always done a good job. Unfortunately I will not be able to use them any longer. I used to pay 49.00 for each dog pricey but worth it. Today I pick them up my bill was 172.80. That is 80.00 per dog plus tax because we all know the government has to get in on this thievery. So I said to the worker was I charged the rate for dogs 25 to 50 pounds she said yes I said my dogs are all of 15 lbs. She said let me check we may have to way them. I said at this price you shouldn't be guesstamating weight as it was 20.00 more. She came back out and said I was charged more because I do not come every 6 to 8 weeks I go evey 3 months. I told her not anymore I don't . I would rather trim them myself and use the money to buy a meal for someone thats hungry. End rant thanks for reading and feel free to share. An update i received a call from Christine the owner today and she took action and apologized for what had happened i was credit and only paid what I expected to pay. I appreciate the follow up but the future increase may still be a little rich for my budget

Our GSD spent a week in the Pet Hotel while we were away. We were nervous leaving him for the first time, but he was happy when we picked him up. Harvey's appears to have taken good care of him. We will try them for training next.

What’s the point of having a phone when you send it to voicemail, but never return calls. I can not ever speak to a individual, when I need to see if something is in stock. Was in store before, and they didn’t have it a few times I was told to call, now when I call no one answers. 90% if the workers are nice minus the one girl, so I’ll give it 2 stars

Great safe service!!! Carts & baskets are already sterilized & waiting, employees actually follow the social distancing law, fast great service. If You need something specific that they don't have they will order it for You, but have a wonderful variety of pet foods, toys, habitats, & also have grooming services. Just a wonderful hometown store that makes their costumers feel like family: )

We get are winter pellets for our stove here, and they have always been knowledgeable and helpful on what is best to use. Also on the few times our stove has had issues we were able to call and visit to get good help in a good amount of time. I highly recommend because they are nice, helpful and well priced.

The service is always excellent, the staff are always friendly. Cricket availability since the global pandemic has been a little sporadic, but still scheduled for tuesday delivery. Never had a bad experience!

Groomers are very talented! My cockapoo got her best haircut ever. Unlike when at other groomers, she came out to meet me and was her normal happy self. Pricing is very reasonable. There is also boarding and doggy daycare. Be sure to make your appointment well in advance, this is a busy grooming business!

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. We always get our fish there and they end up living forever! Also love the way they treat all the dogs who come in for grooming or to stay. The pictures with Santa is my favorite! ♥️Update: They go above and beyond for all of the dogs there! My chihuahua Eloise stayed there for a week while I went on vacation and I’m just in awe of how amazing this place is. They truly love the dogs! I can’t thank them enough for what they did to take care of my dog Eloise. She’s a senior dog so she requires more care, so I worry a lot about her and she’s my entire world. She was treated like the princess she is and deserves to be!

Harvey's Day Care is absolutely WONDERFUL!! I can not say enough good things about them. They take time to make a personal connection and treat your pets as family. They go above and beyond to ensure your pets enjoy their time at Harvey's and assure owners they are well taken care of. My puppy has been going here for a few months and she comes home so happy and exhausted from hours of fun! They pay attention to detail and always make my pet feel special. I recommend Harvey's Daycare highly.

We are parked at the TA for the weekend & ordered local delivery so we could get food for our dog. I called to see when it would be delivered and Jill was nice enough to bring it to us after she got off work. We are so appreciative of that.
