My parents bought a batman costume for my little brother. the item should come with a mask and a cape but it didn’t have a mask or a cape. My mom called asking them if I could exchange the item not even a full return. The person who picked up immediately started saying it’s a final sale and yelling. She was extremely rude. My mom went in person to tell them there was no mask or cape and again got treated very badly. Don’t spend your money here you won’t get proper service. I would have given them 0 stars if I could.

Good stuff but cashier woman and all employee have to fix their attitude. So rude. I was in the front of the cashier looking for a keychain and then there a woman behind me in line. I wasn’t even in the cashier woman’s face and she told the woman in line to wait because I was there but said some very rude words. Get it together plis!

My personal experience here was jus bein stunned at how huge the store was .. there's like 24 aisles of stuff all prices are even lower then walmarts I definitely recommend paying a visit there 2 check it out I bought a few things I needed myself there they have so much toys bathing products underwear cleanin supplies home furniture stuff candies snacks kitchenware mirrors glass products tools rugs bathroom supplies board games chairs carts list is endless u have to see 4 urself

Every in this store is very good quality there maybe be some bad attitude employees but still a very good store great for school supplies as well very overall I been going for years still haven’t changed very good 🤩

Terrible service each worker I encountered was terrible and had a strong attitude problem, when you asked them a simple question. Very bad experience and most of there products are literally one week from spoiling

I was shopping in the store once and one of the workers was there and I had stuff in my hands I didn’t see who was in front of me and I bumped into him and he was screaming even though I said sorry I didn’t see you and it was just a bad experience and they are so rude and unprofessional, does not know how to speak to people
