Rented a floor sander from this place. Absolute nightmare to load as I believe the machine was defective. Cost me 2 times as much as Home Depot. Brought my issue up to the owner and he couldn't have cared less. Did nothing to resolve the issue. I spent 270 dollars and got no value. Atrocious.

Exceptional customer service! I was in, found what I needed with assistance, and out. I asked dumb questions with uninformed vocabulary, all the while receiving gracious responses and being led directly to what I needed. Thank you for a great experience!! Mission accomplished: dead bolt at friends house now locks, I can sleep at night.

Very helpful at cobbling together hoses and fittings to replace a leaking washing machine drain hose. Always good to find a place that figures out a solution rather than just saying "We don't have that"

This place is great for so many different reasons. They have VERY knowledgeable staff and a HUGE selection of hardware. I'm in and out with what I need faster than the time it takes to drive to Home Depot or Lowes. No 800 numbers, either.

Have rented tools here several times, always a good experience!Most recently, a carpet cleaner that saved our floors from two diarrhea stricken Great Danes! I appreciate that you guys are open later than the other option in town!! A disaster taken care of lol 🤦🏼‍♀️💩
