These people are the best of the best from start to finish. Simple and easy to make an appointment for an estimate on a carpet cleaning for an apartment. I was given an appointment with a half hour window and was told the technician would have all the equipment needed to do the job should I agree with the cost. Technician showed up in the 30 minute window, said he could do the job and even asked I stay to see the results when finished. Job well done and very pleased. I was also impressed with how fast Emily reached out for my feedback. Thank you all.

Had my sectional cleaned by Dylan this past Friday. He arrived on time, was polite and professional, and he did an amazing job! He even swept under my sectional pieces since it was pulled away from the wall to be able to throughly clean. He definitely took his time to ensure every part of the sectional was clean and I’m truly pleased at how nice it looks afterwards! All interactions with the company from initial contact, scheduling, confirmation of appointment via both phone and email have been very quick, efficient, polite, and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone needing professional carpet/upholstery cleaning and will definitely use them in the future. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well!

I would recommend this service wholeheartedlyI used Advanced Cleaning to deep clean my house prior to moving, and as they did an excellent job, I engaged them for a deep carpet cleaning service as well.Dylan and Darrien took years of dust out of my dad's white carpeting throughout the home, and removed stains I didn't think we're going to be able to be removed, restoring the carpet to sellable condition.I would highly recommend this company as they are conscientious and high-quality cleaners.. something that is far and few between in this area

They explained the process they would be doing to clean the registers and ducts.Kelly even helped us restore a vent so we wouldn’t have to replace it.There was an pungent odor coming from the ducts. Raymond the tech that came and cleaned my carpet was one of the most respectful, friendly and courteous tech I have had!!! He did a completely thorough job of cleaning and had me check everything before he left...he also said if some of the stains come through in 1 or 2 weeks he will come and do it over! It's been 4 years since I had my carpets cleaned and my carpet is a light tan and it was dirty from grandkids and myself..ugh! Looks like a new carpet now!!! Thanks to Ray and Advanced Cleaning!!!

Kelly & Amber have been at our lake house for the last two days opening it up and doing a deep clean for the summer season. Both Kelly & Amber were very through, detail oriented, extremely professional as well as pleasant.They took their time and made sure that everything that could be taken apart and cleaned was done so properly. Yesterday when they left, Kelly had a couple ideas for a few stains we had on some upholstered chairs and she asked if I would mind if she brought some stuff to try and get the stains out better, she did and they look great!I had no problems leaving and knowing that Kelly & Amber were trustworthy.I am excited that Kelly will be heading up our summer weekly cleanings and Amber will join her on the days she is scheduled; I feel confident that our lake house will be treated as if it were her own each time. Had advance cleaning come to clean carpets and furniture. They did an amazing job! Carpets went from brown and stained to white again! I have 2 dogs and 3 kids. So there was tough stains! Plus the house smells awesome! The two men that came were professional and finished the job quickly! They got here at 1pm and were out the door around 2:45. He gave me a price estimate and once I accepted they got to work. Will be using them again in the future as I’d like my carpets cleaned every 3-6 months. Will also recommend to anyone I know!
