If I could give them no stars I would. Arrived at 8:40 pm when business hours are till 9 pm. Looked like a bunch of young kids just trying to leave early. Store is also half empty. Cashiers have terrible customer service. More concerned about conversing with each other about boy problems than doing what they are there to do, which is work. New Management? Yikes

I keep trying to shop there but the shelves have been pretty empty and they do not have the items that I am looking for. Some departments have closed down.Is this store closing or being sold to another conglomerate?I live very close by and have shopped there for years. I would hate to see them close. I'm sure there are many many others who feel the same way.We just want to know what is going on....

The deli foods are great, always fresh tasting although the selection of hot foods are limited. Yes, the prices are slightly higher than a regular supermarket. But thank God for convenience, since it's right in my neighborhood. However, they recently replaced their cash registers which means, I probably lost out on their 'rewards program'. I had, to earn 1000 points to receive $20. off my purchase. Unfortunately, thatprogram no longer exists. Yet, I still have that store discount card, even though it means nothing, if I'm not eligible for any savings.Thank you for reading this and God bless.

Not sure how this place is still open. Went to grab some fruits and veggies and the shelves are empty. Only had some apples and nothing else. Bakery was closed. No meat. Also smells inside. Don’t waste your time

Cashiers always seem to be in a bad mood and come off extremely rude. On multiple occasions, the products would have their seals broken or plastic ripped off but no one there seems to care. It’s large and spacious with basic groceries, no variety or good selections. Drive a few mins elsewhere for a better experience.

I’m convinced this place is a front!1. They say they take WIC but do not offer any WIC eligible products.2. Store shelves are always empty it’s like half a supermarket.3. Management is rarely present let alone an employee.4. Employees offer no assistance.It’s a disrespect to the neighborhood to have this as their nearest market lol 😂I loathe spending my money here because of how little they care about the customers and what they offer.

Store was exceptionally clean and orderly tonight. Kudos to staff. Would like it if I could find the Hellmans sandwich spread you once carried. But I don't think you have it anymore. Looked for sale items like peanut butter which I had difficulty finding. Some of the shelves were lightly stocked. I enjoy shopping in this smaller store.

Fair Trade is close to my house. They dont have great vegetables and they are high priced. The deli has a limited selection of meat and cheeses. The whole store is kind of high in prices. A good place to go if you really need something otherwise I would drive to a store with better prices. You have to be careful at the checkout they always add things.(ex I bought 3 cans of coffee they charged me for 4. The lady ahead of me bought 2 limes they charged her 20 at 4 for $2.00 and then had an issue trying to delete the errors)

Love this joint. So happy they opened. They're close, clean, have a decent variety of stuff, they're always super nice and pleasant every time I go, fish selection is pretty good, meat isn't bad either, and prices are very good. I go hear instead of Stop and Shop these days.

I had an amazing experience at your store. So happy to welcome you into our community. All protocols were in place regarding Covid shopping. I was assisted by your Manager Zak who went beyond my expectations. He assisting me in finding items items in the store which expedited my shopping experience. The store is super clean and organized. I will definitely be back.

Attended to the Grand Opening and felt welcomed by its staff. The deli offers very good quality of products and it is very delicious. I love sushi and always go to supermarkets to try their cold sushi but I have not found a good place that sells cold sushi until I came to Fair Trade Market! So far, the best cold sushi are sold here. Walked around to check the place and they have basically everything there. Some stuff without price but I understand since they just started business in this time of Pandemic. I simply asked for help to know the price of a product and the staff was very nice to provide me with any information I needed about any product. Best of lucks to this business and all others opening during this hard times of the country's economy.

Usually love shopping here but the older gentleman at the register tonight overcharged me for flowers. It was advertised in the isle for 14.99 for a bouquet of roses but was charged 16.28 plus tax. Trying to squeeze an extra couple bucks out of a loyal shopper doesn’t sit right with me

They say they close at 9 but they don't.They close when they want 8:30 maybe 8:40 or today Maybe 8:45 it is a gamble if there open when you get there. There on there way out of business anyway so what's the difference. It is a few more minutes out of my way but I will stick with stop and shop.

Very clean very nice....prices are great!!! They had everything I needed and more and their sushi station is ridiculously good if they dont have what you want all you have to do is ask and they will make it on the spot for you best sushi I've had in a long time everything is fresh and delicious.

Although the place has just opened, they took great care in trying to sort my complaints. As to regards for the pricing issues, I brought this issue up with the store manager, and he let me take the product off the shelf for a deep discount! He claimed that he’s trying to manage the prices of the whole store and sometimes things are slipping through and assured me that prices that seem high are not set this way internationally.

Really, did the owner, called out people(s) home address and name on social media for the raffle prices today Aug 18, 2021.I guess they don't know anything about private. Just called the names, not their address. I hope they do it better next time, not telling suffolk county folks personal information, where they live and show suffolk their information. SMHI am adding another review - August 2022This super market over charged on items you can get at C-Town or Stop & Shop cheaper. They sell stuff in the meat department by splitting up the item in two ex: sausages pack has 6. They use food saver and separate 3 and 3 and sell two differentprice. If you see something on sale * look at date* , they getting rid of the expired items. STOP ripping off local community. We are not stupid.

Good location . some products are priced way higher than the major supermarkets in the area. And not by a few cents... A couple of dollars... Ice Cream Magnum is $4.59 at Stop n Shop... Fair Trade is $7 and change.

Its close to home. They don't carry alot of 1 item so if your picky about brands then its not the place. They do carry most common brands like ketchup and stuff like that though. They are friendly and have mostly everything a normal grocery store has

Very dissapointed, however there are pros and cons. Stores are organized, clean and have pleasant staff, however this is the second time I have visited and the produce is not fresh and sometimes moldy. This was the same issue with the previous supermarket. For the of price of produce its not right to to go home and realize you have paid for bad produce. Secondly, during Covid when everyone is practicing protocols, its dissapointing the bread section has open bakery items for all customers to handle. Word of advise to mgmt, stock the various rolls, in pre-package. Would like to see this place be successful for the community but I would prefer to go out of the way to pay for fresh produce.

Very nice clean store. My daughter wanted Chia Seeds and the two gentlemen up front went right away to find it for me !!!! Was in Supermarket business all my life !!
