Animals looked amazing and taken care of BUT not one employee talked with us, tried to be friendly and just get a conversation but still nothing! A rather big lady walking around with a bird on her should, She needs to be more friendly and communicate more!! I'd never recommend this Pet store!

The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions satisfactorily Chelsea helped pick out a few good mystery snails for us. The neighborhood cats, birds tortoises are all friendly and fun. Great local pet store

Phenomenal experience. 3 cats roamed the store freely, along with two parrots and other birds, the store had two healthy happy looking bunnies. No upside-down beta fish, there were a bunch of fish and not a single tank was green or dirty looking. They had a bunch of axolotls and the gift shop had so much cool stuff. There was this huge tortoise and a cat was just chilling with him in his big enclosure with all his fresh fruit n veggies, there was a pretty cool huge box turtle too. Every single animal looked happy fulfilled and healthy and clean and loved. It was amazing, I respect the employees who work so hard to give the animals such an amazing home. I wish every pet store would take notes from this one, it reminded me more of a pet oasis than a store.

This is one of my favorite pet stores. The lady who owns it, is super nice. She is always very helpful with questions. The cages and tanks are always super clean. My favorite fish there is Bruce he is amazing. And I love the gaint turtles. You can really tell this lady loves her animals. I love this place. She is doing a great job.

Great place to discover and super friendly staff who will make sure your pets are happy pets. Their fish tanks are immaculate and the variety is bar to none the best!I will only do business with this place for my pets. So long other pet stores and wallyworld😀

Worth the drive! Best selection of avian products in the WNY area! Great staff! Friendly and helpful! Every square inch of the shop is packed with goodies! Birds, wild birds, reptiles, turtles, rodents, fish, ferrets, cats or dogs, whatever your bag is, they have what you need! AND if they don't, ASK! They can often order for you! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The staff was kind and helpful. The owner was a heartless excuse for a human and told me that I must have done something to kill my new baby bunny.I purchased a beautiful fawn lionhead kit. He was very friendly and ran right to me. The worker got him out for me to hold and said the staff held him a lot and he was very social. I paid $30 and was elated. He slept on my chest for the 1 hour drive home. He bonded with my family immediately. After careful preparation to make him a safe comfy home, we named him Pierogie. The next morning I opened the cage and he ran right to me. We witnessed him eating his hay, drinking water and using the litter box. He loved the attention. After the second nights sleep I awoke to find my little guy dead in the cage and was heartbroken. The store receipt stated 7 day life guarantee for fish... however a rabbit must be a different story I was told by the owner that I must have done something wrong that killed him. She had me take a picture of my dead bunny and me send it to her. She then told me that she guessed she'd give me store credit.... I'm 50 years old and have had rabbits my whole adult life, and my adult children and I have logged in many hours volunteering at our local animal shelter. I will never buy another thing from this lady.

They were so helpful and knowledgeable especially Megan she spoke on the phone with me prior to my coming and taught me a rabbit shouldn't have fruit daily and that carrots contain sugar and should be limited as well she also got my lil guy all set up with a bunny who will be a perfect match for him and he's so excited to bring her home

This is an excellent local Mom and Pop Shop. I make a point of visiting locally owned pet & aquarium shops everywhere I go, and this is one of the best. It's clean, the animals are well cared for, the people are friendly, and the prices are good. There are even a couple "store cats" roaming freely around. The place looks small from outside, but it's huge. It's like the Tardis, it's bigger on the inside. 😆

This is an awesome pet store with an amazing staff. They have a great selection of reptiles and fish, as well lots of all your other pets' needs. I would also like to acknowledge Gary. He is an awesome employee and is a wealth of fish information. He is always my go-to guy with any questions or pet needs. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Really unique pet store, that has tons of fish! As well as birds, small animals, a goat, and many reptiles! A very fun place to go and also pick up some toys for the poochies at home!

I have worked at both a big box petstore and a small locally owned pet store in the past 5 years. In my opinion this was a great store. Not a ton of animals but since it’s outside of breeding season for a lot of animals that’s not shocking to me. Prices on bird items were AMAZING. The one bag of food at petsmart is $96 and it was only $45 here. That alone is worth me making the 40 minute drive out there! Cages and Java trees were crazy cheap! You can get a name brand cage for only like $50ish more than the cheap cruddy no name brands places sell online! And the Java trees!!! They are practically giving them away! $330 for a medium tree!! I paid like $500 for my medium from another store and it’s like 3 one foot sticks on a trunk! This place was amazing for bird stuff lots of small animal toys, bird toys for mostly medium/small birds but still several for a large/xl bird. Lots of dog and cat items.

Absolutely love this place and come here often just to visit the animals. From a giant turtle, to birds talking behind the register, to roaming friendly cats. This place is perfect for all your pet needs! Staff is always super friendly and just overall wholesome and great atmosphere!
