Never any issues with the pharmacy. On 3/9/24 @ 1:22 pm, cashier # 49910288 (young female) in the front of the store was extremely rude. All self checkout machines were inoperable. Had to wait online. Wait times can be very long and cashiers are slow and/ or not enough cashiers.

I’ve been going to this location for a very long time and I don’t know why. The thing I would have to say it’s always a long line by the pharmacy which is ridiculous. Management definitely needs to work on that.

Manager should look into the matter. There is a fat Muslim woman at the cashier very nasty attitude she have on a hijab. She should have respect people and not acting like she owned the pharmacy. If she doesn’t want to do the job, someone else can replace. these Guyanese people That work in places As customer service they have very nasty with attitude none of the female staff is nice I went in a few times, and I can’t stand the attitude.

The worst customer service ever. I called 2 times and they hung up without answering. The 3rd time i called the lash was super rude. I asked a question about a merchandise and all i got was an “i don’t know”

Once again, I got to Rite Aid at 10:40 PM and the doors were locked. This has happened many times. Your hours are posted til 11pm. If you're going to close at 10:30 PM then post that. This is totally unacceptable.

This must be the worst pharmacy in Richmond Hill. Unfortunately, I have to use this pharmacy because of my insurance. The line is always long no matter what time you go unless you go extremely late. I tried calling several times (when the pharmacist told me to call back in 10 minutes) and no one, not even in the store area picks up. This is after 20-25 minutes or until I finally hang up. The worst part is I tried calling and hitting the prompt as if I was a doctor calling and then the option for the store to speak to the manager and STILL no one picked up. That is just plain terrible service. They really need to do better for their customers. Another great instance was when I went to pick up my medication, I was told it was not ready and to come back on the following Monday. When I went to pick it up, I was told it had to be ordered. This is a major annoyance when you're finally off from work to have to go and deal with your medication not being there. I am completely disappointed in their service.

New Management at 101 Avenue and 109 Street, NY, 11416 Store shows no or very meager skills and should not be in Service yet alone Managment - it is obvious that they need training. Not my first experience - overall - seems like a bunch of buddies goofing off while you stand on line at their mercy. This evening shenanigans begin with being on line for more than 30 minutes while Mr. Cashier tend to a lady he obvioualy knew - she had one order of about five items that kept being done over and over and over, not sure what they issue was but it was very weird to watch cards being switched from one to the next and hearing with no regards for others (no apologies). Another Cashier - showed favor by having people cut the line (no apologies - no explanation). Yet another spectacle witnessed was instead of Ms. Cashier helped to alleviate an issue - people blocking others to get to the registers because they were loading items from carts to bags, she stood peering over her spectacles, (not proactive). Your Employees gave - No apologies, - No Explanations, - No Salutations of any kind - just Rude for Rite Aid!! So it only seemed fitting when tired frustrated customers were getting aggressive and vocal as they voiced their concerns; SAD - Rite Aid, at this location was favored - considering going back to Duane Reade, better service and where one's time matters.

Would give ZERO stars if I could literally it’s 5 degrees outside and they have ZERO carts inside for customers to use when I asked the manager Atych? Idk what his name was her said they have only 6 carts and That I would have to look which I did multiple times. Then proceeded to say to go outside and look for them???????? All their carts were literally scattered to the far corners of the parking lot it’s freezing cold outside why should I be the one to go out and get it? On top of that I waited in line only to be skipped when I got to the front by the cashier Abar? Shamar? Then proceeded to wait as the other cashier Bibi was continuing her conversation for an extensive amount of time . DO BETTER. I bought 5 cases of beer with no help of any of them.

Location, communication everything is very good. Customer service is moderate. Store is clean and meet with other Ride Aid and same kind of business. They have vaccination available with appointment and without appointment, walk in. Q8 bus is on the same road, enough parking 🅿️ space available.

I stood there while the cashier had her back to the customers while her and her colleague man were conversing about personal matters, something about politics. All I could hear was her saying this world is getting bad. So obviously not work related. The employees still continued talking while I stood there for a good 2 minutes until I had to say hello. She didn’t even acknowledge me but walked to the register, still running her mouth with her colleague. After she run up my items she didn’t even say one word about the total or if I needed a bag. I had to ask her for a bag. She didn’t even ask how I’m paying or if I had a club card. All this while still chatting with her colleague. I didn’t get a thank you, because she was still running her mouth. I exited the store and looked back and she and her colleague were still talking. That is very disrespectful and a very low rated service. This was my first and last time at this location, because obviously it’s personal conversation first and customer last.

pharmacist tech was grossly incompetent. She was indian and hardly understood me let alone spoke the language. I asked if the pill needed to be taken with food and she brought a pharmacist and told her i wanted to know the side effects…. just no. Rite aid please consider hiring people that can actually speak and understand english. Otherwise it becomes a frustrating and time consuming experience for everyone involved. I should not have to speak with 2 people to know if I can take a pill with or without food.

Excellent customer serviceThe pharmacist is well knowledgeable, always there to answer any and all questionsPrescription are always filled within 20-30 min, you can't get that kind of service from other pharmacies.Down side is the coupons, they're not well rounded in their coupon clippings. Need more variety

I really don’t do this But First time shopping at this store with my mom bought $$$ of stuff once I got home and thr frozen Turkey strips thawed out it showed it was not good return to the store and was told they don’t carry that product and since I didn’t take the receipt from cashier she denied that I got it there I told her to keep it and lesson learned for myself never mind the sweet chit chat because she became a totally different being once I requested an exchange of product didn’t want to waste my time to speak to a manager But Never will I spend my money there

I used to live on the same block as this Rite Aid. I remember looking forward to getting the flyer and looking for the snacks that were on sale....and then running to the store and only to find out that most of the stuff was sold out...That experience still holds true to this day. I went during this week to get some essential items and most items were gone. The shelves at this Rite Aid are usually stocked unless it's a holiday or sale and then everything is gone. The store always has lines but, they usually have at least two people at the register. However, what I do like about this store is that they have a mini $1 section that you can get items for only $1. And it has a parking lot.

The staff is so nice and are always ready to help. The store always has what I want and things are always on sale which is nice. I come here alot. Today I called them to ask if they had a cardboard box and the women who answered was so kind and helped me a lot! Definitely my number one go to!

The pharmacist are extremely helpful. My son had a bad mosquito bite on his eye and I asked them what type of cream I should buy for it, they walked me to the creams and medicine and picked the one that was insect bites and irritations. They were really nice and the cream worked great.

The worse pharmacy in the Richmond Hill area. They never have the medication, they always lied to the patient about when the medication will be available. The staff is unprofessional and evil. The will hung up the phone on you if you’re asking questions. Very rude and nasty. I would never ever go there again or recommend anyone to that pharmacy.

This riteaid is convenient and always stocked which is pretty great. However, the checkout line is always ridiculously long, no matter what time you head there! Please have more staff available for a better checkout experience!

In pharmacy department the girl was very very unprofessional n heartless,,I just had miscarriage so somehow somewhere I was disturbed..I went there to pick up my medicine n she asked me to first I have to 0.53 cents than I request her many ways I will back to pay to,,but sorry to say she is very very unprofessional with unnecessary attitude.....I request to people who have authority to take decision ,,please teach them I know it’s business but don’t do business on somebody’s life’s cost....It’s not that much big amount ..It was my child so I know somewhere I emotional 🙏Thank you

arrive to pick up medicine for my mum yesterday & the pretty black woman at pharmacy was patient and nice to her to explain the meds and getting refills . my mum has memory loss so very grateful for her being kind

Can't say it was a very impressive visit, staring from parking where people park senselessly blocking two spaces with one vehicle despite there being big parking.Inside it's well stocked but any local store or small pharmacy would beat on pricing.

This pharmacy must be in poor management. The place is dirty inside and outside perimeter. The isles are not fully stocked, they barely have any shopping carts available for customers or baskets. The staff seems distant and cold this pharmacy was once my favorite to visit but now I go to the rite aid on Atlantic Ave and 102nd street.
