Dakota did a great job bathing and clipping our Anna. It was a first visit and she took plenty of time to become acquainted before the grooming session. The price was right and we will be returning in a few weeks. The grooming area is clean and well organized, separated by gates from the other grooming rooms.

We just started taking out three boys to Emily and her staff. You might be surprised, but we are not going anywhere else ever again. Absolutely beautiful job. Our dogs came back relaxed, shinny and very happy. And the prices!!! Out of this world. Highly recommend Puppy Love!!

My cousin went up there to trim her dogs nailsHe was in there a few minutes and he was bleeding from the nails, this was 2 years agoIn the beginning of February of 2023 we took our chiwawa up there thinking it was a flukeShe was in there literally like under a minute and she was bleeding from the nailsI do not recommend anyone going to Puppy Love to get thier nails cut, if they care for thier dogs wellbeing

They were able to groom my cat within a few days of my call (medically necessary for my kitty). They were pleasant and did a great job on her spiffy lion cut. She came home happy and untraumatized. Very pleased. She'll be going back regularly.

Dakota did an amazing job, with our dog Bogey. She even called when she had questions and our dog seemed to enjoy himself while in their company because he was very calm but happy when we picked him up. This is a great place to go and they have our business permanently!

I called about getting my senior (16 year old) kitty's backside and belly shaved due to hygiene issues. Emily worked him into her schedule within a couple days and was so patient, kind and caring to my senior kitty. She combed and combed him after the very neat shave...fur is so much softer, lighter and cleaner!!! Thanks!!! Highly recommend...and young man assisting her holding kitty very good and helpful also!!!

I highly recommend Puppy Love. Emily has a way with animals and has been able to groom 2 of my very difficult fur babies and they look and smell amazing when I pick them up. You can tell that they genuinely care about your pets and they are affordable. I would give 100 stars if I could.

I like this place because it is simple you make an appointment and they groom your dog. For that same reason it's kind of sketchy and the new place that they're at which I believe is a home does not make it better. I appreciate that they can get the job done but that's all it's about so I'm not really sure how much they care about your pet. They are always busy, too busy to sharpen Clippers my dog is not fond of the place but if we have to go we have to go. Last time I took my dog he ended up with these weird bumps on him, his skin was so red from the dull clippers and something happened around his mouth because it was swollen. The business has potential but needs employees who genuinely care about what they're doing and the pets they're doing it to

Does not recommend at all, feel free to check out my review on facebook page. My dogs came home to me sick. They were perfectly fine at pick up.My Golden's hair was completely butchered. I asked for his ear hair to be trimmed, it wasn't, his belly and rear hair is all different lengths. I'm literally currently sitting at the vet trying to figure out what is wrong with my doggos. They have been sick since Saturday when I picked them upMy husky looked okay.I would have been a frequent customer if this would have turned out better. It's a shame.I normally do not leave poor reviews on business because I work in a tough field myself, but I was absolutely beside myself.I do not recommend to anyone

Love Puppy Love Pet Grooming!! Owner and staff are very friendly....Hours are great and they always manage to fit me in for a appointment when they are busy. My cat Abbey is 14 and doesnt like to be touched..but she loves goi g to get groomed...Only thing i would change is that they are a bitpricey......Knowi g that going in..Iwould recommend them

Edit: I recind my previous review. I just got my dog back gushing blood after her nail trim. I will NEVER EVER take her here again. They told my daughter she did just fine. I dont consider a dog bleeding from 3 different paws fine at all.

I am SO thankful for Emily and Puppy Love!I have 2 Pugs and a Boston and I always dreaded when it was time to trim nails. The Pugs would scream and whine and the Boston would shake from start to finish. Not so with Emily!! From the first visit she has trimmed nails with not ONE peep from ANY of the dogs ~ she speaks to them in gentle tones and does a fabulous job. No more waiting till the last minute because it was such a horrible experience & no more whining and crying from my precious pups! I would recommend Puppy Love to anyone who loves their Pup ~ You WILL be glad you went to see Emily!!!and PS..... the cost is far more reasonable then the more well known dog grooming place, just sayin...

I have taken my Pomeranian three times to puppy love Emily cares if I like the way she has groomed my Pomeranian and I have loved it everytime and they take such good care of her every time and the price is so reasonable

Emily does such a fantastic Job with my SAR dog. She is also the only person my Bulldog will let do her nails and have a hot oil spa day!
