Me and my dogs really enjoy visiting our one stop pet shop. They have the best food at great prices.Our favorite part of the store is the doggy "do it yourself " wash. bring my dogs there all the time, its clean, tidy & makes bath time for my dogs hassle free.Plus the folks at this Pet Valu are Helpful, cheery and you know they enjoy what they do, and that translates into a great experience for all their customers.

I bring my pup for baths. It's inexpensive and they provide soap and towels. Their products are a bit higher priced than a bigger place like Target or Walmart but they have a good selection and nice staff

Very helpful young woman named Lauren. She knew exactly what was needed for my dogs paw. I was also very happy to see they have self grooming stations.

we shop here a lot since the place have opened and staff has just been getting worse it used to be people wanting to talk and help us but now theyre too good to talk to us we came here because everyone was so nice we didnt care about the higher prices but now wedont even get a hello when we come in even though they are standinga tthe register staring at us. when we do hear them talk we hear them say gross things while talking to each other which is fine but my mother doesnt want to hear about how u need an 8 ball to work if u need that maybe dont come to work! we will be looking for other pet stores around here who carries wellness we are very dissapointed

For $10. You can wash your own dog. Leave the mess. They provide shampoo, towels & blow dryer.

Rude as hell. And one very nosey employee. Talked with an attitude and asking personal questions as to why I'm there with my dog and why the people i was with were with me. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Hopes that SB sees this
