The store is really quite wonderful, filled with items ranging from the 19th century to pretty much today. Staff was friendly, ample parking. Great selection of mid century, modern pieces, in excellent condition. As a reseller, though, I walked away, empty-handed, as everything is a little pricier than what I expect. I couldn’t find anything to add to my collection either but regardless, great spot. Took me about an hour to go through the whole store.

Heard lots of good things about it and finally got a chance to visit. What a great place and wonderful people too! There are some really good treasures to be FOUND here. I will be stopping here to shop more often.

It was hard to leave this place, and I spent the next 24 hours trying to figure out how to get a truck so that I could buy more! Such a good selection of homegoods, clothing, furniture, and jewelry. And so much more. Prices were super fair and reasonable and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I will certainly be back!!

I like shopping at antique places! Each cities I go, I always check them out. I really like this place and will probably spend entire afternoon here if I have time! The store is medium sized, clean and keep things very well. Price is not on the low side but fair, especially if you found something that you're really fond of.

Love it love it love it! Great new finds all the time. Need some authentic old Pyrex? Found. Got the urge to furnish a sitting room? Found. Just moved your hipster self to Ithaca and can't source yourself an old safety razor? Found.

Great place to find special vintage and antique treasures! I'm one of those people who don't always go into an antique store with a goal... I seem to only know what I'm looking for once I find it and there are always great things to find here.Each time I come in there are tons of new items, not the same old stuff collecting dust like some antique stores. Nice folks and a wide variety of interesting finds at FOUND Ithaca.

If you want to look for something unique, this is the place. I found a tiny spoon I needed and every one of my friends found something also. It was such fun. Located in an “off the beaten path” area. Plan on perusing for a bit.

Unfortunately my experience was less than stellar. I attempted to sell some items (jewelry, silver plated flatware, etc) and was greeted by a frosty reception. The woman behind the counter told me to leave the items with a phone number and they would call me. I politely declined the offer, as I had some time to kill. She said “Fine. We’re less likely to buy this way but if you insist….” Giving my items a cursory glance she asked if I had already been to a jeweler. I confirmed that I had. She then threw up her hands and said “Oh then I don’t want ANY of this, and I DON’T appreciate being the ‘bottom of the dredges’” after which our interaction was cut short.I am no stranger to customer service, being that I’ve worked in the industry for well over 10 years. A simple ‘not interested’ or a polite brush off would’ve been well received. My upset has nothing to do with my items not being purchased and EVERYTHING to do with the attitude of the woman who spoke to me in such a dismissive manner.Unfortunately the whole experience left a foul taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to buy. God forbid I attempt to sell again. My concluding thought is that Found in Ithaca might want to consider getting lost because the disrespect was neither appropriate nor appreciated.

Love Found!!! Great items, good retail prices and super vendors. I am hoping that they will re-start Found Flea this year. An excellent shopping experience for resellers like myself and a great excuse to visit amazing Ithaca!

Alot bigger inside than it appears outside. Lots of really cool pieces. Prices are a bit more than I am use to for the smaller items. But the larger pieces are reasonably priced. Will be back. I just didn't see anything I needed.

We have purchased lots of pieces from Found over the last few years - everything from small decorative items to large furniture sets. Always impressed by the selection and unique finds - it is impossible for us to walk out without finding something to buy! Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been helpful and willing to call the sellers whenever we’ve had a question on price or about the item itself; in particular, the owner has gone out of her way to help us, including delivering furniture to our house a number of times. We always enjoy our visits to Found and highly recommend shopping here!

I have visited Found several times. I really enjoyed it. Located two hours from home, it was a trip I didn’t mind making to look around. After today, I will not be back. I found two small items (salt and pepper shakers) at one of the booths. Neither was labeled with a price. At the register, I was ignored. The woman working the register said it’s not important and she would get to it later. As a paying customer who has spent at least $200 there in the past few months, I would think that a phone call to the seller for price would not be an issue. Another woman who was working, offered to call. She was told not too. I waited for about 5 minutes, while listening to the woman working at the register complain. Yes it was busy. Yes it is unfortunate that items weren’t labeled. However, the remarks I heard were totally unnecessary. A smarter business plan would be to ask the customer if they wouldn’t mind dropping in later to pick up the items after a call could be placed to the seller. Disappointed Found.

The variety of merchandise/vendors, store layout, and quality of goods always has me returning to Found. I always have fun looking around, even if my day doesn't result in a fun purchase. However, the attitude of the folks that work here leave something to be desired, thus the 4 star review. The owner and associates act as if their lives are so hard. On three separate occasions they have made remarks around me they were not at all bashful about - one time an associate told me something was out of my price range when I inquired of the value (gee - thanks for assuming I'm poor!). One associate called my friend "annoying" for inquiring about a vendor's delivery service. And just this past weekend the associates couldn't wait for the "high maintenance" customers to exit the store so they could go on break. So if you really want 5-star customer service, you won't get it here. But 5-star antiques, you've come to the right place!

After spending over a thousand dollars at Found on a few items from multiple vendors in just a couple of months we had an issue with an item not long after getting it home. The short woman with long gray hair and glasses had absolutely no interest in helping to resolve the issue or even attempt to make us feel like they cared then rudely pointed to a sign that says “all sales are final.” I understand how consignment shops work. But customers are the life blood of any business. How you treat them matters. The vendors here have some great stuff. But the staff, one in particular, has ruined it for us. And that’s how you lose customers. If I owned this business I’d think very hard about who I had interacting with my customers.

Really great little gem tucked into an industrial park. The space inside isn't the largest antique mall I've been to, but I still found a lot of miscellaneous treasures for good prices. And the people working were so sweet and friendly!

I love it here!! Plan on returning soon, maybe this weekend!All antiques , you never know what gem you might find!! Take your time and look in every book and cranny...you are bound to find something with your name on it calling out to you! The staff are friendly and the place is clean. Prices are fair...depends on the owner of each consigned area, the owners of the building are not in charge of pricing. Fyi

Really cool place. I had been following their page on Facebook for about a year and decided to travel today to see the shop. Very cool stuff--a little bit of everything and such neatly curated items. I got a guitar pin and a beautiful sterling silver + onyx ring that was just my size. I'll be back in Autumn for vintage Halloween stuff!

If you are visiting Ithaca, you must check out this place for a memorable souvenir. Great place to buy unique gifts you will probably never get the chance of seeing again. While you are there, don't miss the interesting art installations across the street.Even if you don't buy anything, and you will, it's great just to take a look at the cool stuff in there. Save space in your trunk for this place. I wish I could visit Found regularly.

We loved it there. Had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and the collection varied greatly for different tastes. The one thing that set this apart for me is that you walk in and it does not feel crampy and it doesn't smell or look bad like a lot of antique stores do. They have definitely put a great deal of effort to make the place open and welcoming. It's actually quite excellent. Highly recommend.

The building is located in an industrial park, a bit hidden away, so GPS is the way to go to find Found."Found" is a large warehouse space with many vendors, and the two women behind the counter were super friendly as we came in. They made it obvious that they were there to help, which is really nice!If you are looking for Vintage items, they have a lot to choose from... Fenton glass, Pyrex, American Art Pottery, Nippon-ware, Satin and Custard glass, old Advertising pieces, figurines, cookie jars, salt and pepper sets, and much more.Unfortunately, due to the VERY high prices, I did not buy anything. I don't think of this place as a thrift store, so much as an upscale consignment or antique mall.If you are prepared to pay $35 for a 3"x2" Pyrex refrigerator dish, then this will be the perfect spot for you!

I love this place! There are all manner of antiques from furniture to clothing. A wide selection of glassware and kitchenware, too. Always something fun! Worth visiting repeatedly as there is always new stuff rotating through.
