Cashier Emily is very rude. When I asked way the allow farm animals in the store. She said, we are a farm store. I said the 2 goats just peed all over the floor for the 3 toddlers in here to fall into. The goats were also jumping up on merchandise and ruining it. She responded with "Well there's always other places to shop" I hope her boss tells her there's other places for her to get a job.

I am truly amazed at the wide and varied selection of offerings within this chain. I have found the staff helpful and understanding. My only issue is I always find something new that I "need" whenever I browse.

This place is absolutely amazing!! Had no clue that there was such a cool store this close to home! Think kinda TSC, Field&Stream, and Lowe’s etc all in one! Pretty legit, definitely will be going back! Even had a few aisles that resembled a bulk food store, and you can’t miss checking out the self serve candy bar. Farm supplies, fishing gear, beekeeping and maple syrup supplies, food, grills, lawn care supplies, clothing, truck/trailer supplies, rabbit/horse/pet supplies.... they got practically everything! Check them out! My only pick is that there aren’t more of their stores around! We could use one in Erie:)

We love Runnings. They’re really a great farm store & they really have something for everyone!! We ordered chickens while we were there was the original reason for our trip, they were super helpful and I was able to get any kinds of bird that I wanted. They also have items for just about any put, almost always have ammo in stock, and amazing power tool sections! Update 3/17; picked up my chicks, the whole process was so easy, I highly recommend getting your chicks this way!

Runnings is a good store. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the mens restroom is awful. It is dirty, all the seats are soiled, coat hooks missing. Just a bad experience. This is not a one time thing. Every time I shop here which is often, when I have to use the men's room, it is such that I have to clean the seat first or I leave and go to a different location.

Jamestown Runnings staff including managers were rude and very uncooperative. Wanted to buy a sweatshirt that was on sale. They were going to look for the correct size, As they said they had 4, but could not locate them. It took them over two weeks and they still could not locate the size. I was given every excuse in the book. After two weeks they called and told me this color was not in the sale. Aweful customer service!

Staff was not friendly at all, if you ask a question they acted like you were bothering them. They felt conversations between each other were a better way to go. Will not go back there.

Love it it's a little higher on prices but you really get what you pay for great clothes and animals products. My husband loves all the tools and everything else in-between.

This might be my new favorite store. I went there because they were the closest Stihl dealer, but they are so much more. I found everything I needed and things I didn't know I needed. Staff has been super helpful and friendly each time I have been there.

Fascinating store. This was our first visit. They have a wide range of farm-related supplies & equipment but all a huge array of stuff for those who hunt, fish, trap, barbecue, etc. You really need to wonder around one of these stores to appreciate the range of products they offer.

Me and my cousin Chris go there occasionally I’m lying we go there more than occasionally. Its like a combination between Walmart and Dillards and Disney World is freaking awesome…. And they had every flavor of beef, jerky and licorice ever made by the counter. The impulse shelf. Lol they got a good deal on orthopedic insoles this week…Runnings thank you for being runnings luv you the way you are babe. Wink. ;)

No problem returning a defective trailer accessory, this store has everything!Trip was also to purchase some carhart clothing. Huge selection, fairly priced.Little short on customer service, was early tho. Thumbs up 👍

Runnings of Jamestown is open! Huge store with great assortment of products, and great employee’s, I have to caveat this being an employee for over 25 years. The pet department is amazing I would like our local Marshall store to have the expanded assortment of items that Jamestown has! Maybe next time I am in NY I will bring my pup.

Great selection terrible customer service.. treated awful from walking in one minute early they had the doors open. Actually yelled at us. Then wanted a fishing license acted like we were a bother for trying to shop at their store. Wish we would have left. But wanted all the candy and fishing gear.

runnings in lakewood, new york, is a nice place to shop. The only problem there IS if you have a warranty problem with one of the products they sell you. You're on your own, you gotta do the phone calls And the chasing. Whatever the product is, the manufacturer asked what store you're calling from, They have the option to make the calls they just won't!

You wouldn't think in a "sporting and outdoor store" you'd find a package of awesome noodles, but I did!! Used them in a homemade turkey soup and they were perfect!! I love just browsing thru their store aisles because you never know what you'll find. Staff is always so friendly and helpful too.

I like running, very clean and well organized.Never seems to be very busy when I'm in there.I hope they don't close this location in Jamestown due to low sales figures.Runnings definitely fills a niche for the needs of the general public in the Jamestown area.I give it two thumbs up.

A little pricey but they have tons of hard to find stuff. I wish they'd restock their soda isle with Ale-8 but otherwise it's a good place for tools, work wear, and some harder to find food products.

I love the smell when you walk in the entrance, like a freshly cleaned barn! Heavenly! I love all the jerky and meat sticks available, large selection.
