Great store. Great selection of kitchen ware - pot n pans, great quality n prices. this is a larger store. So fun to walk and around to look for good deals. Also found some kids clothing as well. Enjoy yourself and find deal all around

If I could give 0 stars I would. The past few times I've been there, what I purchased was already broken. I would get home and it would instantly break in way that reveals poor manufacturing. I've also purchased something that was visibly broken there, asking for a discount because it was the only one left in the store, and received 50 cents off. Ridiculous. It was literal garbage that I was taking off their hands. Can't even give half off for me to do them a favor. I will never return and will advise others against it. Also beware, 30 day refund policy rather than the typical 90 days. Sometimes you get home with a faulty item and don't have time in your busy schedule to return it within a measly 30 days. Better off skipping it altogether. I guarantee you will not find a quality product in this store.

The staff here is absolutely incredible and so kind. My roommate and I got stuck there in the parking lot because a skunk went underneath my car. They gave us advice and we were able to successfully get back to campus. We might still be stuck there if it were not for them.

A cashier changed her attitude the second she saw me walking toward her counter. She was smelling for the previous customer, but dark face when serving me. Very confusing and she can’t stop glaring at me. Can’t tell if she is racist or not, but probably yes.

Went into this one for the first time. Nice layout. I needed emergency shoes since I had fallen in Cayuga Lake by accident and was all wet. I found some slippers and socks for a good price so I could have dry feet. Checkout was fine and good customer service. The lady was very sweet.

This is a very nice store with great collection of name brand products. Besides clothing, apparel and accessories, it also has a nice section for home furnishings and decorations. And the prices are also quite reasonable. It is located in a very nice area of Ithaca with other major stores close by too.Loved the store.

Very nice job social distancing and sanitizing the register area after every transaction. Hardly anyone is doing that.I do wish they had a bigger men's section. Basically the whole store is for women and children. I use to buy a lot of items in the men's section when it was located up by the mall.

I was picking our daughter from a summer program at Cornell and we dropped by this place. I got a rosary gift to a friend back home and paid it in the jewelry section. I placed it the cart and resume back to my shopping again. I totally forgot to picked these two small jewelry boxes in my cart. Went back the next day and two of the nicest TJ max salesmen helped me and found my lost items. Excellent service . Keep up the good work and more power TJ Maxx Ithaca. Now, I am a customer for life.

The Ithaca TJ Maxx store is one of my favorites in the chain. It is always clean, well-organized with a great variety, especially of men's clothes that are versatile and fashionable. A great place to stock up on staples like underwear, pants, shirts, and jackets. You can always find a nice tie or a classy dress shirt as well. Also, there is a nice variety of odds and ends for around the house like sheets, pillows and other things to make your home more comfortable. The cashiers are always friendly and courteous. There is plenty of safe parking available.

Like this store as you can find quality merchandise at discounted prices, sometimes seriously low! Store is clean, bright, and well kept considering how the customers continuously rummage through things. Only not five star because whenever I stop there attentive help is hard to find. They work hard there, and seem to be always busy doing something. Last night the young girl was almost falling asleep on her feet at the cash register, yawning repetitively. Maybe they need to serve free coffee and energy drinks to their employees? I encouraged her to hang in there as her shift is almost done!

A wide variety of almost everything. Great holiday decorations. Get there early before the decor is gone. Some staff working on the floor not too friendly. I found that the store in Tucson, AZ had a far friendlier staff.

Ithaca doesn't have a great variety of clothing stores. This place has a good selection and low prices. They let you take a lot of items in the dressing room at once. Cashiers are always nice.

Yes, it's good for a TJ Maxx. Well stocked--unlike some I've been in where half the shelves are empty. And it's clean, with clean restrooms and things generally in their place. The front end is well-managed as well. If the line gets long they will generally add clerks and so forth.

Always find good deals here. Selection is not always the best and you'd be hard pressed to find the same thing twice most times. I shop here very often and I've had some clothing with quality issues but generally not a problem.

TJ Maxx varies from store to store in subtle ways. Ithaca store seems to have more clearance and great deals. However the Big Flats store has a better gourmet food selection. Both have plus size clothing but the Selection can vary from just a few pieces to two racks. I always check out clearance tables scattered thruout the store. Wonderful bargains can be found.

Great store, terrible customer service from cashier named Dom .. super rude young girl and she gave so much attitude about having to do a return. There was no issue with the order or anything, she just kept making the same snarky/rude comments about the products... will not be returning. Terrible experience.

Best place to get name brand perfumes at the cheapeat prices anywhere. Household items and shoes when on clearence are good deals also. I only clearence shop here as some prices on clothing are on high end for me but this years winter cloths have a variety of lower prices then in the past and fit my budget much better.
