This place has come to my rescue more than once. They have fixed myGoldendoodle’s haircuts when they were not done properly at a different groomer. After bringing my dog here we had several people ask for our groomer since his haircut was so perfect.On top of all of this Mercy, the manager has been a life saver. She has worked magic to make sure my appointment can happen at different locations or different times when I have needed last minute changes. I could not recommend them more. I will only take my dog here because I know he is looked after, taken care of and I will always pick him up overjoyed with the haircut he got. Please go to these life savers, you will be extremely happy you did!!

I normally do not post reviews but I felt it was necessary. I just called this place of “business” to set up a much needed appointment for my dog. When I first brought my dog approximately 2 years ago I brought her here out of convenience, however, I did notice the snobby attitudes of the employees but figured they were having a bad day and didn’t pay it any mind. Right away the woman felt it was her business to know why I hadn’t brought my dog to HER. She then made the ludicrous assumption that I hadn’t groomed my dog in 2 years. Her attitude was extremely abrasive and unprofessional to say the least. I am assuming this lady doesn’t read reviews because if she did and she had ANY sense about her she wouldn’t be so nasty to customers. She made me feel uneasy on the phone so I definitely didn’t trust taking my dog to this place.

Refused to cut my dogs nails because I put a muzzle on him just in case. He's a rescue and is uneasy with people, but with a muzzle on he's just fine, obviously. I never write reviews but I was driven to write one this time around because the owner DID cut my dogs nails 3 times previously and acted like she didn't when we came in again. No respect and poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I took my Yorkie to this place and the ladies were not friendly at all . They cut his hair very short even though I ask them the opposite. In top of that my little dog was hurt in his back. Have to take him to the veterinarian and required treatment with an injection and therapy for his back. He has not been the same since then

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This company is so unprofessional and does not show customers any type of respect.When going to pick my dog up after she was there for 5 1/2 hours my mom was told that she wasn't ready and that it would still take another half hour. After waiting a half hour my dog is still not even. Her hair is all different lengths .they did not hold up to the standards that they usually do, her nails were not painted ( which is one of the reasons why I take her there) and she didn't smell clean.When I called the woman on the phone was very rude and when she asked what she could do to resolve the issue I told her that I wanted my dogs hair fixed but I did not want her to be mishandled. She flew off the handle and started yelling at me. I never accused her of miss handling my animal but often times when a job needs to be redone a second time without payment, people are not as gentle as they are the first time when they are being paid. She then proceeded to tell me that if I had an issue that she would speak to my mother and hung up the phone on me.Very upset with the customer service will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and I am OK with the fact that she felt the need to tell me that her phone calls are recorded because if needed the BBB will be able to hear how she spoke to a customer.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!! I brought my 1 year old Yorkie to this establishment for grooming. I noticed an attitude with the workers when i first spoke to them but decided to disregard it, they were not very friendly or polite, We had asked for a puppy cut. Apparently they had no idea what a puppy cut was because she was shaved down to the skin, whiskers gone and all!! The worst and most upsetting part was that my dog had MULTIPLE CUTS THROUGHOUT HER BODY, all along her belly and legs, and they said they had a growth that they knicked. After examining her, it wasn't a growth, THEY COMPLETELY CUT OFF HER LEFT DEW CLAW!! I will never bring my pet here again or ever recommend it to anyone. AVOID!!

Owner had major attitude, I was turned away for a dog grooming because my dog wasn't a "regular" customer. about 6 months later I asked her for a dog sitter she recommended previously and again was turned away for lack of business, she threw it out there that she could give me the info if i was a regular customer..Way to many head games with this owner...My Dog which is very mild mannered goes to Happy tails and is treated very professionally and without all the games...

Owner gave me such a bad attitude over the phone for NO REASON. My dogs skin was cut on her belly. Although I have had more good experiences then bad, I will always a bad taste in my mouth about this place after the owner yelled at me over phone. Customer service is everything and you have completely failed at that. Currently looking for a new groomer because of it.

They did an awesome job on my dog and I will definitely go back there again! Reading some of the reviews below I find some of the accusations very hard to believe considering you can see the difference in the coat on my dog being very clean and no mishandling at all.

My Newfie loves going to the Spa! He gets so excited when I mention it and can't wait to see Georgianna!!! He goes right in and even tries to jump up on table to get started- he's 130 lb so he can be a handful to lift but they treat him like a king 👑Great job!!!

DONT BRING YOU DOG HERE.. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE establishment. The owner has a major attitude and on top of it THEY CUT MY DOGS NECK OPEN!! AND REFUSED TO PAY THE MEDICAL BILL!! also insisted we pay for the grooming!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME.THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
