The manager the short bald idiot is targeting people accusing them of stealing when they aren't and never have so I'd suggest shopping at Walmart or Tops or someplace else dollar tree is trash

Great place to pick up a few things I don't really NEED! Sometimes they have a great selection of yarn, which I already have SO MUCH!! They have a huge variety of items. However, SOME things are cheaper at Walmart; although not by a lot.

I always find the things I'm looking for. The employees are nice and helpful too. The lines are barely long too so you don't have to wait long to checkout. The store has been better in the past year with the cleanliness. I recommend coming here for small things like crafts, kid toys, organizationl drawers, hygiene products, and medicine. But of course there's a lot of other goodies you can find for cheap that are helpful!

It very sad that as a paying customer you can't use the restroom at the downtown ithaca location. I will never shop there again. With that being said I was the at least 4 times a week.

Good place to pick up nice quality inexpensive cards and all kinds of other things. Even a bag of ice is a buck. Only problem with this store is they have a hard time keeping the shelves stocked because it's so busy.

I was horribly treated by one of their managers. I had just bought a lot of merchandise from their store and went back in to use their restroom (after putting my stuff in the car) and was standing outside of their store and the manager told me someone told him that I was stealing, and that if he caught me stealing he'd call the police. I hadn't, and when I asked him who said that he refused to tell me, and then later said they had left after I had went in and loudly said "Excuse me" to try to find that person. He told me in other words I wasn't welcome to that store because I wanted to talk to that person. I told him I was an honest customer and he told me he didnt want "People like me" there. I have never been treated so poorly by a dollar store employee and I'm disgusted that he either was discriminating against me for my appearance, or didnt care enough about customer service in resolving the issue.

This Dollar Tree location features helpful staff, clear organization, and a wide range of products all at the low price of one dollar. One should expect some of these products, such as toys or bath and body products, to be of somewhat lower quality than their more expensive counterparts offered at other stores, but in general the Dollar Tree is a great place to find the items you need and save money doing it.

Good prices of course, but dirty and cluttered, broken glass in an aisle, and 1 cashier who was ringing out a 2 cart customer, left cuz no other registers open.

Dollar Tree has very nice people and they are allways willing to help you if you have any questions they all ways have a great and nice answer to . The store is all was clean and I can fine things fast and easy. I will always come back to shop here .

my experience was great the casher Tonya was great I would go there again thank you for helping us. Tonya even though I was short a few cents she helped me out . Tonya you were a big help I am glad there is one person in life that dose not care about money as much as other people do if it was a different casher I would not of walked out with my oatmeal crème pie and my diet coke. I recommend you get a raise thank you dollar tree for becoming a store. I would have spent like $10 just to get a snack and a drink if dollar tree was not a thing. opposed to $2 at the dollar storesignedColby parsons

Good place to shop for party supplies, they always have lots of different collections. Customer service is good at this particular shop.I always love to shop at Dollar Tree.

This cashier named Shelby refused to wear a mask and is a covid super spreader. A dollar tree employee represents the company and this cashier Shelby shows ignorance especially since she is old and most likely will die if she contracts covid. I asked her why she didn’t put a mask on and she gave me an attitude.
