They had a huge variety of items I didn't expect and at lower prices than most big box stores. It's a random selection but enough different things that I usually find a few things to buy every visit. Nice staff, discounts if you sign up for their store club.

After checking many other stores around Ithaca , found Ollies through Mike's request to go there .In this first visit , my dream coveralls were not on either of the two main racks.There they were , hanging , down the isle on the inside of the end cap and bright orange nomex that fit perfectly and an agreeable price.

Always a lot of stuff to look through. You could spend an hour and more in here and not see everything. Yes the store is cluttered. But that's because they have so much stuff.

Great deals on literally anything. There’s brand name stuff like brownie brittle and yankee candle. I got a box of chocolate pretzels for $3.99 and a 19oz yankee candle for $8. I will definitely be visiting again!

They don’t have everything but what they do have is offered at major savings. I found brand name products that were priced at less than half of what I pay at other places. They have a nice book section as well with books you’d actually want to read.

Every day is Black Friday at Ollie's. Excellent products, even better prices. Store might be a bit messy, be patient and know what you're looking for.

What does Ollie's carry? A little bit of this, a little bit of that.That's both a strength and a weakness. If Ollie's has what you want, you can often get it at a good price. But how do you know if they have it? You don't unless you visit and cruise the aisles AND remember what you saw.I bought a nice, glass-topped outdoor table there when the previous one broke. Nice price. I've found some inexpensive kitchen/bar towels there, too.On the other hand, while there might an organization to the merchandise, the haphazardly-laid-out displays and aisles don't make that organization obvious. Ask an employee? What employee...beyond the cashiers, that is?I've often found good used books at book sales bearing an Ollie's pricing sticker...but never saw any books worth buying *AT* Ollie's. Go Figure.

Aldi's is to Tops as Ollie's is to Walmart. You can get some good deals here but might cost you in quality. Be selective, their rugs are the most reasonable offering!

I received a 15% off coupon I my email. I searched for coupons before I went in. Pulled it up, & it was May 12th. I have not been to Ollies or anywhere for several weeks. And it wouldn't scan & be accepted. It said it already had been used. I had not used it. I paid for my items & left.Gail Noel

I only gave it a 3 star because of the size of the store and the selection. In Elmira NY there is an Ollie's that is twice the size and has far more to choose from. The isles aren't as cramped. They just have so much more to actually shop for. Also it is so much easier to get into as far as location. In Ithaca it is back behind another store and is rather difficult to get to if there is traffic and you have never been there before.

Great deal and selection on children's books. However, the place is so overloaded it's hard to get around and is overwhelming.Had a cashier in training. As a former HR manager, better to let her go sooner rather than later. The person training her was very good and incredibly patient.

I really enjoy shopping there the staff is fantastic! And the manager Ty couldn't be friendlier! So many times you going to a store like this and people just hate their job which is usually a direct relation to who they're working for. Give that man a raise!

Called this store to ask if they had Tchibo Coffee. Even spelled it out for the unfriendly person on the phone to make sure that she would look for the right one, she was gone for a minute, than ensured me that it was available at this store. Drove to this store for 1 hour! (with the intention to buy 10 packages) Just so they could tell me that they dont have it. NO WORDS! 🤬

I literally just watched a homeless guy stand at the entrance inside and waited for someone to walk in the store so he could walk out that door with a dome tent and meet his buddy on his bike and take off. LOL....there entrance door is blocked with so much stuff to the top of the door that you can't see anyone stealing stuff. Too cluttered in this store. I guess thats why veterans dont get a discount every time they go in.

Love this store great prices some of their portable speakers are better then high end brands. You can always find something at half the price youd pay elsewhere. Better then walmart bc can always dind a cashier and employees to help you. Friendly staff

You may think that their 'good stuff cheap' is simply there to lure in customers but, it is more than true. Everything here is such a steal of a price I genuinely wonder how they can stay open. If you ever need something, check Ollie's before you buy it anywhere else.

It's more of a treasure hunt than going to a real store as some areas have products just thrown together. Half of the products are bargain priced while the rest seems to be at the original prices.
