This is the only place I got for my pet supplies. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and can get all their food, litter, and various supplies here. Their groomers are also very kind and knowledgeable with how to work with anxious and reactive dogs. My Pomeranian mix can be a terror but they safely got her washed and cleaned up without any incidents. I will definitely be bringing her back again.

I'm going there for puppy training and just had my third class this past Saturday (4/6/24), and the trainer Timm is good. Most of the employees that I've encountered have been friendly.

Guess dogs can pee anywhere in the store and customers who purchase things are not allowed to use the store restroom. Went in to get dog treats and really needed to pee. Was informed corporate came in and restricted the restrooms. I really didn't want to buy dog treats, but my lil fur baby was looking at me. But definitely will be getting pet supplies elsewhere.

Listen, I adore Petsmart. It’s the closest place for animal equipment to me. This is absolutely appalling. I don’t write bad reviews often, but as someone who cares greatly for aquatic animals, this level of bad water is a really really big issue. I know people thing snails are in breakable but that’s not the truth. Plus, it makes your display look bad! Not only is it bad for the animals but it makes you look bad too. I am willing to admit that you may have been in the process of cleaning it but I should never have gotten that bad in the first place. Please fix it.

Unfortunately we're going to have to just order everything we need online, which is another unnecessary step. No exaggeration- each time I went in there looking for a collar, a harness, and e-collar for my adult cat, they have NOTHING for her size. It's all kitten or X-small. If you have or adopt an adult cat- might as well skip the store and look online for what you need.

Friendliness and professionalism present.Worst haircut my boy ever got.Uneven beard.Uneven eyebrows.Groomer mentioned clippers were aggravating him. It didn’t occur to me to mention, “why not use scissors?”He’s 71/2 this is his first “bad” haircut.

They did a fantastic job grooming my dog! Most groomers weren’t taking new clients in the area but they did and made my dog look great. She left far more comfortable. The teeth cleaning they do is really worth it if you have a dog with bad breath or tooth decay

Customer service sucks and when you ask for help, everyone seems to have an attitude to do their job. Store is cluttered and finding items are almost impossible unless you work there. Thumbs down

I love seeing all the pet in pet smart. An they have special foods that I can't find anywhere else. But they do not give correct care information on certain pets, like hamsters or chinchillas. Please do your own research before adopting such a pet. Do not go off what pet smart employees tell you.

We take our young dog to Petsmart to get a haircut and nail trim. Our dog has not been around many people and has trust issues. Both times we took her the groomers were great. They were very attentive and never left her on the grooming table unattended. Our dog left very happy and looking great. We will be going there again.

They have a lot of pet supplies and a wide variety of animals. The staff is vey nice except for this one girl who was working in the fish department. I hope she gets fired! My friend picked out 3 fish and was ready for her to scoop them out, then she asked about the tank (which is a fish bowl) she then started saying how she at least needed a 10 gallon tank and how the fish she chose would grow to be large sizes ( they were guppies😂) and she also said that my friend needed all this supplies that she really didn't need. My friend then asked about the beta fish and she started saying that you would need to clean the tank a few times a day (Not true) and how they start decaying because of acid and how her fish started rotting (which was all her fault) this scared my friend. Next she asked about the gold fish and the lady said that their eyes are so big because they are in too small tanks and their bodies are going to implode (also not true). After the lady left I told my friend what she said was not true at all and another very nice lady helped us. I don't know the name of the uneducated lady but she was blonde with a stone on her forehead. I suggest that she gets fired before she scares away more customers.

It's a purty good store for a big boring box store.I bought a hamster from them recently and this PetSmart in Ithaca has nice looking healthy vibrant critters.Sometimes the smaller stores don't have the critter I want and I don't feel like waiting,so I go to PetSmart.But we always buy our supplies at the smaller, locally owned shops. Not only to support them but because it's just more fun ....gotta say it - PetSmart is sooooo boring.The staff is usually ok but also boring. They have to behave like box store martmart style and that sucks.And they kinda arrogant. Sometimes. Often. Not always.

Nice store. Animals never appear in distress (although we all know that folks are finding live beings in dumpsters behind stores across the country). I was able to get a product that my dog desperately needed very quickly and efficiently. Just wish the corporation cared more about the animals it sells and less about the profits.

My dog used to look like pic2, now she is pic1 after her BATH appointment at PetSmart. Even the groomer asked me to be prepared before I saw her. IT WAS SO TRAUMATIZING.

Being a woman of color I am leary of establishments that are predominantly white even in this day and age but this place was exceptional. The two ladies who assisted me were amazing. I was comfortable in their presence. I would gladly return for my pet's needs. Thank you ladies, from the bottomof my heart. ❤

We LOVE working with Timm in training. His classes are fabulous, super personalized, and he clearly knows and loves all the dogs in class. He has years of experience and it clearly shows. He is such a treasure!Grooming, however, at this PetSmart leaves much to be desired. We will be searching for another place to take our dog.

Always a great experience here and a great place for low key training with your pets. Everyone, even other pet owners, are very understanding. We've adopted a cat from here, fish, frogs, used grooming services and worked with training. Everything is always great.
