pharmacist, Cecilia, was absolutely amazing last night, on a Friday night when it is extremely difficult to reach drs due to medication that I get regularly happened to be out of stock. She took the time out of her day to talk to me, not only that but call my drs and their emergency numbers and also local stores to help me find my prescription. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative of her. CVS, you have a real GEM working for you, in your East Islip location!!Thank you for your help last night!! You’re a true lifesaver!!

Crystal was amazing. On my lunch break I was looking for certain Christmas Santa’s every other CVS in the area was 2 busy to help me and I always got what ever is out is what we have. I only asked Crystal one time. The next day I came in and when I tell you she found all of them and then 2 extra ones I didn’t see. Everyday she made sure I had my coupons and explained how the carepass worked and I’m just so blessed to have had the pleasure of meeting her. I get compliments everyday on my new Christmas collection thank you Crystal for your patients and for actually caring.Thank you

The pharmacy at East Islip CVS is a mess! Poor customer service. Refused to callother stores to locate my medication. Told me to do it myself they were too busy. They don’t care about their customers!

Nice store but it was a little a mess. Boxes and carts all over the place and no staff was working on them putting things away. Maybe it was their break time.

It's always a very pleasant experience at the CVS - East Islip, NY location! Today, Crystal helped me at the checkout-out counter; Crystal was friendly, patient, and provided great customer service! Samantha and Chyna were also very helpful and pleasant. Alex was there today as well, and he is always very personable, helpful and pleasant.This store has a wonderful team, and they deserve to be acknowledged and commended for providing consistently great customer service and always ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

I have to say the Pharmacy staff here is TOP NOTCH. I just changed over from Stop n Shop bc they never have my meds in stock and what a pleasure it is at CVS East Islip. The whole pharmacy staff is so pleasant and super helpful. They have gone out of their way more than once to rush a refill or help me with any questions. Very happy with them here!

The store manager KRISTEN is pure evil. She humiliates her associates. Abuses her managers and TARGETS people she doesn’t like. Just imagine working in an environment where the store manager bullies you publicly every single day. She makes fun of people weight , their personal lives and fires you if you aren’t apart of her troubled crew. SHAME on you CVS for employing this type of manager and to top it all off her boss John allows this !!!

Prices here are so much more expensive than other stores. I went to buy false eyelashes.. the eyelashes were $13 and the glue $7.50.. went to target at they were $8.50 and $4 for the same exact products. I shopped here a lot but now I will be way more mindful of the prices. They also do not price match

Unfortunately this CVS location is becoming dangerous with mentally ill homeless people yelling at people formoney as they walk into the store. Also the parking lot is littered with garbage, and the landscaping is overgrown , the whole property has not been taken care of. We should protest shopping there until they clean it up. This galls on Management of the store directly.

I've been going to my local CVS since they opened years ago. The store has gotten 100% better with service and employee assistance. Kudos to CVS for their effort to be an example to other businesses

Not many choices left when searching for a pharmacy as CVS has bought out or put many independents under, if you need a prescription right away don't expect that with a chain pharmacy, expect hours of waiting by your phone and only to be told "another hour" every time you call even after it's been two hours since the first call. They have their good days and bad days. Dear CVS Corporate, you are obviously doing something wrong if it takes 5-6 hours to fill once prescription.

I am a daughter of a veteran who has cancer. I live out of state. My dad is not mobile enough to walk in a store and purchase something. I called "Tom" the manager on duty and asked if he could put an item back in the pharmacy for my dad when he comes through the drive thru to pick up some prescriptions. He was more than happy to assist me. Even tho,CVS is a chain, this kind of customer service makes it feel more like a mom and pop store. A special "thank you" to Tom for assisting a disabled vet today!

Terrible! After waiting since last Thursday for a script, after being told it would be in on Friday, after arriving on Friday, and they say Monday, after going on Monday and they say a few more day, after calling tonight, Thursday, and being on hold after 3 calls and a 20 Minute hold, the Pham says it in, but can I wait till tomorrow? I explain I cannot, I’d like to pick up tonight.been waiting long enough. I get a nasty response, that she is very busy, and can I pick up tomorrow. She’s busy? . Well, so am I! But I need the med! It’s has to be once a week, and Sunday came and went! And after 3 visits and empty promises, she HANGS UP ON MEWell, I will happily go back to Unity Pharmacy and support the local business man, which I prefer…and get a smile with the service. That was so rude, and so I called for. I’m done.

Sloppy mess absolute nightmare. Medicine in bags all over people frantically searching through bins for prescriptions. Going as far as dumping bins on the floor and searching for prescriptions for customers on there hands and knees. Absolutely no courtesy in letting customers know when they are out of stock on certain medications which causes confusion and long lines for no reason. Pure chaos not sure how a pharmacy is able to run without getting in trouble or being restocked and reorganized once in awhile. I don’t blame the workers but who ever is the head pharmacist must have there head in the clouds because looks like a group of stressed out people with zero direction just a matter of time before something bad happens.

I would love to think the management and the staff of this CVS. My daughter was taking a collection for st. Baldrick and they allowed us to stand outside and collect money. So once again to the staff and the management of this CVS thank you.

Know your prices!!!I recently purchased a .72 oz tube of Mederma Scar Gel for $27.79. When I happened to be at Walmart, I was curious as to what they were selling it for. Imagine my surprise when they had the same exact size, strength, packaging, upc#, for $14.78.I understand about a little overpricing compared to Target/Walmart, because you're paying for convenience and mostly 24hrs. But a $13.00 difference???? There's just something completely wrong with that.

This is my 3rd time coming here for a prescription. I have had nothing but issues each time. I have recieved texts saying ready for pickup and upon arrival was told another hr. Next time they said 15 min so I said I'll come back, came back 2 days later and still not ready!! I highly recommend using any other pharmac .

This place is a complete scam. They hold your prescription and practically force their customers to shop while they wait forever for their prescriptions. Would not recommend.

I called just to make sure it was open so I would drive for no reason, when I asked if they were open she said “obviously we’re open I answered”, she did not let me finish my question where I was going to ask if they were open 24 hrs like it says online. Horrible service, I hung up immediately.
