Called today about a prescription issue today. I refilled online and waited a week without hearing a word about my script so I called. I made sure I was patient when I called as I know how retail workers get treated sometimes. However, after being talked over by the pharmacy tech about five times I gave up trying. Customers just want to be heard. I understand you're short staffed, but when you complain to me about being short staffed and then talk over me repeatedly it makes me want to take my business elsewhere. :(

If I could give them 0 I would!! Worst customer service ever!!! Every time you call or go to do western union it’s always frozen or down. They keep telling customers to go use other locations that has western union. That blondish older lady who works the register should take lessons on how to work with customers. Especially in this area because this area has a lot of people with accent.. rude rude rude.

No wait. Helpful person did her magic with discount cards to reduce the cost from $350 to $40!!All pharmacies are struggling these days, but all the wheels are off the CVS wagon.Permanently switched to Kinney’s … my new fav!

This is my second negative experience, and I’ve only been here twice. Prescriptions are never ready on time. When they finally call to let you know it’s ready like they promise, it’ll be right before they need to send it back. Go anywhere else. This shouldn’t be legal. I drove an hour from the dentist to get here only for them to tell me I need to wait an extra 30 minutes because nobody can do their job here.

We call RX on Monday morning at 7am and Thursdays at 4:40 that it will be 20 minutes we have not got to it yet this is by no means the first time.

Sitting in the drive thru for over 40 minutes on a prescription that was called in from Cortland. Waited , just to be told they didnt have the correct insurance so I would be billed for the full amount or would be required to wait longer after just having wisdom teeth removed.Worst pharmacy around… I’d rather go to N Cayuga street and walk inside

This pharmacy NEVER has the medications I need in stock. I always have to have them sent to the other Kinney drugs which always manages to actually have them. I don’t understand how they can reliably not have anything in stock. Best to just skip this pharmacy altogether so you can actually get your prescriptions filled.

Never has my meds I waited 3 days without pain meds after surgery because instead of saying my insurance denied it because script wasn't written by right person I was told it was on the the truck and would be ready in 2 hours my girlfriend went back they said your meds are ready handed her a bag with aspirin and narcan she doesn't know what I was getting she gets home and they told her it wasn't approved again it was my doctor said so they have lied to me on more than one occasion and never have anything ready

Very helpful and kind staff. Pharmacy seems a bit overwhelmed at times and there are delays with prescriptions sometimes, worth calling ahead to confirm it is available and not trust just automated service updates.

Terrible pharmacy. Totally unorganized. Can’t find prescriptions that have been called in several days prior. Long wait times to pick up prescriptions. Won’t go back. I have changed pharmacies.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Never have I experienced such a poorly run business that is as disorganized and sloppy as this one. I'm surprised they are still in business with incompetent they are.
