I bought 3 lamb shanks packs 2 days ago for our Easter celebration. Although the use by date is 4 days from today 2 out of 3 are spoiled. I called the store and they offered me a refund if I have the receipt or store credit without it, “if I bring them back”. This is the 2nd time in less than 6 months, the previous time was chicken. When I said that it was unreasonable to ask me to travel all the way to their store, she said “it’s the only way I can do it sweetie”. And btw, no apology was offered either time.

Amazing store..great variety.. economical, competitive rates, fresh vegetables and greens, beven Indian style chesse (paneer) is available so is clarified butter. Great place to pick up Lunch too.Yay

The beer battered haddock is as good or better than fish fry's I buy at restaurants - and 2 nice pieces for around $10 is hard to beat in today's food-price-inflated world. Also have some good deals on clearance and sale that make shopping here a must, especially with Target next door now.

Just finished the worst lobster tails I have ever gotten from Wegmans. 4 - 5 oz tails cooked to a perfect 140 degrees. Soft and mushy. Also, not sweet at all. Very disappointed!

There has been a few of the morning crew slugs who have been messy and miserable, rude and unprofessional. It's very apparent they don't want to work and had no home-training. I have experienced this attitude and disarray of services only with the morning crew thus far. Makes it for an unpleasant shopping experience to start the day.

We saw the most Amazing rainbow with a faint double and we could see it from end to end. As usual Wegmans was great, however they have not completely restocked yet, since the obviously successful Memorial day shopping Frenzy.

Every time I come to do my groceries here there’s always some middle aged woman walking around and filming, yelling at her phone about veganism while stuffing her cart with meat products after recording. Makes me so uncomfortable to shop there and ruins the experience. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

My usual store is Williamsport.. two disappointments.#1 other wegman stores offer a senior discount on Tuesday.#2 The "organic market section" is being absorbed into the rest of the store. More of my weekly/monthly grocery items are being discontinued. I read origins and ingredients of what I buy. I find myself going to Giant and Weis stores because of their "market section" with name brand USOrganic origin..

I only went there one time but it was really expensive.So that's why I'm only giving it a 3 star.Because I got a really bad headache.And also, they had live crabs which was really fun to see, but one of them trying to poke me and it was like really crazy.So yeah I would definitely recommend going there but just try to keep on a budget because we have to spend like one hundred and fifty dollars

To Billy I would recommend this Wegmans to anybody. Overall they have a wide selection you never have to look for parking it's clean never have to wait too long in line because they have enough employees. But I can also say they go above and beyond for their customers most grocery stores nowadays don't have free samples to try out new products they do at least twice a week they also have activities that run monthly for children

I love Wegmans. They are always clean, organized, professional, and in stock, and this one was no different. Location was easy to get to, parking was easy and clean, and the shopping experience was top-notch. The beer selection was really good, and there were a lot of local varieties to choose from. Produce was fresh, clean, organized, and priced. I would recommend stopping by to have the experience of Wegmans.

They have every type of grocery item you may ever need, priced somtimes slightly higher but guaranteed to be in stock... as long as you can find it after they reset their shelves every 10 months. 😉 jk

Very clean large store. But very expensive! Raspberries there cost $5.30 for the small container and on Ladies I just paid $2.49. Well needless to say, I'll be shopping at other stores.

Perfect but pricy. Especially meals ready to eat. My goodness. 14 dollars for fried rice. My goodness it's gotten wild. 10 dollars for some noodles and sauce? Holy moly what a price for cold general tsos chicken. Cheaper to get it delivered hot from a restaurant, hot and bigger portion. That defeats the point of grocery shopping.

It's not every place where you find a Swedish food section in the supermarket (see photo) but the Jamestown area has a strong presence of Swedish-Americans, so there it is.We come here when we visit Chautauqua Institution every year - and this place made us Wegmans fanatics. A great store. A baker took the trouble to find just the right bread item we sought (right out of the oven) and set it aside so it would be ready for us to pick up after it cooled and could be sliced.People in this part of the country are nice to visitors but the folks in this store make a special effort, and we appreciate it. Thanks!

Great quality food, but very expensive. Huge assortment of delicacies.The store is never busy, but the acoustics make it very loud with machines whirring and voices carrying far. I am always exhausted after a visit.Best subs, but only if you come around lunchtime. Later in the day most types of bread are sold out, even though it's open till 8.

We were visiting from out of town and wanted to place a pickup order. We downloaded the app which was excellent. The pick up order was ready early. I went into the store to pick up some additional items that I had forgotten to put on the list. The produce, and all fresh items were of excellent quality. All of the grocery staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the store if you are in the Jamestown area, or I suspect anywhere they have a store.

Wegman’s everywhere is great. I only have one complaint, they seem to restrict options on some goods especially if they have their own brands (which are excellent by the way). But super disappointed that they no longer carry Dion spices, and their coffee selection could be better (hello! carry Gevalia please).
