It's "okay" everytime you attempt to use a manufacturer coupon at just this location, their system cannot find the product you bought to apply it. You have to physically show the cashier's that you did buy and sometimes they will manually take the coupon off. It's very frustrating. No problem with the Canisteo location with this issue, ever.
