First off, I have never physically been to this store. I have used online photo services many times. I live in Florida and my ex husband lives in the Jamestown surrounding area. My daughters like designing photo gifts for their dad, we order them, pay for them, and he gets to pick them up in store. Or at least, that's the idea. The first couple orders went well. The last few times though, there's been problems. I ordered a magnet and a photo cube. They waited 2 weeks then canceled the order with the magnet, with no explanation. No phone call, nothing. They sat on the photo cube order for 3 weeks, they told my ex husband there was no order. I get an email a week later saying it's ready. He goes to pick it up and they tell him it's been sitting there for weeks. Since they sat on the order for 3 weeks, in that time I had a new debit card issued so my ex husband had to pay for his own gift. No phone call, nothing. I can't say anything about the rest of the store because I've never been there, but the photo center is an absolute joke ran by clowns. I won't be placing anymore orders here. There's a CVS in that area, they'll be getting my business from now on. If this is how things are run up there, no wonder all yall are moving south.

They're supposed to open at 9am but didn't unlock the door until 9:11am. Three of the staff where just standing around chatting where we could see them through the window for 10 minutes until one of the multiple people waiting outside called them so they would come unlock the doors.

This Walgreen's is literally the best one I've been to in my entire life and travels. First I was helped beyond measure by the little red headed "Annabelle" to find the perfect cologne, but then the nicest and most well dressed cashier "Tyler" cashed me out and ended the experience magnificently. I can't wait till I need to go back!!!

This store has the worst customer service ever. I stood in line at the front check out with 2 items, 1 was a cosmetic item, the other a candy bar. There were 2 folks ahead of me, when it was my time to pay, I was told that I would have to pay at the cosmetic register....who was busy with a customer with many items. .. I put down my items and left the store. On my way out, the store manager was on his way in, so I asked him about it, and after he laughed at me, he told me that they "try to route cosmetic purchases to the cosmetic counter........no apology was offered. This is the 2nd time this same manger has blown off a complaint. Guess what Walgreens, I don't stand in a line TWICE anywhere to give some one my money. You lost a sale and a customer. RITE AID was perfectly happy to take my money at any open register. Bye bye.
