They had some great managers at this store in the past but the one they have now is the pits. Very unfriendly and rude. She has zero customer relations skills. There's no good morning, how are you or have a nice day. You might get a dirty look though if that's your thing.I honestly can't believe they made her the manager.

Where do I start? This location has drastically gone downhill. First, the stagnant musty air, and stench of yesterday's marijuana on the cashier's clothing immediately hits we your nostrils.If you made it this far, the next challenge you will face is lack of ample lighting as you navigate the store. There's no need to worry, you won't miss much as this stores is often found depleted of merchandise. Make sure you miss the multiple buckets on the floor that collect the rainfall.If you do happen to find something to purchase, plan ahead as you will stand in line as only one register will be open. And that staff member you would think would be in a good mood after smoking all that grass, but nope.... He is miserable.Needless to day, I won't be back.

This is the first time I have shopped at this Dollar Tree it is clean, organized, and well-lit. They have a great selection of items, with many new items too. The employees are pretty great, pleasant, helpful, interactive, and just an overall wonderful attitude. l find this location to be much better than the Binghamton location hands down.

One of the best Dollar stores around! Everything $1! Always a great deal and interesting finds. Went on a nostalgia binge with candy and party items. They sell puzzles, felt posters, craft items, pet items, toys, tools, fake flowers + everything you need for diy floral arrangements, helium balloons, gardening supplies, candles, and more! The staff is made up of wonderful, friendly, and hard working people. (Everything in the photo was purchased at this location except the Pocky which came from Walmart)

Dirty. Product everywhere, blocking isles.. As I was shopping there was a disagreement over the return policy which is apparently a trade no refund. Where is the sign for that? I set all of my stuff down, told off a cashier and left before I chance an assault charge because those cashiers have awful mouths. Calling anyone a racial slur is not what's up. They better hope no one helps them home!

I have shopped at this Dollar Tree so many times. They always have a great selection of items. They also always have many new items. The cashiers are always awesome. One lady in particular. Always has the fly makeup. Always has a great attitude.Another cashier remembered me and my girlfriend from the last time we were in and referenced our last visit. She was so nice. I love this place.

I was completely shocked it was the cleanest and nicest Dollar Tree I think I've ever been in especially in the triple cities absolutely gorgeous job of what you guys have done there and your employees are highly respectable very polite and I was pleased and can't wait to go back

If you want a quality building, I wouldn't bother coming to this establishment, it's very run down and sad looking. If you are like me however, and don't care this is the best place to buy snacks at a cheap price!!! I have no complaints about my visit. Who needs a quality building when I can pay $12 for an armful of tasty treats?

Stopped in today to get some greeting cards. Sorry, but I hate spending $5 to $7 for cards anymore. Especially since most people (particularly younger ones) just look at them quickly and then toss them away, after they take out any gift card or check. Lol This store has a great selection of 2 for $1 cards. No flashy, pop-up, frilly ones, but perfect for what I need them for.

The staff is wonderful!!! The way that YOUR ordering and stocking is terrible!!! Half the time the medicine or cleaning products that I need are on some kind of AUTO FILL!!! THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OF WHAT IS COMING IN, AND THERE THE COMPANY MISSES OUT ON THE MONEY THEY COULD MAKE ON THAT SPECIFIC ITEM!!! Again, Everyone who works there are just AWESOME!!!! Listen to your employees, and you will make ALOT more money!!!

I was little disappointed by how clean the store was on this latest visit. The entire store was trashed with product on the floor posing as a potential trip hazard if you were not being attentive and shelves need of love.The few positives that i had was the product i came for was well stocked with no issues. Their was no line so i was able to get out quickly and the cashier was nice.

Selectively poor customer service. My dad and I were in line behind one person who was being helped by two employees. A couple minutes later another person got in line behind us. Five minutes after that both employees were still helping the customer in front of the line. Everyone who has ever worked in retail knows that if you have more than one employee on a task and another one comes up you are more than capable of multitasking between the two or more of you. This is basic stuff. I will not be returning to Dollar Tree.

This door was disgusting when I went in tonight. Packages were busted up. The aisles are cramped. The people crowd together. Employees were loudly complaining about working too hard for their paycheck. There was one unmasked plague rat buying stuff at the front who walked by the manager without anyone saying anything. No one covered their noses. It was disgusting.

The woman that rang me and my sister out was amazing, I think her name was Lauren. I don’t normally leave reviews but she’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and I really appreciated her taking the time to listen to me and my sister ramble on about our similar interests with her.
