Shopping as Trader Joe’s is a joyous experience :) They have high quality food with reasonable prices. I love the flower section and the frozen dish section. Their frozen dishes are just delicious and convenient. Trader Joe’s cheddar cheese and salami are my favorites. The staff are well trained, knowledgeable of their products, and very polite. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Hope that others will have great experience shopping here too. :)

First time visiting TJs. It was awesome. The thing that surprised me the most was how affordable it all was. I also loved the variety of food options- especially in the frozen section. I wish I lived closer I would come more often! The store was very clean too. Cashiers were nice as well.

I love this place! They have a small plant section with a nice selection of different plants every week for great prices. There is always something new to try here. They have good gluten-free bread and Bagels and a nice assortment of vegan items all throughout the store. The employees are helpful and always willing to look up items that are out of stock. They will even order items for you. It's a small store, and it when it's busy, it gets crowded, but the cashiers get the customers through the lines pretty quickly.

The Trader Joe's in Syracuse is bigger but niceto have an alternative when In Ithaca. Quality items did not disappoint us. Nice, clean store.Helpful store employees. Easy 5 stars

The store is tidy and clean. The staff is very friendly. The Prices are reasonable. The produce appears fresh. Nice variety over all for a smaller store. Update; I have been shopping here since a few months after they opened. Still loving it.

I had hoped it had more bargains like 2 buck Chuck that I've heard about for years. NYS law prevents the sale of wine in a grocery store, so not TJ'S fault. Staff was exceptional. My very first time at a TJ'S and I will be back!

So you ever been to whole foods? This place is like that.They got some interesting things that are somewhat hard to find elsewhere and it smells like Sasquatch body soap throughout probably due to the amount of hipsters being forced into one place.Not as bad price wise as I expected, pretty bad though.I liked it.

I’ve never had a negative experience at this place. In fact, I’ve never never even had just an OK experience. Every time I time I shop here I leave, feeling happier than I did when I walked in. All the staff, the merchandisers, cashiers, and managers are so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

This is probably the closest Trader Joe's in the area so glad I'm glad it has a good selection! I haven't had any issue getting certain items, they are always well stocked and the staff is super friendly!

First time here. Fun atmosphere but very busy and seemed disorganized items not really in any order that I could tell. But with the small area itvwas fiber to keep looking around but this made it seem so busy and hard to shop as we all did the sane thing as customers! lol Checkout people super friendly that was nice to see! so many people are miserable that alone would bring us back in!

The aisles are pretty spacious compared to other Trader Joe's I've been to. Pretty much the same selection you can get at any other Trader Joe's store (although I'm still mad they don't carry the maple water or the Cocoa swirl cookie butter). The customer service is top notch. Even though this is about a 40 minute drive for me I'm making this my grocery store because I love Trader Joe's and this is now the closest one to me.

We visited about a month ago. It was my daughter’s birthday. As we checked out they heard it was her birthday and then gave her a little bouquet. It really made her day and she still talks about it. It is such a great gem of a store. Clean, friendly, and always amazing food and products:)!

I’ve always loved Trader Joe’s. It’s always been one of my favorite places to shop. I love their unique offerings and the quality of their merchandise. I recently shopped there with a bill of over $150 and when I got home I noticed a $.20 charge for bags. How ridiculous and cheap is that?

I'm excited to try the Everything and the Elote dip. I also got a Korean Bulgogi Inspired Fried Rice that was great with a runny egg on top of it. The frozen meals are so easy to make after shopping all day and still have great flavor.

Trader Joe's has some unique products. However, this Trader Joe's location is small and needs some renovation/updates both to the physical store and its array of products. Customer service is great.

So glad we found this TJ at Ithaca. We were on vacation and staying at Airbnb. Picked up essentials, and some frozen food. Prices are really fair and most of their food tastes great. Even their frozen/microwave food is good. The staff is friendly and the cashier does all the scanning and bagging items, which is way more time-efficient in my opinion.

Pretty nice store, well spaced out, lots of fresh produce that looked very good. All the trader Joe's branded products are unique and look great. I just had to try their ghost Pepper potato chips. Will go back to get some of the condiments, they looked amazing.
