After my puppy shredded a dog bed in his crate, I thought I would look for a carpet remnant to put in both crates for him, to make it more comfy until he is mature enough to handle another dog bed. I had my entire house carpeted. I love the carpet and the installers were wonderful.Had the construction arm of the business completely redo my bathroom and put up a new dining room ceiling for me. I had carpet installed last year (generally like to live with something before writing a review) and it has been great! They were so helpful selecting a carpet type and color. The price was so reasonable, and the installation team did a great job and were very professional. The installers even helped me with an old carpet that had stretched and developed a bulge in the middle (still flat a year later!) I definitely recommend Floors at Your Door for great quality and service.

The knowledge we were given on the different products, styles and colors of carpeting was very helpful in making our decision. The salesperson was very knowledgeable on the products he was selling and never made once made me feel like I needed to make an immediate decision. All of our flooring for many years has come from this store. We’ve always been happy with customer service and installation. We know we are getting good products from a company that cares about customer satisfaction. Our new hardwood floor is beautiful. The owner went above and beyond to see that we were satisfied in spite of the fact that there were delivery delays beyond their control. The big box stores do not compare in terms of quality, and personal interaction with the customer.

Working with this company was truly a pleasure. I needed them to do a quick install and they bent over backwards to find a time for me. Then I needed a second install as I realized I wanted more of the house carpeted(it was just such a great job and quality!), and they did another excellent job. We are new to the Jamestown area and this place was the BEST! They installed carpet for us within a week so we could move into our new house with a fresh start. The carpet is beautiful and they did a great job! The people who work in the store were extremely friendly and just wanted to help!! I've used Floors at Your Door three times at two different houses. They are hard working, friendly, and will go the extra mile to get you flooring you will love. On top of that the prices are great. Menash and crew are my "floor guys for all future flooring. He was able to get right out to get dimensions and work up a quote. He did everything in his power to get us set up for installation as fast as possible even with it being a holiday weekend. The have a great set or installers as well they are fast, efficient and friendly. The first two times it was one older gentleman doing the install and this guy was a machine. He installed it flawlessly and FAST. This last time he had his son with him and they did just as good of a job as previous jobs. I will be recommending Floors at Your Door to anyone that needs flooring. Thanks guys for doing an amazing job three times for me.

We took a long time to decide on what floor to get, Kelly was very patient with us and helpful. Menash also came to our house to give us advice on everything and would not accept any money for the visit. We had an issue with the stair noses that came in for the hardwood floor, it was a manufacturing issue and Menash spent hours on the phone trying to take care of it for us. Instead of blowing us off like many retailers would, he did everything he could to make it right and was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. In the end everything was rectified. I care about prices and all of that, but I care more about how I am treated. Menash gets five stars for that alone.

Floors at Your Door are the very best. They went out of their way to help us and recommend the very best product for our project. The very best part is how they honor our Veterans! My husband is a veteran and they treated him with not only respect due a veteran but gave a very nice discount. We will be using them again in the very near future for carpeting thru out our home.We have now had them back to install carpeting in two more bedrooms. Very quick, very professional and friendly. The staff will go out of their way to help you. We will have them return again to do our living room very soon.
