I spoke with riche regarding an explanation on my first time ever buying a fish from Thailand and looking for a transshipper… he completely ignored my question of me asking for explanation on how transshipping work and he lacks common sense *respectfully*He decide to tell me a “care guide” on how to care for bettas when everything he said was completely wrong!He said bettas live in bowls, they don’t need filters, ONE pellet of food, etcI most definitely will not have them as my transshipper!Glad I found a transshipper who actually didn’t mind explaining things to me and help getting my betta from Thailand to me

I recently called in regards to starting a new business relationship with this company. I don't know is others will share this feeling but for me the sales rep riche completely lacked common courtesy and mutual respect for another business owner in his industry.Luckily options for import export are limitless. If you value respectful conversation and courteous interaction I would not reccomend tranship discount ltd.
