Checked online to see what time they closed. Says they close at 10 pm. When I went to go inside to get a few items at around 9:15 pm. As I was walking up the girl inside working was just shaking her head at me mouthing the word “closed”. I guess if you want to close at 9:15-9:30 or your employees don’t want to work until then, you should change the time online or find new employees so people don’t waste their time going there.

I have been to this store many times and usually it’s a great or just fine experience but I was just there this evening and I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect! This nasty attitude cashier named Diana Needs to either never run a register again or be terminated. All I did was ask if the other person working could help ring people out because there where 6 people in line and there was an issue with the card reader on the one that was open which was making transactions take that much longer. She told me no that they already closed the register because they close in 15 minutes and it’s never usually busy at this time... both statements inaccurate it was 9:36 so 24 minutes till close and I have been in that store many times at this time and been stuck in a long line due to one register only being open, now sometimes when I ask if someone could help some of us on the other register they will ask me if I’m paying cash or card if card the person would take me other times they would say that they are sorry and the register is closed now I totally respect that if you are polite and nice about it Iv worked retail management for 10 years I get it but there’s no reason for the long rude response this Diana gave me still I say I Stood in line waiting for it to be my turn and when it finally was she sarcastically apologized about the wait I chose to say nothing back to her because I didn’t want to have any more issues with this obviously very argumentative person I just wanted my milk and to be on my way. She then thought it would be a good idea to sarcastically say how pleasant I was to the other person working so I did have to speak up and say I cannot believe how rude your being and that I will be taking her survey. She said go ahead... the other lady working then said no don’t say that that’s my register so I the. Asked her for her name she pointed to her terribly monogrammed dirty t shirt to a barely legible I think it says Diana I asked her for a pen so I could write on my receipt and not get this other lady in trouble for her terrible attitude she said she didn’t have one and turned around even though we both saw the pen sitting right in front of her so I said it’s right there wrote her name on my receipt... then as I’m walking or the door she needed to say how she has the day off tomorrow anyway so it doesn’t matter. I have never had someone be this rude and this argumentative like I literally was just being quite after I asked one question about wondering if someone else could help with the extreme long line, with her attitude it’s no wonder she is three times my age and a terrible cashier at a dollar store.... you get back what you out our into the world promise you that grumpy old lady!!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great selection of household items, food and pet supplies. Only 14 minute (7 there, 7 back) minimum walk from Sandy Creek Mobile Home park.Constant sales and deals on many items, making for some good budget shopping when you're in a pinch for food and low on cash.Their shelves are hardly ever empty. They do a great job of keeping everything stocked up when it gets low.I highly recommend this store. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

Awful customer service. I realize it's a DG so I wasn't expecting much. The 2 employees I encountered were beyond awful. One was complaining the entire time I was there including swear words. The other failed to say anything at all! He saw me walk in, nothing! He took my money, nothing! Not even a "hello" or "thank you".

Great! The young working there was very helpfull. I needed a phone charger and she helped me find in no time. She even checked the price for me. I ended buying two.The looks clean and organized.

It's not that this Dollar General is much, if any different than all the others but it's the location they're at. It's so handy for so many on their way home out of Ithaca. The range of stuff that's stocked had never.let me down. A nice selection of the food essentials, a nice medicine/health isle along with a lots of household needs makes this place so perfect for people like us. I work on the west end of Ithaca and when my wife asks me to pick something up on the way home, it has saved me everytime from having to venture further into town to make a stop and turn around and leave; fighting Ithaca rush hour traffic the whole time. Its a godsend to me.

Love it. Wish the prices were a little closer to a dollar but they have name brand products, that normally you would have to go all the way into town for. I love this store!!! Shop there daily 😘💙

I live probably 5 minutes or so walking and it's very convenient if I need something instead of going all the way downtown or whatever. Setup inside is beautiful and probably like no other DG, I believe it's one of a kind, at least in NY state, prices r great just like all other DG stores. Love shopping here. Workers are very kind and interactive!! This is y I rated it 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could rate more than 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would!! Probably 10.

I love this store! It is nice to have a store out here in Enfield,NY that you can get things that are needed and you can afford without having to run downtown. The store is kept neat and clean and the staff is very friendly.👍

Has everything you could be looking for in a convenience store. But the one in dryden could be organized a little better as some of the isles are a tight squeeze. I've been to the one In enfeild and its display is spaced nicer so you have room to walk

I've found that Dollar Generals are pretty much ' cookie cutter" stores but this 1 had the most narrow aisles I've ever seen!! I've seen!! 2 carts couldn't pass, one would have to back up to Let the other get down the aisle. I know this is a corporate issue not local Store manager's decision. The positive news is the staff are consistently kind and helpful. They will stop whatever they're doing to not only tell you where to find something, but will take you take you to that area to make sure they have it. Ivé been escorted to my car and staff helped me my purchases.

This DG has more items than many other DG stores. You can get almost anything you need. The staff welcomes you walk in the door and are very helpful if you can't find something.

The people that work there are nice for the most part. As a former employee I know how much work there is compared to the amount of staffing. Overall the place is improving greatly

We shop here alot for paper products, laundry needs and basic food staples. They carry name brand items and I've compared prices with our local grocery store and they( Dollar General) ALWAYS beats the local stores price! One example is coffee pods for Keurig... D.G.'s price..5.95 for 10 pods of Folgers coffee. Local stores price..8.95! You do the math!

Oit shows they are open and I drive 30mins to see the hours are 8am to 10pm and it's only 504pm and they aren't open they should have a sign or something so people know instead of having people trying to get in

And Epico New York upstate they had everything nice and beautiful price every time I go see my family up there I always stop there and bring a lot of things back to the city which I know the feeling you don't have it and they overcharged I'm at Payless I buy more
