This was my 1st time bringing my 5 month old puppy for their dog wash. It was great! I would definitely do it again. The young lady who helped was wonderful. Dog wash area was clean everything was available for the customers to use. Definitely going back!

Very friendly staff and great selection. They also had many very high quality brands of pet foods. They don't carry live animals or as pet food for carnivorous pets (such as live mice for a pet snake), but their selection of dog and cat food is remarkable. The young staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. There is also several dog wash stations that one can wash their own pet with either supplies they give you or bring your own. There is also quite a large bit of items on sale, with steep discounts for products left unpurchased too long. Nothing expired is offered for sale. The location is in a large strip mall with a Whole Foods nearby, so if you're like me, this is a win.

Went to wash our dog. They have two "baths" there. Has a sprayer and a place to attach leash to wall, so dog does not bolt. You can set temp on sprayer, and they give you plastic apron to stay dry and plenty of towels for dog and a blow dryer thing. All for $10.We burned through three towels drying him off and trying to clean the place up a bit after ourselves. Blow dryer left the whole store full of floating hair from our dog. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We bought some treats to distract dog, but he was too spooked. Store is FILLED with an insane variety of dog treats. Check the place out.

our dog has bad allergies and requires frequent baths. We have been going to this store since it opened, its closer then their westbury location. The do it yourself bath set up is fantastic and most of the employees have been friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and even though its small they carry a lot

Very nice and helpful staff, the self bath service they offer is a steal and needed for those who may not have the proper facilities in their homes. Good selection of dog beds and foods. Bought our dogs first birthday cake there.

Place is clean and has a decent amount of various foods and products. But loses points when the young help cant tell you the features on automatic cat litter boxes or the difference on one cat food to another. Needs better training.

I work in animal rescue, I called for a simple question and spoke to a very unresponsive person. I would never send my adopters in that store to buy pet food ever! Pet Valu should pay their employees more than $10.00 an hour. Maybe, they would get employees that cared about their jobs and Pet Valu's customers.
