Great addition to the area. The store is very clean, organized and well stocked. I found the staff very helpful and nice. The products and offering are great and the prices are generally better than regular grocery store prices. I love shopping here and my local Sam’s Club - BJs however has more seafood, frozen food and dairy options in my opinion. I have not purchased gasoline here yet but will consider in the future.

The store is very nice. A nice thing about it is that it has a deli and fresh meat. The rotisserie chicken is very dry and not much flavor .No comparison to another local warehouse. A lot of good prices and deals 👌. No pizza!!!!! Only a few food items. 😔.Pizza is a huge seller at the other warehouse.. Sorry.. Even though I wrote this I will be going back for some items. 👋

Hi, So I went to get a few items pretty much found everything I was looking for except I was not able to find halls Sugar free Cough drops. It seems like they don't have them anymore or maybe just Through the winter months. I've been to BJ's in Utica and Syracuse none 🤔. We'll see what happens the next time I'm at a BJ's they may have them or they may not. I think I will go check out Costco's and see if I can get everything there.

Signed up in December. We only signed up because they told us they had Boar's head meat and some other brands that Sam's Club does not have. We went Friday (1/26). They had none of the brands we wanted and were more expensive than Sam's Club and other grocery stores. Don't waste your time or money.As someone below said to ignore the 1 star reviews, I'd like to add ignore the 5 star sheeples. Shop Sam's Club! 😀

Shopping and prices are fine, it’s the staff and computer system the company uses that has major problems. I had a curbside pick up for myself and the manager simply couldn’t find my order in her computer system. And I had to cancel it on my end with zero help. Customer service is not top tier and neither is their brand new point of service system

I signed up for my membership online with a black Friday deal for only $20 and will get a $20 credit. So it was the perfect opportunity to try a year out with no obligation really. You have to go in to get your membership card, so I dropped by this membership center.There were quite a few employees in and they were very pleasant to deal with and shared great information with me. I found out a Johnson Center location is about to open up beginning of 2024 and I'm very excited! I only knew about the one in Oneonta, so wishing them the best of luck.

Unimpressed. Buyers beware. Higher prices than other stores in area. "Sale" items cost the same as or more than items sold at other stores in the area. I am giving the one star to the weiner mobile that was parked outside.

We have shopped at BJ'S stores in Utica, Syracuse, and Oneonta and have always had a positive experience. This store is no exception.It is well stocked, the check out is well staffed, as is the gas station.

Ignore the bad reviews, especially the ones BEFORE THE PLACE EVEN OPENED. Are people really leaving one star reviews for a construction site?The store is big, selection is great, prices aren't across the board better than Sam's. but if you so some comparative shopping (specifically on Diapers) BJs does win in some categories.

Disappointed in that we stocked up on chicken breast and it turned out to be bad. I'm not sure if it had gotten freezer burned or was just left out. That s a chunk of.money gone so buyer beware!

Takes forever to get through the security check. They treat you like a shoplifter. Sam's club gave up this poor practice, I'll go there instead.

I've been to other bjs and this one is exactly the same except you can tell all the employees are brand new and some are in way over their head.
