I bought those budgies from this store, they are pretty healthy. I highly recommend anyone who looking forward to pet budgies this would be the best place to visit. the price is affordable I paid about $ 14.99 for each bird. They all are Amazing!

I had an excellent experience here and I am beyond grateful for the customer service I received from Joyce. I just recently bought two baby turtles and had no knowledge on how to care for them. Joyce was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. I have no complaints at all and will definitely return if I have to make any future purchases. I recommend this pet store to everyone!Also, I have a very curious 7 year old daughter who was very hyper because of all the pets. She was asking Joyce so many questions and Joyce was very kind and had a lot of patience. I appreciate people who demonstrate their love for their job and Joyce did just that.

Purchased several fish from this store. Never had a problem replacing dead or sick fish. Bought cat supplies here too and always greeted by friendly staff and given good service. Prices are ok compared to online stores if you can carry... I can't carry gravel and such so I need delivery which is a service this store provides to close by customers! 55 gallon tank waiting to be delivered today for sale price of 174 even after the sale was over so I'm giving my honest review on this store and crew... A+++++

Love the place but I would agree. Instead of helping the guys just talk and talk and they see you waiting for help. And please clean the &%$#@* fish tanks. Poor fish are dying from ammonia poisoning. I feel bad for the goldfish and minnows too. The water is even dirtier and smells bad. Last years employees were always keeping the tanks clean and were very helpful. If it wasn't for that stuff I'd give a higher rating.

This place is awful. Petland in general does not take good care of the animals. Purchased a cockatiels from here that died in 2 weeks. The bird was so stresses out when we brought him home. Im not new to birds. Ive had a parrot. Finches etc. All healthy. Purchase from them at your own risk. The employees there are also idiots. They know nothing about any of the animals. Educate your team. .

I have been here to this petland. I agree the items are expensive but listen life is life man. Why the hell do people work? To buy cheap stuff . If you wont buy good quality items then dont get a pet. So many bad comments but I bet most people that go there have never worked in a store dealing with stupid disrespectful human beings. These people here give good customer service.

I walked into the place asked one of the guys for fish to get some fish, and he straight up ignored me no one took the decency to help me. It seems that unpacking boxes is way more important than a customer. Anyway fish and bird selection is nothing to be impressed of.

this place has horrible horrible service. I went in for some crickets and the guy in the back was talking to another employee rather then helping me. after I finally got some help Michelle the cashier ask to be shown something on the register ,mind you the guy showing her told her to attend me first but she said no she can wait. he had to call home for his social . the whole Vist lasted 25 minutes. FOR SOME CRICKETS. mind you I come in here every week to buy either bags pinkies cat food etc. I told my mother and now I will drive to college point just so I don't spend my money here. never again. horrible service

I was recommended this specific petland at 82st by a good friend of mine that allways goes to buy here. I was interested in a new pet and i had many questions i wanted to ask, as soon as i walked in the door the girl at the register i asked her name and she said Luciana was really cordial and greeted me with a smile and said welcome to petland can i help you with anything i told her i wanted a new pet and she walked me thru the store to show me all the animals and had answers for all my questions the store smelled good and was very clean and organized thank you and i will definitely come back and recomend my friends to go there good job.

Good place to buy supplies and food for your pet. Some of the organic food is more money but it is healthier for your pet. The prices are moderate and they have a large choice of pet items

I always come to this store with questions and always come out with answers. they are always ready to help and show that they really care about animals and if they don't know the answers they will direct you to where you can find answers. always nice and knowledgeable.

Sad to know that it is no longer open. They should really update that to inform the public. The owner passed away and the family decided to close it. It was such a good pet store.

The first thing is they are over priced and second thing is they have limited supply items and the last thing is out of 10 fish I bought only 5 remain alive in my aquarium within 1 week of purchase??.and it’s not my 1st time I am having fish in aquarium and I know how to take care of fish...
