Bought a zx fleece pt for $26.99 It was so tight in the forearms I started to loose feeling in my hands. I am a normal sized person and never had this problem before. After giving them the receipt and dealing with customer service they finally gave me a credit for $14.64. nothing on my 7 item receipt even matched that price. I will never buy clothes from here again.

I have been shopping at BJ’s since they opened the store, and up until today it has always been a fine experience. I put a deli order in on the app one hour before I was in the store, got to the store, the deli meat was not in the case so I stood in line and after the four people in front of me were served, I told the man I had ordered stuff through the app and it wasn’t in the area it usually is, to which he replied in a mumbling manner”Gonna be a long time before you get that.”What the heck BJ’s? Seriously!? I told them cancel my order. When you pay over a hundred dollars a year for a membership, I would hope that would come with a little more common courtesy. And being “short staffed” is no excuse when there are always people sitting on their butt serving samples, when they could be utilized in a more efficient manner like taking care of customer orders. Also their produce section was terrible. Half rotted fruit and vegetables. No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Always a lot of good merchandise at reasonable prices. Very good prices on propane and gasoline for cars. Tire and repair shop has great offers on tires , rotation and exchanging winter summer tires if you buy them there. Nice vegetables and meat in the grocery department. Great prices on laptops also.

It (the store) was good...as a member, it would be nice if the gas prices were a little lower. Cheaper at Mirabito up the road with their card. Also, I use the scan as you go app and pay on my phone and then check out. Out the door I have had the "checker" scan my phone than start scanning items. It's been all the items, a couple and we were heading towards all today and I asked "why does it sometimes make you scan all or only a few" as the line behind me continues to grow. The reply? "I don't know". That's your job, no? To know the answer to that question? Anywho - wasting mine and others time. You either should have the app and trust me or don't have the app at all, just my opinion.

Glad that I joined BJs. The best gas prices in town, a good selection of produce and pre-made meals, and fair prices all around. I'll note that the store can be sparsely staffed at times so you'll probably need to self-checkout each time you go. Not a big deal, in my opinion.

Loving BJs both in store and in person for shopping and groceries.Employees at the Ithaca location are very friendly and the customer service is exceptional.I had some issues with a receipt (after getting back home) and called them. The employee that picked up was very quick in transferring my call to their manager and the manager made sure to note everything down for when I would go back in store to resolve the issue.I have also shopped when they were just filling up the shelves and an employee made sure that I had what I needed. They take time to answer your questions when you shop!Thank you for the great customer service !

Back in 2019, I visited this location not only because it's close to Cortland but, I wanted to see how the store was like with the one day pass since I was still deciding what wholesale grocery chain to go with for all my shopping. Anyways, it took forever to find out how to obtain the one day pass. I asked two women associates, in which, they responded to me claiming one day passes dont exist anymore although I had read it in the brochure... Seemed like at that time the workers didn't want to help and just didn't care.. They were rude to me and my friend and laughed at us for not knowing something?! Rude and bullying, I might say. We also felt embarrassed too, just for asking help! I promised to not ever step foot at this location ever again.

Week 1. Arrived 25 mins before closing for 1 gallon of milk & gas. Door is locked and person at the door tells me they are closedWeek 2 arrive 1 hr before closing, store open but produce and other sections closed early!. I asked customer service about it to see if their hours changed and was told "no they are supposed to be open, but it depends whoever is on. They might closer earlier than they are supposed to "So Week 3. I call before getting there to ensure they are completely open and Am told, rudely,of course they are open, they DO NOT close early. But that's clearly not the fact since they HAVE CLOSED EARLY multiple times now. I'm not gong to drive 30 mins to a store if they are closed ... so warning to others. Be careful when you go they might or might not be open there's no telling

Excellent experience. Good for buying in bulk, particularly for food items. Significant competition from Amazon on other fronts. Discounts on gas vary, but usually less than other gas stations. Customer service is great. Never a problem so far, and the free food samples are the bonus on any Friday night or Saturday shopping trip.

Place is huge but easily manageable to find what you need.Love the new coupon program. As you just look what is available and you "clip" which ones you want and they automatically get deducted from your bill.Staff us always helpful and friendly.I do miss those huge bags of popcorn you use to sell. Also wish you would start carrying Dr. Pepper in cans.

This BJ's is a very nice, well kept location. The staff are always very warm and welcoming and willing to help. They always pay attention and bring up additional staff at the registers if it even begins to get backed up. I've never had a bad shopping experience at this location.

Rude worker. Recycling machine wasn’t working again so we brought our bottles to the front desk to dispose and get cash back, as we were informed to do. The grumpy woman who was working as the “receipt checker” today was extremely hostile and interrogating where we got the bottles from. Customer service ain’t for you lady with that offensive and off-putting demeanor. And stay in your lane when people are just trying to save money and keep the earth clean.

Free samples are always a plus here. Members get decent gas prices. The ability to buy some things in bulk is somewhat limited to packaged/processed goods. You can't buy meats, produce, bakery items in bulk like you could at Maine's before it closed. Some prices are better and some are the same as any other store. Savvy shoppers will have no issues identifying the items.

Usually it's crowded shopping here but the store is clean and organized well. Easy to find items and the staff is helpful. But you have to have a membership to shop here unless you want to pay additional price for your items.

Had a tire valve break while filling up with air at BJs so I went into the tire repair center for help. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes while the service guy chitchated on the phone and when he was finally done he was incredibly rude. He acted like I was disturbing him by asking him to just look at the tire and after a brief glance, he said that he couldn’t help me, I needed to move my car out of the way and then just walked away. He was very unhelpful and and dismissive. I won’t be coming back and I will tell everyone I know to not use this tire center.

Looking for huge sizes? This is your place. Warehouse ambience.Prices are good especially when combined with coupon savings. Staff is friendly but sparse. Th, Fri and Sat are good for free samples.

I like going here for some assorted items, mainly because it's not a madhouse like Wegman's. Unlike the warehouse stores I'm used to, the portions here are sized for small families, rather than football teams.
