I purchased a car from Glove City Cars 1 year ago. The day I left the lot, I got the car inspected, they told me the car shouldn't have even been inspected! After about a week, the car was smoking. I brought it back, it was the coolant hose. Instead of replacing it with a new one, they did absolutely nothing. I immediately had to replace the radiator-water pump hose, as it was about to BLOW! As well as the coolant hose. At my own expense. About a month later the check engine light came on. The check engine light was on due to a hole in the Valve cover. I replaced that at my own expense. THEN yesterday my car died. The battery AND THE ALTERNATOR are both SHOT. As well as Both Control arms. I now have put over $2,000 into this car. TODAY it is now overheating and may have a bad waterpump or radioator. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM HERE! They SCAMMED ME AND MY CHILDREN out of transportation. I am now paying $300 a month for a car I can't even drive. 😡I could never imagine selling a mother and her children a car that is going to put them further into debt.

On March 1st, 2024, I encountered a distressing situation with Glovecars. We opted not to proceed with a vehicle purchase and instead provided a $1000 refundable deposit, alongside a $39.90 fee, as requested by Igor Lensky. Despite promptly processing the payment, Igor subsequently denied receiving the funds, accusing us of bouncing the payment and failing to fulfill our financial obligation.What compounds the issue is our diligent documentation of the transaction, including bank statements and transaction proofs, which unequivocally verify the transfer of funds to Glovecars. Despite presenting this irrefutable evidence, Igor Lensky persistently refuses to acknowledge the transaction's occurrence, demonstrating a concerning lack of accountability and ethical conduct.This experience has left us deeply disheartened and concerned about the integrity of Glovecars' business operations. We are compelled to caution others within our community and beyond to exercise extreme vigilance when engaging with Glovecars, given the potential for similar occurrences.

Very pleased with the Ford Five hundred i just financed! No other place would even think about allowing me to be financed because of having no credit! I will never buy a vehicle off of these guys ever again!!!!! When I first bought it it continously stalled out. Forget calling them if you have a warranty through them bc they hardly answer if they ever do. They put my car in their shop in gloversville for 3 weeks to fix a camshaft sensor that took my personal mechanic 3 HOURS to complete!! Plus I've only had my vehicle for a little over a year now and now my catalytic converter is going in it! Definitely do NOT recommend this place!!!

Well alot of people knock this company andput them down it is wrong to do that one .Now at first I was afraid to go to glove cars with what people said . But I went and bought a 2010 dodge ram hemi and love it .Now at first I was not approved and already had the truck and been driving for over a week and the owner called me and said hey I could not get u thru the bank . So I had to wait another week but still had my truck with me and then the owner called me in to sign a new contract at the same amount same payment with a new bank and I was fully approved .So for all you that put this company this man down that will go above and beyond for everyone if he can you all are so wrong .But thank you very much everyone at glove cars .

Place is a complete joke bought my wife a suv for $8,000 last year transmission went 6 months after buying the thing had to put a new one in I also had to replace the entire front end and now have to replace the catalytic converter witch is another 2,500. First day I bought it the check engine light came on I instantly called them and some women answered said I was going to get a call back and never did. Place is horrible I don’t even know how they are still open

If I could go less then 1 star I would! At first they were super nice and when they stopped returning my calls that should have been a sign to run but I didn’t. Finally was able to sign paperwork was told the bank approved me and everything else just to find out a few weeks later that my load didn’t go through the bank and I needed a coesigner. Well I don’t have a coesigner so I was going to take the car back and seeings how I didn’t have a loan I wanted the money back I put down. Well after returning it the sales guy and the other guy in the office were trash talking not only me but my mom as well and they are super unprofessional. They say they are going to take me to court for the remainder of the loan but according to the messages I have I had no loan to begin with. DO NOT go to them for a vehicle you will seriously regret it!

They offer me a different car, so I go look at it and it was a rotted out p.o.s. So here I am carless and minus 35 on my credit score. Very unpleased

I was in desperate need for a new car. The vehicle I was driving was literally falling apart. I was worried because I have poor credit due to an illness that caused me to get behind in my bills and it's hard to get caught up when you're doing everything alone. I researched online and came across the site for Glovecars. I looked at the vehicles they had to offer and I fell in love with a Nissan that was on their website. I called and explained my circumstances and they had me fill out an application. I dealt with Bruce and he went above and beyond to help me get the car. I put $2000 down and they are allowing me to make weekly payments. I had the car shortly after. There were a few small things that I wanted fixed and Bruce had me bring it in the following week and repaired everything in one day.I was impressed with how easy everything went for me to get the car. I love the car! It drives smoothly and has many impressive features. I am truly thankful for everyone at Glovecars and impressed with how helpful they were. I would highly recommend going to Glovecars I'd you're looking for a new car. Thank you Bruce and everyone else that helped me! I am very appreciative!

If I could rate it less than one star I would. Owner and sales people give you the run around and excuse after excuse. Then going after them to fix a car that I bought straight off the lot with problems. Wouldn't return calls wouldn't answer calls wouldn't return text. Then tell you that they don't have to do anything. And then tell you that you would have to pay for the repairs. An absolute garbage place to buy a car from.

First off, if there was a negative star that's what I would give glove cars. The staff is lazy, they don't great people, the salesman sets at his desk and you have to go inside to even start to communicate, sorry but we are doing them a service by purchasing a less than mediocre vehicle from them that are over priced. My wife needed a car because the transmission in her car was going so we went there to get a car for her. First car she picked, we received the excuse, mind you, we had to contact them, the excuse was that the vehicle wouldn't pass inspection and we would have to wait three weeks to get it. So my wife picked another vehicle which she was supposed to get the following Wednesday, she had to call them to find out another excuse, well the shop is really backed up so you should have it by the weekend. She didn't go there to be told excuse after excuse, keep in mind Everytime they give a excuse about a vehicle, the next vehicle you pick is more money!!!!!!! I would not suggest anyone go there, they are not trustworthy.

They make you write a nice quote and take your picture before you drive off the lot. .then your car breaks down. .over and over. .they promise to fix it. .they had it for 5 days. .still broke down. .and wanted me to pay for work. Had problems since day 1 and entire time. .worse car dealer ever . illegally used information and false info on loan paper .they have several law suits against them and several also with BBB ..don't waste your time or money
