Ample parking, this store is part of a mall. We went in shortly after the store first opened up. They had amazing after Christmas sales going on. All the Christmas decorations and food was 70-90%off. Ended up getting lots of good deals on nice stuff. Overall this store is nice. The bathrooms in this place are DISGUSTING though. Absolutely horrible,my boyfriend went to use the restroom and was to repulsed to even use the.mens room..I took my daughter in the women's restroom and it wasn't any better. The first bathroom stall I went in had a huge bm in it that wasn't flushed. (I didn't take a pic of that for my review felt it may be inappropriate) The second bathroom stall I went in had liquid feces on the wall and toilet paper not even installed right. I didn't use the bathroom or look in any other stalls. That was enough for me to decide not to utilize the facilities. I know the employees were aware because one was washing her hands when I went into the bathroom. Another employee was walking into utilize the bathroom as well when I was walking out. Other than that it was a nice store

Love Target! So many items at affordable prices. It’s so simple to order online and pick-up or have delivered same day, or even shipped. It is even easier to return the items. Target really knows what appeals to buyers. Thanks Target!

It's an okay target, everything is usually organized fairly well...but the self checkout lines get very overwhelming. They don't ever have anyone cashing out, they rather only have self checkoyt and have lines all the way back to produce. Happens almost every visit, never see the person(I'm guessing) who is head of reg. fixing the lines situation.

If you are shopping on a budget , and looking for quality products, then Target is your store. I was able to purchase bath towels for $3 and a set of 6 washcloths also for $3

Ample parking, I got everything I needed here. Super friendly customer service. If I’m ever in the area again, this is the target I would go to.

I would rather shop at Target than any other big box store and the Ithaca location is great although the bathroom (ladies anyway) could use a good deep clean.

Two times I went there early in the morning and only the self checkout line was open...which didn't take cash. Not one person was running register. Had no luck trying to find someone who could help me. They get a zero for friendliness and customer service. Probably should be less than a zero

Decent store to shop at, the pharmacy I don't recommend using. Lots of issues, lots of untrained people who work there. Overall the store itself is clean and organized, easy to find what your looking for and certain items each day or week have a special deal so you can easily save money. Kind cashiers too but sometimes the lines are long since there's usually only two cashiers.

Consistently out of products and fails to carry products you can find at other Target stores (i.e. Dave’s Killer Bread). They also are often understaffed and the checkout times are unacceptable.

Warning: Be sure to follow all steps if you want to get Circle discounts on your purchases!Target's Circle program is designed to make people think they're getting a deal, and then to make it as difficult as possible for them to actually get that deal.For example, Target currently has a 20% discount on all coffee pods.If you check out and enter your circle account number/phone number, you will not get the discount.If you scan the bar code on the sign by the coffee that advertises the 20% discount, go to the target app, and accept the discount, then go to checkout, and enter your circle account number, you will not get the discount.To get the discount, you have to:scan the bar code on the sign advertising the discount by the items you're trying purchasego to the target app and accept the discountgo to checkout and scan your itemsenter your Circle numberthen go to the target app, pull up each of the discounts you've requested, and scan the bar code on your phone using the checkout scanner.That one had to do all this to get the discount was far from obvious to me... And the posted signage doesn't explain it. You're somehow supposed to know - by having read in detail about how the Circle discounts work.There needs to be signage - preferably at checkouts - that explains in detail how this works.A side note: The price of the coffee pods I bought was 24.99 this summer, and is now 29.99. The difference is about the same as that 20% discount that I worked so hard to get...

Target has great sales and having the card is a bonus as I can always get five percent off my purchase. The employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy employee are underappreciated and it seems they are always inundated. Give them some help!

Yesterday my two young children (one in a stroller and one walking) were at Target. Just as we were about to head back out to our car when I saw it was raining, like down pour raining. That is when I heard a voice say "would you like so help?" I turn to see a staff member Jay offering his help. Although I felt bad accepting the help I knew it would mean keeping everyone safe so I yes. Jay helped us get to the car and made sure everyone was buckled all while wearing a big smile and of course getting rained on. THANK YOU JAY!

This Target has standard merchandise departments like clothes, household items, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies. There is also a grocery store at this location, but the selection is not vast like a grocery store.

This targets layout is straightforward, well lit, and employees are kind and helpful. I love using my app so I can pick up from my car. Target was doing that before then pandemic, by the way. I had a toddler and an infant, so it was especially helpful then, back in spring 2019. 😅They don’t use Instacart either, so no third party required, unless specific items aren’t in stock at that location.

I usually have no complaints about Target, but the Target in Ithaca is always frustrating to go to. Tonight, I had to self-checkout because there was only 1 open regular checkout, and someone had a mound of stuff that would have taken forever to wait to be done. I used the self-checkout and was waiting for about 5 minutes before a worker breezed by me without acknowledging me and helped another customer. I then asked them to remove the security tag on my earrings and she asked to see my receipt. I showed it to her, and she removed the security tag. I drove home 20 minutes to find out there was also security tags on my leggings and a top that I didn’t see - this wouldn’t have happened if I was able to go to my normal checkout stations with a clerk. I had to drive 20 minutes back to the store and a there was no one at the customer service desk to tell them this. I gave the clothes to a worker who then dropped them on the floor, stepped on them and left a shoe print, didn’t say sorry for dropping them or for forgetting the security tags, and just handed them back to me after taking off the security tags. I wanted to ask him to switch the clothes with clean ones since he just dropped and stepped on them, but he was already walking away to another customer before I could even ask. 1 hour of my time wasted driving for this easily preventable mistake with more aware and considerate workers.This is not the first time I have had unpleasant and rude experiences with the young workers there (mostly college students). I think this Target needs to re-evaluate it’s hiring process here and try to get people who remotely care about the job or the company.

Wonderful experience today with the electronics team. Nick was so helpful in answering questions for me. I chose a system I thought my daughter would enjoy, and of course she picked a different one out after I purchased one. He knew exactly what was coming next, before I asked for the exchange. He worked with his manager to exchange the one I just bought! He went above and beyond any of my expectations and made the exchange quick and easy! Thanks for a great experience. Quick, easy and all while my child was distracted by their siblings.

Unpopular opinion but I don't see the hype over Target. Most of the items here I can find elsewhere cheaper. Once in a while they have some cool unique things but for the most part, better off at Walmart.I don't enjoy the new store layout. Feels like its designed for an absent minded ditz (Clorox wipes in the middle of the clothing, toothpaste by the home goods?)I will say that the employees are always very nice at this location.

What's not to love about Target? Everything you could need or want in one place. A bit pricey, but always a pleasant visit.
