Tom is wonderful and made us feel safe leaving our puppy there for his first boarding experience.EDIT- one year later. Still agree with my initial rating! Highland Farms is the place to go if you value your fur baby and want to make sure they are well taken care of. Although our pup doesn't like leaving us, he still gets very excited to see Tom. He has also been on various medicines through his stays and we never worry about him getting them when he needs them. Tom and his wife are kind animal lovers who take great care of doggy guests.

This is an extremely nice facility. The kennels are very large, the place is very clean, and it's nice to be able to take your dogs back to the kennel and see where they'll be staying. The building has heat and AC and they play calming music for the dogs.

The owners are really nice people and they are very helpful in every matter. Their kennel have air conditioning for the dogs!! Awesome!
