I love them! They all work so hard. The associates try very hard to please you by either working to get medication through insurance at the best rate or searching over the counter items in the aisle with you.

Good location with other relevant stores located nearby if you’re out shopping. The store itself is clean and the staff is pleasant and helpful. I see them going out of their way to assist customers and showing integrity and care. Weekly ads have good deals and there’s usually products that pique interest. All and all, I recommend this establishment. Love it.

I LOVE Rite Aid! I'm on the road a lot for my job and frequently stop for various items. In all my travels, this store in Lakewood is really inviting. The store is clean, well set up so things are easy to find and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Even though there are competitors in the area, I much prefer the Rite Aid. Thank you for your professionalism and caring about your store and customers so much!

After nine days, Rite Aid was still pretending they did not have the prescription from my doctors office. They also did not have my prescription medication in the building even though it is also available as an over-the-counter drug. Did I mention that I have been waiting for nine days?My doctors office had to call them for the third time and got them to admit that they did have the prescription but they were busy. I have switched pharmaciesThe young woman who works at the Drive-through is very nice & competent.

Rite aid needs to step it up a notch before they lose my business altogether. I take a controlled medication that needs to be filled regularly and I can not miss doses of this medication. When I get to the drive thru to get my medication I am told that it won't be ready for hours or until the next day because they are so backed up. They also do not answer the phone when I have called over and over again to check to see if my prescription is ready. This is annoying and very unacceptable. Might be going elsewhere if they don't get it together real soon.

As I waited in line behind 2 other customers, Corey the cashier, gave compliments to every customer. Corey made my day with how nice he was.

Have been a customer at this store for over 20 years. Usually very good customer service. In past year, new employees in pharmacy are condescending, ignorant and rude. Considering changing pharmacies. Just because it is convenient doesn't mean I have 2 deal with poor customer service.
