I love this space so much! We brought our dog and he was having the time of his life running around the fenced in yard. The rooms are super clean and spacious + the whole space smelled amazing. We had dinner/drinks at the restaurant and that was also great! Side note: if you're looking for a great breakfast nearby you need to check out Duttons Tyler Hill Diner (some of the best pancakes I've ever had). I will definitely be returning. Thanks so much for the great service!

We stayed at Rest Co a month ago and had the time of our lives! The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds were teeming with nature, and we even spotted some running deer. The sunset was one of the best I've ever seen. And to top it off, the bar and restaurant exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back!

My wife and I spent a few wonderful days at Rest just after the holidays. The accommodations and thoughtful service exceeded our expectations. The soaking tub in our room was quite therapeutic and my wife took advantage of the heated pool several times. The staff were helpful in myriad ways, from recommendations to reservations. Our evening in the dining room was perfect, from well-made cocktails to delicious food. Looking forward to returning.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel for a weekend escape! The rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and helpful, and the pool is AMAZING! Loved that they provided s’mores kits to have by the fire. The restaurant on site was such a cool vibe. The strip steak was one of the best I’ve ever had! We had a great, relaxing getaway.Rooms: Spacious rooms! Would be nice to have a curtain on bathroom window as it gets bright in the morning if you enjoy sleeping in!

We had a fantastic stay at Rest co! From the moment we checked in, the service was amazing. Our dogs had a great time with the fenced in yard, we go hang out by the pool and not worry about them! Loved this boutique hotel. Lovely decor. Best part for us is that it is dog friendly. A mixed fenced in yard for pets to play and a heated pool. Appreciated the smores kit and the fireplace on the deck to enjoy it. Only improvement I highly recommend is to serve a decent breakfast. Cold hard bagels and muesli (which was spoiled) does not cut it. Fresh bagels and cream cheese, toast butter jam and OJ would make it so much better!Nearby activities: A short drive to Callicoon, the location is perfect. It is also an easy distance from Livingston Manor

Had such a fun weekend stay with friends. We all enjoyed it so much - but I think my French Bulldog may have had the most fun. The heated pool is amazing and the fenced off yard is perfect for small dogs. We will be back!Noteworthy details: Super dog friendly 🤩

This is a nice getaway to do with your partner. The only thing is I do wish the restaurant/bar was open Monday-Sunday. We stayed on Monday-Tuesday (due to my actually birthday being on a Monday). The restaurant was closed and only open Thursday-Sunday. We had to drive (only 2 mins) to another hotel with an open restaurant. Besides this, everything was great. We loved our room, the fire pit (+ free s’more kit), heated pool + dog friendly (we brought our baby with us). The staff we interact with were nice and helpful. Also, my husband got me an in-room massage (amazing). Definitely treat yourself and your love one to massages if possible. Jasmine was great and super friendly!

We just recently stayed at the begining of January 2024 Thursday through Saturday.We stayed in coop 3 in the main building. Coop 2 3 and 4 are in the main building on the top floor.Place is very cute and well decorated for the vibe. The staff is all very nice and helpful.We were the only guests Thursday and it was fantastic!Heated pool at 95° was a great way to relax after a long day of hiking.We ate dinner at the restaurant Thursday and it was a large portion and did not disappoint.I loved how they had board games available to playEach day and into the night they had a fire.They offered free grab and go smores kits which was a perfect treat for us in Friday.Friday night we went to a local restaurant that we found about 5 mins away.It was very quite for the most part. My only small complaint(and it comes with the territory as we wanted to sleep very early) our room was over the bar/restaurant so we could hear the noise from down below. However with the air/heat we were able to get some white noise which drowned out anything.It is not advertised but we were happy to have a small breakfast provided that was perfect. (Suggestion have hot chocolate available with the coffee)Also upon reservation confirmation they offered in room massages which we choose to partake in and so happy we did!Overall it was a great winter getaway and I would 100% come back again.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Restco for your next Getaway! The staff were attentive and helpful with everything we needed. The location is in a quiet area but not far from towns. The outdoor heated pool was my favorite part, we went in everyday! They also have s'mores kits for you to make s'mores at the outdoor fire pit! The restaurant on property had amazing food and drinks, we loved having dinner here! We can't wait to be back!!Rooms: Clean and spacious!Nearby activities: Jeffersonville is a 10 minute drive, has restaurant's, bars, bakery's, and a market!

I chose a fews days away at Rest Co. to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. Because our anniversary fell on a Tuesday, we stayed at Rest Co. Monday-Thursday (checked out on Thursday).We pretty much had the place to ourselves given we were there the early part of the week. I imagine the experience would be completely different if you stayed Thursday to Sunday, since those are the days the hotel's restaurant and bar are open. Without the possibility of food being served on the premises, we needed to drive to a nearby town to get a meal. I was, however, appreciative of the coffee and healthy snacks we found came with the room.That being said, the room itself was very pretty and spacious. Good thing because we had our two miniature poodles with us! That is one of best things about Rest Co.: dogs are welcome ($50 fee per pet but that's cool)! The property is fenced in so we could relax while the dogs sniffed around.Other highlights: the heated salt pool (wonderful); the little S'mores package provided when you arrive; the fire pit lit for you from 5 pm - 8 pm (got to melt those marshmallows!); and the delicious-smelling hand soap and lotion (I bought a bottle of lotion before I left).Only suggestion I have to our hosts: please get some sort of screens in the windows so that when they're open, the flies can't get in. :)If I were to return to Rest Co., I would arrange for another couple or two to come with us and rent out the other "coops" in the main house and make a long weekend of it. With our dogs!

We had the most amazing stay celebrating my partners birthday at Rest Co with our senior pup. The space is tranquil, well thought out, and exceeded our expectations. We loved the one hole golf course, the heated pool, complimentary smore kit, and the restaurant.The food was amazing, I had a deep sleep for the first time in a couple of months, and our pup had a blast (thank you for surprising him with a couple cheese slices). You can tell a lot of love and care went into this space and we can’t wait to be back.

Rest and co- awesome hidden gem- the staff is delightful fromChris at the front desk to Mike at the bar and everyone in between/ the pool is a huge bonus- and the dog friendliness is clutch! Our puppy had so much fun wandering around outside of the city! Highly recommended- the beds are soft and comfy and the atmosphere really is one of relaxation! We are back another visit in august!!

We couldn't have had a better stay! From the heated pool, to the bird-filled grounds, to the fire pits, everything was perfect. Our room was great: super comfortable, spacious, and stocked with snacks. Our hosts made us feel so welcome and we really enjoyed getting to know the resident pup, Daisy. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating the space and making guests feel comfortable. We can't wait to return for another solo trip or one with friends!

We had the most amazing getaway. The room felt so cozy, almost like a cabin. The bartender made the dining experience so personal. He asked us and every guest what we like in a drink and made a cocktail to my preference and it was delicious. And it’s so nice that the restaurant and bar were right there so we could just go upstairs after. The pool was the cherry on top.

Loved our stay at Rest Co! Stayed for 3 nights (3rd night free, so what the heck!), and brought our dog, who got to enjoy the place as well! Really enjoyed the bar and restaurant (Mike makes incredible drinks, very knowledgable and have unique alcohols to make something you’ve prob never had before), as well as fires with s’mores, heated pool for multiple dips each day, and stocked mini fridge with yogurt, cereal, granola, fruit, water. Max and Chris were very welcoming and attentive. Backyard area is fenced in for pups, but even enjoyed being able to let our dog run around the unfenced property out back for extra exercise. Would have liked for the fridge to be restocked during our stay, and our bowls/cups changed out, but we could have asked and didn’t, so not their fault. Location is great and near towns/breweries/etc, most of which are also dog friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Beautiful setting! Loved our one night stay, including dip in pool and time in front of fire pits. Staff was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable, and super responsive to our every request. Drinks and dinner were delicious. Beds were comfy and rooms had a hip vibe. Cottage came with turntable and great records. Fell in love with Daisy, the French Bulldog. HIGHLY recommended!

My husband, pup and I had a great time at REST! Chris was super helpful and amazing and made us feel as if we were home. The room was greatly designed and really welcoming and cozy as was the bed! The heated pool and restaurant were just simply divine! I mean who can ask for more than that!! The location is just amazing and a quick drive to other local spots. Overall, we can’t wait to be back!

My wife and I stayed at Rest overnight last weekend and couldn't have been happier with our decision. Chris at the front desk was very helpful and got us settled into our room. The room we booked, Suite 001 was very nice, the record player in the room was a nice touch, we used it quite a bit. My wife enjoyed the soaking tub, but the star of the show was the pool outside which was at 95 degrees when we arrived. We had dinner onsite and it was amazing. My wife and I both ordered the Sea Bass and both agreed it was by far the best we ever had. Mike at the restaurant/bar was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked what we normally like and came up with some very interesting items he thought would fit our palate. Our stay was a 10/10! Thanks guys!

Loved our stay. Had Suite 001, nice top location off the left side of the building. Only challenge, spiral stair case and a 50lb dog that is scared of spirals was a challenge up/down. Next time we will choose a bottom floor ;). Mike behind the bar was great, knew his cocktails and had some good conversation, could have had some support when it got busy, and there was a problem with the fire alarms both nights there that coensided with the chef cooking. Food was good and relaxing by the pool was excellent. We will be back during winter to use the heated pool. It's also close to Callicoon, good small town with a few meal options and things to do. Thanks again.Nearby activities: Callicoon (15mins), Warwick (1hr away)

Rest Co was such a cozy and relaxing setting. Dinner was delicious and the service was on point! Wished we booked 2 nights!The bed was really comfortable and loved all of the thoughtful details. We didn’t get to use the pool, but plan to return and enjoy to the fullest! Thank you to Chris, Daisy and the rest of the staff for making us feel right at home!

This place is beautifully tucked into the mountains of the Catskills. The scenery and ambiance is superb. The hotel staff especially Nikki were hands down some of the friendliest and accommodating staff I’ve ever had to pleasure of meeting. The cozy dining room is great to experience an intimate dinner. The drinks are carefully crafted and the food is curated with lots of care. The heated pool and late night soaks are awesome. It really gives you the chance to unwind and bathe in earth’s sounds. The location is close enough to a few towns that have distilleries, breweries, coffee shops, yoga studio and most importantly SPA’S. I look forward to returning soon!
