Be very careful of this location; the rewards system never works here, no matter how many times you have them scan your rewards card! Also, their parking lot is VERY inconvenient as the drive-thru waiting line is right in front of any vehicles that park; seems like you can only get into AND out of a parking spot when the drive-thru line is not super long (especially during Friday and Saturday).

I waited behind 1 vehicle for over 16 minutes in the drive thru! I only ordered 2 cups of coffee and was on a serious time limit. Of course when I get to the window I’m frustrated. Instead of getting an apology I got excuses that she was training 3 ppl and that I ONLY waited for 4 minutes (since I ordered)… WELL EVEN 4 minutes is way too long when you expect a certain type of customer service which was not present. She even acted as if she was going to hold my coffee that I waited extremely long and not serve it to me! Absolutely disgusting customer service!! You’re there to do a job not justify why the job is not getting done properly! It’s slow every single time I stop there. It’s a drive through ppl!! Fast service is expected!!Not even an apology!!!! And she was the one training… so the future for Falconer Hortons is looking grim and I won’t waste my time going back to support horrible work ethic!!

Very polite cashier and drive through worker. Order did not have to be repeated. Screen reflected order clearly.Parking: The parking is free but limited. There is an adjacent parking lot that is attached to a plaza which has more parking availability. This location is best used for drive through outs.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly environment. Easy to read menu with pictures. Easy to see doughnuts, and bagels, and bottle drinks.Wheelchair accessibility: Access for wheelchairs is tight but once inside with some precision, tables are available with wheelchair accessibility.

Nobody here cares about their job. Terrible employees terrible shift supervisors. Slow DT times. No enthusiasm what-so-ever. Save yourself the hassle and consider someplace else. They've gone down hill over the years. The owners don't care about the employees or the customers, unless you're their personal friend. They just want your money.

Ordered a coffee and a bagel. Paid an extra dollar for sour cream and chive cream cheese and they give me a razor-thin layer. The girl hands me my bagel and I tell her I'm still waiting on my coffee and she rolled her eyes at me. Very unpleasant experience.

I still would give them 5 stars. Though I must admit it is hard to get an entirely correct order lately. But given that it is probably the fastest pace "Fast Food" place in town to work; I can be a bit forgiving. Yep, still love my Tim Hortons.UPDATE: WOW! Has this place gone down hill! Problems on several occasions. We asked for our muffins to be double toasted only to be told that they always are double toasted. We said no they are not because we've had them both ways only to be told again "yes they are". Another time I was in a hurry, I ordered an ice capp with almond milk because I am allergic to milk, they handed me an ice capp made with cream. I told her that is not right, she told me "yes it is" and then told me to taste it. I threw it away. Guess it's time to see how the coffee is somewhere else.

Normally I have no service issues here. Today however...the food prep girl at 7:57 am was complaining for the entire place to hear about how food prep was her least favorite station. She was notified about a mobile order arriving and loudly commented about the 6 other things she had to do. I get food service is a hard job, I worked at BK. Please dont let the customers hear your complaints.

9:30 am on a Sunday. Drive thru was packed, there was a line out to the door and everyone was being served with a great sense of urgency. I received my meal before I could put my jacket and bag down at a table, and everything was perfect. The workers were calm, collective, and were showing great teamwork through the rush. Two thumbs up

We visited late morning on Easter Sunday as we traveled back home from a short getaway. We like the food choices at Tim Hortons but don't have them anywhere near our home. There was a light but steady stream of customers and the fairly young team behind the counter did a good job of keeping up. The young man at the register was impressively good at customer interaction - calm, communicative, informative and expeditious.Our meals were tasty & I loved the day's flavor options for the Timbits & donuts!

Tim Hortons has never ever made my order correctly. I think they make whatever they want to make for you. If you are lucky it may be similar to what you ordered. This is another place that has raised their prices way too much. I think it's because they pay the drink makers $15/hrs. to basically put whatever they want in a machine and press a button and put it in a cup with a lid. Then act like you are asking them to cut their arm off for you, like they are really doing me a favor. I did them a favor by giving them too may opportunities. They get it wrong every time, without fail. I am done with Tim Hortons. Sorry, I gave you more than 10 chances to get it right & you failed every time

Constantly forget food on your order when you go drive thru... Spent 60 dollars on a reasonable amount of food no complaints there but, we ordered 4 extra hashbrowns to be told that would be a 15 minute wait to add those on.. So we can't spend more money there due to unpreparedness and inability to perform tasks.. It has really gone down hill I'm not sure if the Tirana family still owns it but it's lost its quality and feels like they get smaller portions and cheaper packaging while driving up the prices... Well Done E 2nd St Tim Hortons well done...Parking: Parking lot sucks!!!!

Literally went there for a latte and a cold brew and the woman running the drive thru was giving us mad attitude for no reason. Mind you she had two cars in the entire drive thru that was us and one other car. She literally rushed us through our entire order and when we went to pay she basically snatched my card out of my hand and shoved the coffees into my hand. Very unprofessional. I can definitely see why they have such a high turnout rate and are always hiring.

Waited in line for quite awhile only to have both our drinks made wrong and the customer service was pretty poor too. We had a weird experience where we had to ask for our card back after receiving the drinks and receipt, they didn’t give us the card w/ the receipt which just felt awkward. They also asked while handing our drinks out the window if they should have been hot as opposed to iced, the whole interaction was kind of a mess and both the staff taking orders and the staff working the window seemed to be struggling.
