I take my dog often, one or two times per month and he is super used to getting groomed. he even jumps to the table and tub by himself.Pro tip if you arrive at 10 am sharp your pup will be ready super fast.

I took my dog their two days ago at 10am I told them I had to be at her Vet in Manhattan at 1:30pm there were only two dogs in front of her I asked the girl their around what time they be done she told me around 12pm. I said good enough, the girl asked me to pick up my dog and put her in the cage, she is my dog so I didn’t have a problem with that I left her with her leash on and left the other half hanging on the outside of the cage. I left at 10:18am I give them a call at 12:30pm to see how things were going the girl who pick up the phone told me that they were almost done, so I waited till 1pm due to the fact that they didn’t call yet to come and pick my dog up I went over there. I couldn’t believe it they haven’t even started working on my dog at all she was the same way I left her and the girl who’s in the front was watching T.V when she saw me she said “oh she next” that s**t got me so mad I yelled at them and said some other things to them I opened the cage were my poor dog was at I’ve never seen here so sad and took my dog out and left, they didn’t even give my dog water cause the moment I walk outside I give her bottle of water and she drank the whole thing… it’s such a bad place I really don’t know how they have a pet business. If you have a pet DO NOT take them there.

Terrible experience, the man that you check in with was very very rude. One lady groomer was nice but she cut my puppy’s fur extremely low even after I politely told her to just TRIM my puppies fur she shaved her almost completely bald.

came to ask him ( new owner THIEF) to cut out a Clump of hair from my cat side, was told $50. WHAT! HE'S NUTS. The Spanish(old owner) charged $ five. FIND ANOTHER PLACE. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. This guy a CREEP. Hopefully he will closed the shop.
