Great little hardware store. Seems to have a bit of everything. Just moved here and have been renovating. Run down to the store often. Friendly people and prices are comparable to big box stores. I'd rather shop local.

This is a great store. I am so glad they opened here. Convenient location and Friendly people who are always helpful and good prices. Beats walking all the way through the big box store. I usually always find what I am after here.

Incredibly lazy employees I go in and there's nobody in the store the guy looks at me like I'm lost and asked what I was looking for and told him I was doing drywall and needed some suppliesI told him I had never done it before and I need to tape and sand the drywall so asked him what I needed and he took me to the putty but that's about where his assistant ended after 2 or 3 questions he knew less and less until he just started acting like he didn't know anythingIt seems this guy thought he was a salesman and nothing elseWe didn't even make it to the tapeThis is with no one in the storeGo to true value insteadGarbage service in here

I’ve been a regular customer since this location opened about two months ago, buying small things here and there. It has been convenient having them close to my house. Tonight I came by in an emergency at 6:55 pm (they close at 7 pm) as the kid working was locking the door. Rather than let me in, he stared at me blankly through the windows like I couldn’t see him. I yelled to ask if they were open and even tried to just get a thumbs up or down gesture from him in case he couldn’t hear me. Ended up having to take my $174.38 order to Home Depot.

Great store with a nice selection of things you need to get a project done or even pick up a small kitchen appliance. Staff was very helpful, store is extremely neat and clean, and I’ll definitely be back. So much easier than the big box store.

Fantastic selection. They have what you need, from bird food and gardening, to the most obscure hardware part you can thing of. The hardware fasteners section put big-box stores to shame. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Like any hardware, they may not have *exactly* what you want, but they will help you get the job done.

I went in to get toilet bolts the price tag for the bolts said 2.89. I went to cash out an the run up for 4.89. I said something about the price tags on the shelf being wrong an then paid the 5 dollars. Well a male employee wearing a red mask proceeded to tell me that I switch all the bolts around and that I was just trying to steal. Instead of arguing I walked out and then he proceeded to follow me out of the store calling me a thief and telling me that I'm not welcomed there again. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced sisnt know if I was going to have to fight this employee or not because he didnt stop till another gentlemen stepped in

This hardware store is an excellent place to shop at everybody is courteous and friendly and will help you as soon as you walk in the door I think you to visit this location of Jamestown Pearl hardware excellent choice in my opinion
