This store is hit or miss. You can both find exactly what you're looking for or be disappointed in price or availability. My experience with tractor supply store has been good. I needed some warm clothing before heading out to standing Rock and this store had me covered with high quality warm trustworthy clothing. I recommend tractor supply store for anyone interested in general farm supplies.

Customer Service at the Ithaca Tractor Supply was wonderful. I had ordered my mower online for home delivery and while I had some issues doing so, Jennifer W. at the Ithaca branch solved my problems with her kindness and knowledge and was there for me every step in the process. I was excited to received my mower a week ahead of schedule and while the delivery from XPO Logistics did not go smooth, Jennifer was there again to listen and help. I have been shopping at Tractor Supply for years and will continue to do so. Jennifer cares about people, which is something we need more of these days. Awesome experience!

It a great place with decent prices and a nice selection of winter gear with great names and quality merchandise. With the supply chain issues other places seem to be having. I have not run I to that feeling at this place as of yet! (They still have plenty of pet food!)(

Tractor Supply never fails to satisfy. They have literally exactly what I want. Hardware, tools, pig feed for my Potbelly's and pretty much everything else you could ask for. If you need oil for your car it's cheaper there than Walmart most of the time. I just love this place

So, a little dissatisfied with this visit. I know we are going through some hard times with the COVID19 ordeal and people can be a little short. This trip wasn't the best due to the purchase. We purchased a 5 x 8 utility trailer and the first one we picked the lights didn't work. After unlocking it, hooking it up to the truck and the wife went back in to fill out necessary paperwork. Moved to the next trailer and it was missing a hub nut cap, missing a lamp lens and one of the lights weren't working. Also the metal grate mesh was welded on and had a huge lift in one section. The manager was running around trying his best to take care of everyone's needs and another sales associate was trying his best to help us out. After getting the right trailers paperwork filled out and unlocking that one, we were finally on our way. The staff did their best to satisfy our needs and the wife and I are appreciative.

This tractor supply is organized well and the staff is always very friendly. I've never had problems with parking or a long wait in line at the cash registers. The outside stock yard is equally organized and they stock most major brands.

Very pleasant atmosphere. It's actually fun to shop at this store. You don't have to be someone with a tractor to appreciate the resources available. I also have my propane tank filled when shopping. I'll go back tomorrow to look at propane space heaters. I would have given it a perfect 5 Stars, but there wasn't someone available at that time whom could accurately answer my questions on connecting a portable propane heater to a 40 lb.tank.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They have good prices on a lot of items. They have a grain-free dog food that is $35 for 35 lbs. I can't find any other grain free ones for that cheap.

I have been waiting for 6 weeks for 3/8 DOT chain hooks to come back into stock at this store. The management has recently changed and I can tell the difference. They have very few things in stock, the people of Ithaca deserve better.

I had purchased dog bark collar and the batteries were incorrectly placed. When it was time to replace with new ones we couldn't open the batteries to instal new ones. The collars worked well and I really was concerned that they couldn't be used again. Amanda, Chelsy and Doug were so great! They tried also and after many attempts we all agreed it was hopeless. I left the store with two new bark collars and a great feeling about this store. I will continue to recommend Tractor Supply Ithaca to my friends and the staff was gets a five star review from me. Thank you for being so professional!

You get here a lot when you're trying to maintain a homestead. It's a one-stop shop for equipment repair, animal feed, fencing supplies, and rugged clothing. The staff stays busy, so ask for someone if you need help at the customer service desk - they are very likely off somewhere working, and may not notice you milling around the desk. Neighborhood club saves some dough every now and then too - it's worth signing up.

I have bought many items here but today is my last. I walked in and purchased $171.00 worth of items many of them bein bulk items (Lynch pins and chain) two items I purchased where 4x6 rubber matts I asked the cashier to verify they had them she responded we do they are in the side yard. I cashed out backed my truck over to side yard and waited to be assisted when the guy came out he told me I can’t have the Matts they were purchased online while I was cashing out. I couldn’t take them. So I returned everything I had and left I will pay more at a small mom and pop hardware for now on.

Couldn't find what I was looking for. Had to call staff from I guess the back of the store, as the only other staff person was apparently guarding the exit and cash register.When the staff member did emerge from the back she had no Idea what the product was that I was inquiring about. This is just one example of how the large box stores are shooting themselves in the foot and I how the American consuming public accepts this customer service or really lack there of!Why do I even bother! I know when I arrive, there will be no one to help me, and when I ask them what I'm looking for, I get the deer caught in the headlights response and crickets.One word for shopping at this store (don't!) Immediately get yourself to your local Agway, that is the farmers small town standard for everything farm related, and beyond! You will save yourself time and aggravation! I guarantee you will encounter personale behind the counter at Agway that are knowledgable, and because of that are extremely helpful!! Agway is the total antithesis of the Tractor Supply Co. You can tell them that you "know Jack" and I sent ya!Good luck staying in business Tractor Supply Co. keep up the good work having minimal staff on hand you certainly wouldn't want to provide good knowledgeable customer service now would you? That would certainly brake with the norm we've all come to expect as the American consuming public!

I, as a female, really like going to TSC. They have so many wonderful things to look at. All from clothes to bird feeders, garden ornaments. Oh yeah I really love it there when they have the baby chicks and ducks.

When I want farm stuff I rely onTractor Supply. They always have the right nut or bolt to do the job. When I need parts for repairing my equipment the staff are helpful and get it right the first time. From fruit trees to livestock feeders they have it all.

I love Tractor Suply in the Spring! They always have baby chicks and ducklings straight from the hatchery. Certainly puts a smile on my face, even if it's just to distract the little ones, while grabbing essential dogfood, yard tools, or even a big ole' safe when the one at home just doesnt quite cut it anymore. Awesome store with helpful service. Happy Spring!

This is a great place to go I can always find my guinea pig food for cheap here and bedding for a lot less than the rest of the stores in Ithaca

I called yesterday and I talked to a employee named tanner and I asked if they had any ducks for sale and he said they were in quarantine since they r still young but I went today and this lady said they just sold there last four ducks yesterday when I called so I am saying I want tanner fired bc he is a bad employee.
