Just got some vita worms through door dash. My beardie loves them! He keeps staring at the container he definitely wants more hahaha. They put it together so quickly for me! And they were pretty cheap a 30 count for 4 bucks not too bad. Thanks petco!! My bearded dragon. Now has a full belly!

Update: Petco - the appointment didn’t remotely meet “my expectations” your “groomer/stylists” BUTCHERED my dogs coat! Your basic response is disappointing. Your groomers shouldn’t have A JOB IF THEY DON’T KNOW THE BASICS!Not even worth 1 star!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF IT IS LONGHAIRED OR HAS A DOUBLE COAT! They gave our golden retriever a buzzcut! ..a completely uneven buzzcut with n a double coated breed. And after 3 hours they had only worked his body (thank god they didn’t do more damage to the rest of him!!). No nails done or teeth cleaning or even his face cleaned up! They DONT KNOW THE BASICS FOR BREEDS. DO NOT GO HERE!!

We had our Husky/Malamute River groomed with Kerry H this last Saturday for the first time. And she did an amazing Job! River can be skiddish around new people and he warmed up to her quickly. We were very impressed with Kerry and the entire process. River will now be returning for a good pampering every 6 to 7 weeks! Thank you Kerry and the team at the Petco in JC! ❤️🐕

They Price Match ! So if you find it cheaper somewhere take a picture of the price , they have food when other places are Out of stock on brands , great service and now new secured Clean bathrooms ! Just ask for someone to unlock it for you

The staff is very helpful. I feel like they went above and beyond, as my request was out of the ordinary. And it is because of the wonderful help of the staff to my animal is now thriving. Great job Petco people 👏.Loki the squirrel says thank too 😁.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months to get my dog’s nails clipped. The groomers were aware that my dog has some medical problems (seizures) but has not had one in over three years. Well today I came in for my appointment only to be turned away because they changed their store policy for dogs with seizures. I asked when they did this and the employee said months ago, only that it didn’t make sense seeing as I’ve had an appointment just one month ago with them and no one told me anything. If Petco changed their policy I should have been told that many months ago… and when I called to schedule the appointment for my dog they should have told me then and there, instead of me having to arrive for my appointment just to be turned away because they failed at telling me their new policy. There clearly is a lack of communication that needs to be addressed so then this doesn’t happen to other people and their dogs.

The groomer Kenny did a fantastic job with my two dogsThe management was rude, as well as her staff. They talked me into joining the Petco premium and could not figure out how to ring me out. Going back and forth between two call registers. I stood there for almost an hour. I ended up calling corporate because they over charged me. In total I had 4 hours invested with the store and cooperate. Thank Goodness I was able to get out of the premium program.I will never do business with them again.

My experience with the store is great but online not so much. Ordered twice online and both orders got cancelled without notifying me why way before being cancelled. That needs to be fixed

Even though I regularly only have like $50 in the bank, I get all of my pets needs filled here. They have a great membership thats actually completely worth it, and I love that they "Stop the Shock"

I'm very satisfied with the deshedding plus service my golden retriever gets at Petco. He is very difficult to groom and they do a wonderful job. The staff is so friendly and helpful for all our grooming needs.

All of the employees at the Johnson City store have always been kind and helpful to me but today I'd like to thank one in particular, Sarah. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and kindness when my dog fell ill on a Saturday night and of course I could not find a veterinarian on a Sunday. Thank you Sarah!

This store should be put out or renovation. No love animals. I go to each Petco because every store has a different selection of salt water fish & I was shocked to drive all the way here and they had not one fish tank up and running. It ruined my week.. next Petco I will call before I drive all way there to be so disappointed. Other than that I love the Petco chain & I push it heavies. 💕😻❣️🍍

We were expecting there to be store staff peppered around the store but the young ladies (yes, all female staff) were up by the registers conferring and giggling about this or that. I didn't try to absorb the conversations. Might be Super Secret Pet Store Information being passed from short term employee to short term employee.Discovered on our own that there were no live animals. Kind of relieved about that. They surely wouldn't be tended to in light of the meetings up front. For the better. Headed across the bridge to PetSmart. The young lady there took GREAT care of us.

I paid over $100 to get my dog groomed. My dog is a long hair dogged. She came home shedding like crazy and her hair somewhat matted. She definitely was not brushed. I certainly will not take her there again for grooming.

Petco is my go to pet store. I bring my dog with me whenever I go and the workers there are amazing. They always stop what they are doing to shower my dog with affection. She looks forward to going as much as I do!

Store is warm, clean and inviting. So many kitties there at this time of the year ( February) they where all warm in cozy in their clean beds. I had to ask the staff for assistance , gale was so helpful...helped me find pee pads and helped me get the the best price for XL pee pads. We all know times our hard and stock is low. But the staff went out of its way to make my shopping experience great. Shout out to the gal that helped me she was so very knowledgeable!

I have brought my pup to be groomed there since I adopted him in May 2022. I specifically go there because of Kenny, who grooms my Frankie. She's literally the BEST and I feel so comfortable leaving him in her care. I had taken my now passed pup to another place to be groomed years ago and that experience was so bad that I had vowed never to take him to a groomer again. I met Kenny while walking my dog and he immediately took to her and that's when I learned she was a groomer at Petco. We've been going to her ever since. My dog always looks fabulous and is very happy and comfortable with her. The ONLY reason I give a 4 star rating is because of how long it took to check out and pay my bill up front. Just one register being utilized and the line was long. The cashier was actually on the customer side trying to give a dog treats while several of us were waiting to be checked out. It took close to 10 minutes to pay for the grooming.Kenny is a huge asset to Petco!!! I highly recommend her.

Prices are a little high, but they have pretty much every pet need I've ever wanted. It is weird though, that they make you show an online price from their own website to get the lower "online" price, in the physical store.

For a place who abandon their animals in their store or they were told to evacuate for a flood what’s going on they should update their site that they don’t sell anything living because they’re not allowed to because they tortured animals. A simple update your site would be awesome. Thanks.
