The store is consistently understocked with many products or if stock. I understand for a while there were shipping and supply issues but every other store in town is now, for the most part, over that.With that being said, this store appears to only stock their store brand bread once a week. I've been in repeatedly on various days and their bread shelf looks like this.It's much less frustrating driving a half hour in any direction to shop at an out-of-town Walmart, they seem to be appropriately stocked

Got stranded 94 miles away from home with a flat tire and had to take it off the vehicle and walk it to the walmart the auto care center people were amazing very informative and polite and got me taken care of fast and efficiently and made it so I could get back on the road and going big shout out the them and a thank you

I have never been a big Walmart fan, always preferred KMart. Was upset their corn,lettuce and onion selection was moldy and slim. But absolutely love the Angus Bubba burgers. Now other places are carrying them too.

Can never get anyone on the phone when you get transferred to customer service, when you use Walmart+ and pay extra to have your order delivered in 3hrs or less, they claim "driver attempted" and return your items to the store or will say they don't have a certain item in stock but if I end up going to the store or someone else goes the same day, you will find a whole bunch of the "out of stock" item which means the shopper isn't properly trained or just doesn't want to do their job, but if you do regular online order for delivery there aren't any issues. Inside the store itself depends on where you are shopping whether or not it's organized or even correctly priced and items in the right spot, you can never find associates in departments unless its electronics. I'm actually very disappointed in this company as a whole if all stores are like this one, what happened to associates being assigned departments and being there for their shift to help customers, as well as keep their dept cleaned, stocked etc, what happened to answering the phone after 5 rings regardless of what dept you're in, what happen to when someone calls to see if there's a certain item in stock an associate walks to the department and locates and verifies the item is or is not in stock not just look it up on a computer where you know counts are off especially if this company isn't doing quick picks or inventory checks daily. Very sad how this company has gone down hill when it comes to customer service in every aspect and yes this review is coming from an ex Walmart associate/manager with years of experience with this company (not this store or state)

This is one of the cleanest wall Marts I’ve been too. All the shelves were stocked, there was actually an employee who came up to me and asked me if I found everything that I needed which was the first ever for me in a Walmart. Never thought I would say this but I would definitely recommend this Walmart.

Worst customer service fail I could ever dream up. My husband bought the wrong size diapers. Walmart brand (Parents choice). It was 6 pm on a Monday and the customer service desk was closed. Asked a cashier if I could just go exchange it and they made me wait for a night manager. She told me that I couldn't simply exchange the diapers for the next size up without getting rung through the customer service desk. Anyone else would just hold the item, let me go get the same exact item but the next size up, look at the items, maybe ring them both up to make sure the price was the same, and call it good. But instead my kids will be leaking outside their pants until I get paid on Wednesday. Thanks so much walmart, a veterinary emergency drained our accounts this weekend but I'm happy to say I'm well off enough to never use your services again. It's Target and Wegmans for my family from now on.

I was looking for potting bins and went over to the garden section, there i checked out the clearance as you can see are filled. I scanned with my Walmart app not one, but all these items, including the $1 dying plants on the left side, all ringing up full price. I then proceed to the front of the garden center to reach someone.I tapped the button, not once, but twice totally in. A 15 min wait for no one to respond at all. My daughter and I then proceeded to the main floor, and i found two women price adjusting at the clearance by the seasonal dept. I asked if it could be scanned and explained how there are three sections with clearance clearly marked on the pallets and shelves. She scanned and told me its full price there's nothing she can do. Her supervisor was right there and told me there's nothing they can do It's clearly marked and someone may have just put it in the wrong section. Now, when i indicated there were multiple , there was no reassurance for anyone to check or even to help me with this matter. They were rude and abrupt and even that interaction made my own 11 year old wonder why they were rude they then began to snicker as i walked away, i placed the items back thinking there's no point to this and i walked around the store to continue my shopping, passing by them twice and as i walked by i hear snickering. These women also didn't have their names on their vest.I get to the checkout lane and notice they were there and a group of other. Im not sure if they were profiling but that is what it felt like.Fortunately, my wallet fell and once someone saw my badge they dispersed which i found odd.I'm big in customer service and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had at this store. Hopefully they fix this so others don't have this issue

🤦 The can redemption machines are disgustingly filthy and so sticky inside, the cans can not rotate to allow the bar codes to be read. Expect to spend twice as much time than necessary as cans have to be re-inserted multiple times.Also, I took my purchases through a cashier's line to avoid self-scanning issues. Not worth it. She was totally unfriendly and had an aire of being annoyed for having to actually ring up my dozen or so items.The opportunity to "rate" this store on the pay screen was rated FOR me before I could rate it myself!And before I even had my change in my wallet, this cashier turned away without even a "thank you" or smile and immediately started scrolling her phone. Unprofessionalism and discourtesy at it's highest. Avoid the young person with the 4 lb fake eyelashes at register #6. She clearly doesn't want to be at her job.

Standard Walmart, goods may be in low supply for bikes, gloves and rubbing alcohol but the store is not too crowded on a weekday morning. Helpful staff when you can find them (thinly interspersed).

Huge Walmart location in Ithaca. There is a large grocery store section in the Walmart. And there is a vision section and pharmacy as well. There is also a Subways Sandwich Chain inside of the Walmart

Was in town vacationing and noticed not 1 but 2 items in our tire causing a slow leak. Karen and Chris where so helpful and got me in right away. I am so thankful for their kindness and patience with me walking in at 7am totally stressed. Thank you both! Tire fixed and on our way home safely!

Well we were on a mini vacation in the Finger Lakes and needed to pick up a few items to make the trip more enjoyable. This store was laid out like other stores. My biggest gripe would be that New York State has outlawed plastic bags to take your purchases out of the store. They do offer reusable bags at checkout but it was a little shocked. I realize this will save the planet from plastic but the World used paper bags for centuries and we have still survived. I would think the practice of no bags to leave the story with could add to the possibility of theft because you could just go through the motions of paying and just walk out of the store. Well I guess some legislators smarter than me has saved the world for future generations.

We travel in our motorhome all summer long, and truly appreciate the Walmart parking lots that are open to overnight RV parking!Like many people, we shop at Walmart, so it makes it convenient to stop, shop, and stay overnight.We’re careful to stay out of everyone’s way, and never expand the slides.Thank you Walmart!

My cat food was cheaper-Blue Buffalo so I was happy about that. Got I and got out thru garden center. Also bought my favorite flea spray -works on flies just to let you know and smells great.

Dropped by the Walmart Supercenter in Ithaca for some weekend shopping. The place is massive! You can literally find everything you need under one roof. From electronics to groceries, they've got it all. Clean aisles, decent prices, and a convenient location. Staff could be a bit more attentive, but overall, it's a solid shopping spot when you're in the area. If you're on a tight schedule, avoid peak hours, as it can get pretty crowded. All in all, a reliable Walmart experience!

For being the only Walmart in the area, you would think it would be fully stocked but many shelves were empty. If they had an unprecedented run on everything in many areas of the store that is one thing but as we were in the area camping unexpectedly and came in for everything from lanterns to towels to sleeping bags to coolers to air mattresses to blankets and all kinds of other supplies and all were picked over with few left or entirely out of stock, I would think whoever orders their stock is not doing a great job.

I have to check myself out everytime because there's never a cashier available. I tried finding someone to help me back in auto to help me but not a person in sight that worked there. Thankfully a friend of mine showed up and was able to help me. This happened all the time.
