Just wasn't in the mood for those big box pet stores so I tried my luck here. So glad I did! Quality products, great staff and owner. I watched with bated breath as I gave my dog a different brand of kibble. No complaints at his end as he finished it in record time!From now on, I will think outside that box!

Very helpful over the phone. Stock checks over the phone can be a handful when you’re working retails, to the point where other chain pet stores have begun to forbid it. But that’s where a more boutique local store helps in getting down and dirty into inventory. Even willing to check/place shipments to help us get what we need, when we need it.Prices are high though, but they have products you can’t get in any direction else for miles.

Bruce and Marc are awesome! They always have high quality food brands and super exotic treats! Thou is a bit of a hike for us, is still totally worth it. And they are also right next to Ruff House Rescue shelter and you can buy a big bag of kibble and they hand deliver to them right next door. 🙌🏾

Excellent pet store..... very friendly and helpful... I’ve tried so many dog foods that my spoiled French bulldog didn’t like, wasting so much money ... they took the time to explain certain things and gave samples of a few different foods and treats... in those samples we found a food that my dog loves...we will only patronize this store for our pet needs.. I highly recommend.

Another place that I used to frequent for naturally made grain free dog food (before it was in fashion), but with the pack now drinking from God's toilet and a move from the area, T-Y-P, fell off my radar. Now with two senior cats, it seemed as a drive back to Island Park was in order as it was the only store that carries the food my guys needed.They still are the well organised store I remember, but now they seem more specialized, carrying more wellness oriented products than I remembered.The big takeaway is that sometimes some pets get finicky with this type of nourishment & The owner Bruce stated he'd exchange the food I was buying it the cats didn't like it. The cats wouldn't even touch it. Bruce exchanged it for another recommended band without question.Imagine that: someone keeps their word. Looks like I'll be driving past a lot of pet food stores to get back to the old stomping ground in the near future.

Wall to wall packed with great pet items. It's not your big box store. They sell the highest quality doggy cbd liposomes. A godsend for my 18 yr old chihuahua.
