Black Cat Cafe was awesome! Came in just as they were opening on a Sunday morning with my 2 year old. Service was great, and the person working was very accommodating of the young kid. Highly recommend getting breakfast here and then checking out the framers market just up the hill. Parent pro-tip, the Ivington location for the farmers market is right next to a playground.Kid-friendliness: I'm definitely calling this one kid friendly. They even had some toys on hand. Also, other patrons were not put off by the presence of a young kid.

Delicious food in a warm, cute, and welcoming atmosphere!The staff was very accommodating with our party of five and were quick to put together a table. Everyone loves the coffee drinks they ordered.Two of us got the burritos and they were outstanding! One person got the country omelet and loved it, especially the fun factor of having the hash browns inside!The French Toast was very good and the side of hash browns came in a nice crock.The fruit was very fresh and flavorful.Only missed five stars because no table service and no credit cards.

Dined here on our recent trip to Sleepy Hollow and were very impressed. The owners are friendly and also very efficient. Lots of foot traffic and lightning quick turnaround time in the kitchen. Excellent coffee, breakfast, lunch, etc. They also have healthy, high quality juices (and smoothies). Most surprising of all for the area, the prices are good! Very cozy cafe and everything you're hoping for when stopping into a placed called Black Cat Cafe. We hope to stop in again sometime! Thanks!!

Food was super tasty, fast, fresh, and the people were nice. I got a breakfast croissant, which was gigantic, and home fries. I could have just ordered a few sides of home fries, they're that good! The breakfast Burrito is huge!The only weird thing is that the bathroom is through the kitchen. I felt really weird about being back there. But at least everything looked clean. It's also a small place, luckily we got in before it was too busy.

Good coffee and tea selections. Excellent steel cut oats (one of my faves around). Get the the steel cut oats with the works. Nice selection of breakfast and lunch options. Will soon be opened until late night!! Nice coffee house vibes. Come for brunch and then take a walk down to the park by the Hudson 🤸

The older guy behind the counter had his back towards the door so when we entered not only he didn't acknowledge us but didn't even care to see who entered his store. We stared at the croissant counter for at least 10 minutes to see if he is gonna ask what we wanted. Nothing. We called twice "Excuse me" before he finally looked at us. I get it, its not easy to find accountable staff these days, but lowering your standards to accommodate disgruntled employees its not the way to go.

This is my favorite spot for a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and delicious latte! Very reasonable prices, super gluten-friendly, great wifi, and inviting atmosphere. Anytime I have friends or family in town, I always make sure to bring them here!

Beverages and bakery items are top notch. However, the sandwich I bought wasn't impressive. The atmosphere is warm, quiet and cozy. The outdoor seating has a nice view of the town and the Hudson. A peaceful place to have coffee or tea with a danish. I'll definitely be back again.

Black Cat is a cute and quaint spot to get a strong cup of coffee and a tasty meal. I love the Spicy Breakfast Burrito or Roasted Veggie Sandwich. Clean ingredients, made fresh, great staff. Seating is limited but it's part of the charm. The bathroom is difficult to get to / a little awkward but very clean and nicely decorated.

Wide array of unusual homemade and delightful dishes. I had the mushroom/artichoke quiche which was enough for two people, came with salad. Delicious! Amazing coffee too! Will return!
